    Bait and switch. Almost every time. Went for a 2in. Ball. Spend 40. There was a hauling connector…read more32.99 when purchasing. Lady said price was from last years inventory. New price 64bucks. Said pass but do need a connector she did provide a 7500lb connector with 2in ball plus wiring. 40 bucks. It's not what I purchase what I recall. It's the bait and switch feeling. What do yall think? Am I not being fair? It sat for a year at that price and now that I want it I can't have it. Unless I pay double. Am I petty?? Oh and purchase wait was 40 min. But that's for another time.

The MANAGEMENT at this company has a serious issue with following policy . When I purchased my unit I bought a lock from the place and the employees told me the lock was fine to use. A couple months after I was emailed by MANAGEMENT that the lock was wrong and I needed to get a different one. I called the facility and said that I was out of town for work and dont know when I would be able to be back. According to their policy if for some reason a customer can not replace it themselves then MANAGEMENT is supposed to put ANOTHER lock on while keeping the current lock snd mail you the key. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED. I return to the facility to get my stuff and move into my new apartment and I come in to find that the lock that was in question was REMOVED and REPLACED with a completely different lock. I go to MANAGEMENT to tell them and the first the she said was "well the lock you had on wasnt the right lock." And in order to remove that lock I need to pay for a lock smith. Just to open it and find alot of things were stolen from the unit that just so happened to be the unit MANAGMENT told me about. Weird coincidence. When the lock smith comes a completely different employee who has not spoken to me or anyone (I KNOW THIS BECAUSE WHEN I WAS SPEAKING ON THE PHONE ABOUT THE SITUATION THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD TALK TO HER TO MAKE SURE SHE FOLLOWS PROTOCOL- YET LATER THE MANAGER TOLD THEIR GM THAT SHE HAD LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THE SITUATION) weird right? Why would you tell me that you have to talk to that employee about not doing what they are supposed to just to tell your boss that you had already told them what was going on? Well that employee that DIDNT KNOW just let me take him back to the units unsupervised and without checking any information to make sure he cut the right lock. Im saying this because I could have had him take off any random lock and just walked away with all of their things. The door in between the door and the storage units that you need permission to enter is also left unattended very often allowing anyone to be able to walk in and out without cause. I DO NOT RECOMMEND storing your belongings here because they not doing what they are supposed to do.and MANAGEMENT in THIS location does not care and is super shady. I was listening to customers complain about MANAGEMENT even the employees talked about the laziness of their MANAGEMENT directly to customers. THAT is the problem. I did not pay to have belongings there just for them not to follow their OWN POLICIES leaving things as fair game to be stolen. If you do have a problem with this place AT ALL, file a complaint with the headquarters and be very detailed with names and time dealing with the issue.     This was probably the best shop we have worked with anywhere in the country and they completely…read moresaved our bacon! My wife and I are owner/ops and were recently hauling for a critically important agent (that would be the type of agent that people try to get in with for years because their freight is extremely high paying, never goes on boards, and only goes to very select teams). While in the middle of our very first run for this agent, and on a Sunday evening, our truck threw a code and within moments began running extremely rough and losing power. We hobbled off the road to the nearest truck stop and used our OTR diagnostics to determine we had an injector issue. This was further confirmed by Volvo remote diagnostics. We figured we were up the creek as we wouldn't even be able to speak to anyone till Monday. To our utter amazement MHC Kenworth/Volvo was open 24/7. Ken answered the phone on a Sunday evening and, as an ex-owner/op himself, was incredibly helpful! He was able to confirm that the issue could be as simple as an injector or could potentially be considerably more complex, but most importantly he assured us he could get us in just about as quick as we were able to get there. I was aware of what a more complex fix could potentially require and even more aware of recent national parts shortages. We got off the phone planning to grab a couple hours sleep and hobble our way in at 5:00am (3:00am by our clock). Within moments Ken took it upon himself to call us back as he had taken the time to check their parts inventory and wanted to assure us that they had parts in stock regardless of wether it was the easy fix or turned into something more. He assured us he'd getting us rolling. We arrived at MHC Kenworth/Volvo and, despite clearly having a full shop, they got us in right away exactly as promised. Super nice folks and even accommodating to our two little pups, one of which is a year old, anxiety ridden nutcase who loves the truck but unfortunately also loves to bark at anyone he sees. The technician, Tony, had our truck diagnosed right away and fortunately our issue boiled down to just an injector. He had us out the door by early afternoon (about noon our time) and the truck is running smooth as butter. Thanks to Ken, Tony and MHC Kenworth/Volvo we not only didn't lose our high paying load but we ended up impressing the agent by how quickly we got the issue taken care of and got back on the road. Upon making our final deliveries we were contacted by this agent and asked to run again for them. Big THANK YOU to all you guys! We'll be going out of our way to come back to you for further service needs!
