Another visit to Springer Body and Paint, this time arriving in the passenger seat of the tow truck delivering my damaged vehicle. During my car's stay I received multiple progress reports (had to order a German part), keeping me updated throughout. When I returned to pick up my car a beautiful showroom-ready vehicle in their parking lot caught my attention and I assumed it was someone's brand new car, but a second look told me it was mine. The body work is impeccable. The surprise bonus came when I opened my car door to a pristine interior that had been detailed to perfection. I have an "aging" Outback that has had a few window issues and Springer Body and Paint has been amazing! First, my drivers door window weather stripping was decaying and folding into the door when I'd roll the window down. They got the part ordered and installed within the week. All the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. The tech mentioned that the motor might have suffered extra wear due to this issue and might need replacement before too long, but seemed okay at that point. Well, we got a good year and a half more out of it and then it started to fail. I called them up again and they got the part in and scheduled the repair that week. Again, friendly staff and amazing service. They even called me (before replacement) because it was actually working when they checked it and wanted to make sure they had the correct information. When I picked up my car they even washed it and vacuumed the interior! 5 Star service!! read more

I bought a 1969 Mustang for my wife's 50th birthday and Andy was able to finish the body work and paint in time for my wife's birthday party. It did quite a bit of extra's like shining the existing metal and other stuff so that the car looked absolutely brand new for her party! I can't say enough about this company. Springer Body and Paint did an outstanding job for us and I highly recommend them! We brought our 2016 Honda Pilot in due to some damage on the front end from an accident. They were extraordinarily helpful with navigating insurance, finding a rental car, and fixing the damage to make it look good as new. I've struggled to find a body shop in the past that I feel like I can actually trust to get the job done right and at a fair price, but they really came through. Their customer service was the best I've had...they were friendly, extremely responsive and communicative, they took the time to understand our needs, and they did an amazing job on the restoration. This bodyshop is more than great. It is literally the best bodyshop that I have personally used in the past 25 years. I really love my 2010 Ford Lariat. One of the top reasons is that the truck is so tough and that quality is so great that I won't have to deal with repairs. Repairs used to scare me. I was ripped off by dishonest people before and it is an experience that I don't want to relive. I also dread taking it to a Ford dealership because I know they will charge me double and milk me for whatever they can. Just read the reviews and you will agree with me. I stumbled upon Springer purely by luck. The guy who did an awesome repair on my wife's car window replacement introduced me to this joint. I was told it was a mom and pop place that will treat customer with honesty and great workmanship. I figured I let my luck ran and see where it takes me. I was incredibly happy about my decision. The owners are amazing. They really know about trucks. In 10 minutes, he was able to diagnose the root cause of the problem with my jammed moonroof. In addition, he identified other issues such as the cause for my leaky cab. In the end, I asked them to fix everything. The cost was extremely reasonable. Trust me, I am a diyer, I spent many hours watching how-to youtube videos. (That's why I didn't attempt to do it myself and left it to professionals) I was anticipating somewhere around 2 grand to fix everything. The quote was only a portion of my expectation. The job was excellent. They fixed everything and made my truck look at least 5 year newer. The cherry on the cake was the detail they performed on my truck. It was sparkling clean that my kids thought I bought a new truck. (little exaggerated here) I love this bodyshop. In my opinion, every bodyshop should be like this one. It makes feel that I am in a 90 sitcom where everybody is friendly to each other and life is much simpler. Take your repairs there and you will know what I mean. read more

The team at Springer Body and Paint is the best! They helped me immediately when I arrived, were super personable and friendly, and gave me the best price around. When the dealerships and other shops wanted to charge me over $700 for a small part and some paint, Springer charged me $150 which I felt was extremely fair and reasonable. Mitchell and Kathy were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process... if I ever need to get more work done, I will definitely go out of my way to go back there. 10/10 recommend! read more
