The first proof had errors, one of which was a trimming issue. Michael, the owner of the businesses in Springfield and Enfield, cautioned us that the interior pages might show because the cover was a darker color than the interior pages. In any event, the second proof was perfect and we authorized the run. Upshot: 3/4 of the booklets were incorrectly stapled/folded... the pages were askew. We were disappointed about the lack of quality in the binding process and complained. In response, Michael commented that some deviation should be expected.... hmmmm. 3/4 of a print run is a large "some." After a brief conversation, Michael made the excuse that he didn't want to waste any more paper on reprinting the booklet, and he argued incorrectly that no other printer would be able "to meet" our standards! Apparently matching the quality of the proof is too high a bar in customer service for this printer to meet! We were given a 20% refund.

We were on the hunt for wedding invitation stationary and found Staples as a reasonable contender for the particular look we were going for. Some of the stuff we will have them print, some we will print from home. For that reason, we needed to take a look at the different types of paper they offer. At the print desk, they have a couple of booklets with samples of different papers, with their weight, color, and so on. Only a few aisles over, they have their stationary, printing paper, and cardstock. They had quite a bit of selection, including multi-packs of different colors. However, we later saw that they had more paper (for things like resume writing) in a different area, which would have been helpful when we were comparing different options. Additionally, the inkjet ivory paper we ended up buying for our at-home projects was damaged and the packaging was torn. The other ream of the same paper looked the exact way. When we asked if they had more in the back that wasn't torn open and the paper inside damaged, we were told no, that's all they had. We were never offered a discount, even though it was apparent that some of the pages would be unusable, and it may not have been a full ream. Staples is not cheap, but they do provide the materials and machinery we needed to create our wedding stationary.

My business had put a great deal of time into designing a concept for a vehicle wrap but about 15 months ago, when the process started; I made a very HUGE mistake and went somewhere else; other than Signarama. There is much to be said about the professionalism that I can attest to and experience(d) and again with Signarama. I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years (except for my misguided field trip), and what happened was this: One of my business emails that was detailed, wound up in their spam box. They (Signarama) were moving at the time, and I wrongly LEAPED to conclusions. In doing so, I went online....very hastily and what I received for my first wrap was an extreme dysfunctional "poor customer servicing experience" and an end product that was misprinted on more than one side. Costly in terms of money and all the wasted time. Money is replaceable but time is not. Why I give Signarama 5 stars (should be higher...if I could) because of a multitude of reasons. The customer service and quality at Curry is top notch…read more I'm the Advertising Director for a large company. I don't have time to mess around with a printer. Curry has a full-time graphics person in the office who is incredibly helpful and there to assist. In a pinch I'll have her make changes without my proofing it first. That's the level of trust I have with them. We had problems with our previous printer (who is now out of business to no ones surprise.)
