My daughter was denied treatment due to an outstanding balance, which raises serious concerns about patient care and billing practices at this location. Healthcare decisions should prioritize medical need, and this experience left us deeply troubled. We traveled over an hour to get there and back, and hours later, at Thanksgiving dinner, we were called with the results of Covid and flu tests, which we had specifically NOT asked for, and no strep results. They did not test for strep at all. We suspect that they only tested for the tests they could charge our kids insurance more for. Now we have wasted hours on Thanksgiving, and we have to do it all over again tomorrow because our kids need antibiotics. On top of that, the person on the phone was not apologetic - she clearly did not care. Thanks for stealing our insurance company's money, Patient First.

The inside of the office seemed too dark since it wasn't easy for natural light to come in, but it was a nice place otherwise. Through the "temporary" transition to re-allocate patients to another office(s), there was no information about this transition and follow up appointments could not be made for 2 months at least to the new office. With the prior phone prompts, one had to wait for the prompts to pass by and not push a number. With the new system, one pushes a number to talk to the new office now. The network itself is reputable, but the transition from one office to another was not.

The…read morereceptionist at the front, was unprofessional and had an attitude the entire time while speaking to her. The nurse walking me back to the room, was very snobby and I felt as if I was bothering her when its her job to help the patients. Once we got back into a room, we were sitting around for a while without seeing any nurses or personel. It is very dirty and outdated. As we were sitting in the room, we heard another patient screaming in pain for a minimum of 15 minutes without a nurse going in and/or helping. It was very disturbing and heartbreaking. Nonetheless, once the doctor FINALLY after waiting god knows how long, came in and his response when telling me the treatment was.. " I'm not sure if this will help but if it doesn't, just go to an ER that will admit you".... are you serious? They said they would give us crutches, never got them. So he had to walk out in pain while putting pressure on his foot. They let my boyfriend go home in extreme pain, pretty much being untreated. I wouldn't even go there for a paper cut! 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. If it was up to me, that hospital would be shut down.
