    I lease an Acura RDX from Springfield Acura and the rear windshield spontaneously shattered in January of 2022. Now the sunroof spontaneously shattered in September of 2023!!! Both times they tried to give me back my car with shattered glass still all over the place!!! And, Acura refused to pay so my insurance company had to pay AND I HAD TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE!!!! I had to call to get my service rep who NEVER CALLED ME. I left messages and NONE WERE RETURNED. Stay away!!!

    I was recommended to Andre by my uncle. Once Andre knew this was the car I wanted, he got me into by all means necessary and found me a good rate that was suitable to my needs. I may have not realized it at first but wow! For someone who didn't have the BEST credit, I got the best rate. And Andre made sure of that. I highly recommend to see Andre as he is not a pushy salesman and would answer any of your questions or concerns.

    Andrei and Felipe both provided me with the best-in-class customer experience when getting my new Acura Integra. I went to trade in my ILX, and he came to me with an offer that made me happy and was at Kelly blue book value, which I appreciated. He was also responsive on his day off and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase and options. I previously went to a different Acura dealership but will only buy my car from Andrei and my friends at Springfield Acura. Felipe hooked it up with good coverage for maintenance for four years. I really felt taken care of and valued as a customer. That's hard to find these days with the chip shortage going on. A lot of other car dealerships I went to were standoffish, but Andrei and Felipe both respected that it's still a big decision regardless of the ongoing inventory issues. I'm super happy with my experience and brand-new baby. Thank you!

    I've visited this store quite a bit over the years. I live locally so this AutoZone is the closest…read moreto my residence. For anyone whose not familiar with AutoZone, they sell auto parts and accessories for all kinds of vehicles -all makes & models - they pretty much have it all. Their site says they offer delivery and curbside order/pickup for same day but I'm not too familiar with those services since I usually just run in. This time I needed oil for my Benz. I ran in to pick up a quart yesterday which was very easy to find in the store nonetheless. The unfortunate side was that the oil costed me $10 for the quart certainly far from a bargain when it's much cheaper in other stores (ie Walmart). On a separate note, I suppose paying a few extra bucks for convenience is nothing to scoff at especially in these Covid times. Yes, I'm grateful for smaller stores with less customers and this is one of them. The downside was waiting in line. It literally took about 10-15 minutes for me to check out with just 2 customers ahead of me. I get it...patience is everything in a store that sells auto parts. I had to remind myself the employees need to service their customers in a way to make sure they give them the right item(s) for their vehicle. I've been grateful for past experiences when i literally walked into their store and told them my car info and what I needed and they pulled up the item on their computer, went to their stock room, brought it out and I've purchased it. It's unfortunate though if you're anything like me and looking to grab a quick item hoping to be out in 2 minutes- Ummmmm not gonna happen...at least not in the Union location. To make matters even worse is when you hear a female employee on a personal call just a few feet away speaking very loudly about her personal business. I'm thinking "don't they have a break room?" I feel like they should have a quick check-out line for those who just need to pick up an item or two and don't need further assistance...but with only 2 employees available in the store, I suppose that's not feasible...just wishful thinking. I'll be back apprehensively. As I've mentioned this location is close to me even though it's a slight headache at times. Next time maybe I'll look into curbside pick up.
