This was not my stay. My friend visiting from New England booked the room as she wanted to visit with some friends from Baltimore. Her flight was also out of BWI today. I was present during checking in. They were pretty insistent on not requesting check in before the 3:00 PM time due to short staffing on housekeeping. My friend had requested a high floor, with low noise, and a jacuzzi tub in room. She got all those amenities. What she did notice was that the room did not come with a safe to secure valuables. She was not pleased about that. The bathroom was oddly split into an open sink area and a door-secured lavatory / bathtub shower space. There was also a bar area with microwave and mini fridge. The room was quiet to the many planes arriving or departing from BWI. Regrettably, the room was NOT quiet to the excessively noisy neighbor that repeatedly slammed the door to their room many times during the night. The hotel patrons seemed mostly pleasant though there were some rough and tumble characters, which gave my friend some pause. Thankfully everyone kept to themselves and nothing untoward came to pass. My friend didn't get to use the jacuzzi tub (there was nothing wrong with it - she simply didn't allow time in her schedule for a soak...as she had originally hoped she would) and she slept moderately well as the bed was rather springy. The couch in the seating area was reasonably comfortable. She feels like on her next visit, she may look for a more upscale hotel. The room rate was $190. Hotel well, my friends. read more

While the lobby is nicely renovated, the room felt like they got new furniture and ignored everything else. The bathroom was especially dated, with the bathroom walls peeling and old finishes. We had a group reservation which the front desk staff completely screwed up, giving people the wrong keys to each other's rooms (disregarding the room assignments we provided), not tracking who was given a key to what room, and when they did take down a name for a room, it was horribly misspelled such that you couldn't even understand who it was meant to be. I arrived at midnight to a member of our group, because of this mistake, not having a room, and had to pay for an additional space for him to have somewhere to sleep. My room, which was supposed to only be me, had a key given to another person so I had to share. The person working the front desk at night really tried her best to fix the mistakes of the day person and said I could come by in the morning to take care of our tax exemption. The day shift person (who had messed up the keys the day before) kept repeating like a broken record that I needed to have provided tax exemption at check in, and had to get a manager involved (finally) for me to explain again that there was a note in the account for this. The manager honored the request but the other staff kept lurking around the desk staring at me while it was being resolved. The shuttle driver got sworn at for no reason by other guests, then complained the rest of the time about how the front desk staff never communicate with them and have unrealistic timetable expectations. Called the hotel from BWI and they sent a Hilton courtesy van to pick us up. Took about 15-20 minutes. Wait on the arrivals level outer curb, in area 7. If you drive in, the hotel has on-site parking for $10/day. The lobby is a fair size, check in was very quick and easy. The receptionist was delightful. We interacted with many staff during our stay- housekeeping, reception, drivers, breakfast - they were all very pleasant. The hotel corridors are a bit chilly, so bring a sweater. The room was warm and humidity very dry. You're going to want to drink lots of water and apply skin moisturizer. The room included a TV that can be viewed from the sleep sofa or bed area. Microwave, fridge, wet bar, coffee/tea service and ice bucket are in an alcove near the door. A desk is across from the microwave with both trash and recycling bin. The bathroom was a bit older, but clean. Towels aren't soft, but are absorbent. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are multi-use mounted inside shower. We asked to have the tub drain 'snaked' and they did it same day! TP is one step up from scotts single ply. One bar of soap and lotion by the sink. This area is tucked away near the bed, behind the closet. Some furniture in the lobby and breakfast area are showing age, but housekeeping keeps it clean. The halls and elevators were also tidy. Breakfast includes waffles, fresh and dried fruits, yogurts, milk, cold cereal and oatmeal (plus add-ins), eggs (add-ins for these too) sausage, muffins, bagels, and other such items, an assortment of spreads like nutella, honey, butter and jam. Of course there's coffee, tea, juices and water. The hotel is near a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance, and a few more within 2 miles. The courtesy van will take you to the light rail station if you want to use public transport into Baltimore but the staff recommends using a car service for safety. The nightly rate was good. The room size and layout are good. The bed is comfortable with a variety of pillows and the staff are pleasant. For a mid-range hotel, I recommend. read more

This hotel is ok. It's spacious, staff is very friendly, the lobby looks immaculate and is very clean. However, my room is very dated, the sheet on one of the beds were stained, there was present water damage and the AC smells like mildew. My big issue as of right now is my toilet is backed up and when I called the front desk, I informed the lady of it and she put me hold and never came back. I called back twice with no answer. I called from my cell phone then a guy answered stating that maintenance isn't in today and for me to come to the lobby to use the restroom. I actually check out today however I will not be back. We are only here for 2 nights however I would never stay for more then 2 nights at all. read more

Understand, when comparing hotels, one needs to compare apples to apples - don't compare this establishment to a Motel 6 or to a Four Seasons. I usually love Marriotts, but this location is missing the luxe feel that usually come along with the Marriott brand name. Maybe because it was a springhill suite? I don't know. The location itself was nice and it was clean. It was better than other hotels that I've stayed at for the same price. I didn't understand the 2 televisions in the room? Especially since they were somewhat close in proximity. Definitely could not have both playing at the same time. And there was no actually vending machine in the "vending" area.There was only ice. Breakfast was a few steps up from the normal continental breakfast and the attendant was super friendly and happy!!! It was the best part of my stay! For under $100, it was a nice hotel and a great choice, just not what I expected from a Marriott. read more

The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly, and the room was fine. It took a minute for the shower to warm up, but we had no issues other than that. Beware the hotel charges you $10 for parking, even if you don't have a vehicle. We flew in from CLT and stated we didn't have a vehicle. We were still charged the parking fee. For that reason, I wouldn't stay here again--though the hotel is in a good location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. read more

I gave this hotel 2nd Chance. DONT STAY HERE RUN. The pool & jacuzzi area a ton of kids. The pool "heated" maybe from last year. The jacuzzi "hot" NOPE. There was a film of dirt when getting out of hot tub. Room wasn't cleaned. Trash, dirty towels, unmade bed, nothing was cleaned. I left at 9:30am and at 4:00 nothing. I was told I needed to adk for maid service???? I asked front desk-Stephanie for clean towels a garbage bag and vacuum cleaner and will do myself. She laughed. I don't see the hummus. Called Stephanie back tovadk her supervisor name? She didn't know that person name nor the general managers name. Oh she gotvtge right one because headquarters and the franchise contacts will be notified. The first time my door was open with that security latch. I held court in the lobby. They thought someone was in the room bc the TV was on. I had been gone for 5 hours. If anything is missing we gonna have major problems. I was told I would get 10,000 reward points instead of a free night. I didn't get those. Don't stay here and it smells like weed. So ghetto. read more

REVISED: this hotel charged me for $150 fee because they said my service animals (this is NOT a pet friendly hotel) pooped and peed all over the carpet. First, my dogs are trained, they would never. Second I always keep my dogs in the bathroom with their bed food water and pee pads if I ever leave them, they are not allowed to run around when I am not there. They are used to being crated at home so they are very trained animals. Second, not that my dogs would ever do that kind of damage, but they would not do $150 worth of damage because they are 5 pounds each and I would literally have to let them run wild with no bathroom breaks and no attention for days on end which would never happen because they are my service animals, they are with me every minute that I am in the room, that is their job. I wrote this bad review with them below while I was still staying at the hotel, that was probably one of the reasons and also because it's not a pet friendly hotel they have to clean the rooms so that people who are allergic to animals (mine are hypoallergenic so that is not a problem) will not be affected. So they are passing the cost on to me by lying. The service here is awful, the people are awful. I called two days ago asking about this and they said they would get back to me, they never did, I called today I was put on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and I called back five more times and was hung up on I finally got the answer that my dogs destroyed the room with their feces. I almost laughed in the woman's face. They also turned on the vacuum cleaner while I was on the phone with them and had it right near the phone so I couldn't hear anything. These are the rudest people I've ever dealt with in my life. If it was really a simple matter and an honest matter you wouldn't need to ignore me, hang up on me, not answer my phone calls when I let it ring for two minutes, you would just tell me here's pictures this is what you owe. That's not at all what happened because they know it's a lie. These people are liars and I would not advise anyone stay here if they do not want to have a terrible experience. The number one thing that dropped the stars is that the beds are so uncomfortable. The pillows are all different. Some are hard, some are soft and everything in between. I got one of everything. The softer ones felt like they took pieces of foam and cut them into pieces, and shoved them into a pillow case. I have never had such bad sleep at a hotel before. The towels are terrible and small and rough. They didn't even give me a towel to put down on the floor outside of the shower. I am also not sure why they called this suites because that generally means there is a kitchen. Here there is a refrigerator and a microwave and a couch really just so disappointing. The hotel was clean. I did order something late at night for delivery and the door was locked and the front desk person was in an office somewhere + couldn't see the delivery person at the door and so the delivery person just walked off with my food when they couldn't get in. Ridiculous. How do you know if somebody needs in late at night if you're in an office + can't hear? Anyway, I won't ever be staying here again. By the way, I am on a road trip and I have already stayed at hotels in four other cities and I don't have one single charge for my dogs defecating everywhere, I don't have any charges for anything. It's interesting that this place will charge me when, if I let my dogs act like that, every hotel would charge me, but not one did and my bank saw that. These people lie. I hosted a sleepover for my twins at this hotel this past weekend. The hotel was kid-friendly and even though there were lots of families there I couldn't hear other people once we were in our room. The lobby was clean and I was greeted right away. Completed checkout in minutes and got a room on the second floor. The suite was clean with two queen size beds and a queen size sofa bed, all dry comfortable. Plenty of linemen. There was a fridge and microwave as well and plenty of room to stretch out (there were eight of us in one room). I do have a complaint about the second tv. The tv in our room kept cutting off (the one by the sofa bed) not sure why but we weren't there long enough for me to complain. We did use the pool and jacuzzi. It was kind of small but perfect if you are watching a lot of kids at once. Water was clean but here was so much chlorine our eyes burned. I'd like to give a special thank you to Ashley the shift supervisor that night. She took time to come to my room at one in the morning to fix my a:c and even gave me a hug when she saw all the kids and how flustered I was. Thank you so much Ash!! Breakfast was good. Blueberry Waffles, sausage, eggs, egg toppings, oatmeal and toppings, muffins, yogurt, cereal, bread assortment, coffee and juice. The hotel is located nearby Baltimore airport and many other hotel chains. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a nice friendly staff and were given our room keys. The rooms were decent size and there is a sofa bed which comes in handy if you arrive with one additional guest to your room. The room is clean. Yes, there's complimentary breakfast each mornings. There's a gym with 3 treadmills and 1 elliptical and few free weights. Free earphones are in the gym so you don't need to blast your music for everyone else to hear. There's also complimentary small water bottles in the gym as well as in the rooms. Gym opens 24 hours. Pool is okay but definitely a bit dirty, cloudy when we arrived on a Friday evening. This hotel is dated and disgusting!! I am a Marriott member and stay exclusively at Marriott brand hotels. This was one of the worst that I have stayed at to date. The carpet in the hallway, stairs and room is stained and downright filthy. The bathroom is moldy. My daughter found a beard hair on a "clean" folded towel. The shower curtain rod is coming off the wall. The closet door is hanging by one screw. There are multiple spots in the parking lot that have broken car glass strewn across them. The grass on the property looks as if it has not be cut in some time. Finally, and probably most disturbing, is the dumpster area. Cones have been placed around mounds and mounds of trash. Trash bags have been stacked from the ground up outside of the dumpsters. It is unreal. I cannot imagine the rats which are being lured in due to the amount of trash. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I would NOT recommend this hotel. I stayed at a Motel 6 that was cleaner. read more

We stayed here for a quick trip. First impression was that our stay was going to be good. Walking in the smell of cleanliness hit us at the door I was impressed. I felt safe as I watched the staff cleaning as we walked in. There was small confusion over the room . We arrived right at check in and apparently they were still cleaning the rooms. We were given one room that wasn't cleaned yet. This issue was quickly resolved. Our first night was fine. I didn't care for the room set up but it is what it is and I also didn't like the air conditioner blowing on us while we laid in the bed. I was fearful we would get sick. We went out after our first night expecting to come back to a clean room and fresh linen. To our surprise the room wasn't clean and we didn't have clean linen. My husband and went downstairs and ask for clean linen. We thought we missed the house cleaning service even though we left out early . My husband was told that they didn't have clean towels and he should come back down later. We fell asleep waiting. The next morning he went down again looking for fresh towels. He was told someone would bring them to our room. Two hours slid by and we were still waiting. I unfortunately had to intervene. I called the front desk and explained the situation. The receptionist was apologetic and said towels would be up soon. A house keeper came up shortly after and shoved the towels at me while talking to someone else. She never addressed me she just kept on talking. My husband was told by another person that they no longer clean the room during the visit. While I understand the reason was because of covid, I choose hotels over air bnbs purely and selfishly because I love not having to do house whole chores like washing towels and cleaning. Coming back to a clean room is the highlight of a hotel. I didn't let these minor things dampen my visit but I probably won't stay here again. Additionally, the tv channels were horrible. Of the 42 channels about 10-15 of them didn't work. The satellite reception was awful. The hotel could also use some upgrades. Where do I start. I stayed at this hotel before and it was ok. Now you have to pay 10.00 to park here even when you are staying there. This is ridiculous 10.00 a day. I had to pay an extra 50 just for parking. Now, this hotel does not have any cameras or security on site, 3 people's cars were broken into, and 1 person car was stolen. Come to find out the customer car was not stolen. They hotel had him.towed because his little pass was on the seat and not in the window. The hotel did not take any responsibility. Stated the fee is only to park they are not required to monitor the parking lot. The rooms need to be upgraded as the sink continues to clog. They didn't clean rooms well and didn't change out towels and cloths. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Supervisor was not willing to waive or even credit us for any inconvenience. Laundry unavailable due to broken dryer. Be sure to call if this is needed. Staff allowed pool area and hot tub to be trashed by guests and subsequently was closed at 8 PM and needed to be shocked and cleaned. Call before coming to this hotel. We were not told at check in the dryer was broke. And the guests having a party at the pool were there when we checked in at 2 PM until required closing at 8 PM. EDIT... In the morning at 8a.m. we were told the front desk could dry our laundry (2 hour chore) That would have been good information when we were told the dryer was broke the prior evening. read more

This really is a standout in the Marriott chain. Basically it is a somewhat above average Springhill (in terms of age and renovations) but it is 5 stars because the management here really get it and go all out to give great service! For example - because I am an elite member they have a nice letter, bottle of water and granola bar all packed up and waiting for me - nice touch, this was my 101'st night at a Marriott this year and it was a first - this was over and above the usual "extra points or a store item" patter. The letter listed all the facilities which were well serviced and presented. The following morning the free breakfast was great - scrambled eggs and sausage (better tended and presented that even a good Fairfield), fresh (really fresh) fruit - even strawberries in late October, plus the usual pastries etc and oatmeal. ON TOP of all of that the GM (Kevin I believe) was walking around and engaging his customers and making sure everyone was happy - what a star! Other GM's and owners take note...... Finally the shuttle to airport - awesome, driver with great attitude, dropped another guest off at the rail station on the way. Nice, nice, nice - 5 stars read more

ONLY COMPLAINT was the elevator was shake-y... it is smooth to all the floors except when it approaches the 5th floor. My kids were super scared and did not want to take it again! This was my first stay at this Springhill Suites location, but I will definitely return. I travel to this location for business 4-5 times per year and I am always on the hunt for a comfortable place that allows me to easily get work done. Springhill Suites hits that mark and gets additional kudos for the super friendly staff. The rooms are spacious with a separate "living" room with a small sofa and second TV for relaxing after a long day of meetings. They also have a full size desk and free wireless internet (a big plus for me). The small kitchen area (sink, fridge, and microwave) make this room just about perfect. The free breakfast includes all the comforts of home and a waffle maker. Any time I can save money and get a free meal I am a happy girl. The only reason I don't give Springhill Suites a 5th star is because they do not have a "managers special" in the evenings. The Embassy Suites and Residence Inn down the street both have free drinks and heavy appetizers from 5pm - 7pm so one can really get a free dinner if they want. Not that I need alcohol to make me happy, but it is a nice touch when you're away from home. If you are like me and make frequent trips to do business with NSA or local government, the Springhill Suites is a great option! read more

Stayed here prior to an early BWI flight. Great location, and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, we had two queens and a fold out sofa-bed- plenty of space. The bathroom sink is separate from the shower- allowing expedited ability in getting ready for an early flight! Bfast is included, but we left too early, prior to it being open. They accommodate for this with a packed bfast-, granola bar, muffin, piece of fruit(we had pears- they were a little under-ripe, but some in our party didnt mind) and water. As we were flying, we asked them to hold the water. Also- they have stellar selection of lollipops at the front desk! For dinner, 8 of us (ages 5 to 70) leisurely walked 3 minutes across the parking lot for dinner. Some picked up chipotle, others chic-fil-et. There's also a Japanese place and Potbelly yo choose from, as well as one sit down place, I forget the name- but diner type food.. It wasn't too busy on a Friday night- but then, we're at the airport hot-spot;). Highly recommend if you need a place to crash prior to a flight! read more

This was a 3 star hotel near the airport so I will grade it like a 3 star. Anyways paid $90 dollars a night was okay. The free breakfast was pretty good and the best one out of all the places I have stayed at. There was fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs sausage, salsa, pretty good stuff. One thing that they had was a lot of electrical outlets which was huge. Room was clean as well and pretty nice. Good if you have business for sure. Staying here with parents was nice. When I had traveled to D.C., I was basically thrown to both my sister and parents through the entire vacation and this place was 50% of my home. Very nice atmosphere upon entrance with colorful chairs and displays in the lobby, it reminded me of some Bug's Life attraction at Disney. The hotel also had some sort of deal with choopa choops (dum dum like lollipops) and they actually tasted good (as most lollipops taste cheap). Free coffee, make your own hot chocolate, and tea in the lounge was a plus. The only dislike for this place was the computer that pretty much nearly froze when someone used it. It only had internet explorer as the browser as well. One addition would be to serve cookies with the hot beverages. I have seen many hotels do this. Oh and the breakfast is amazing, particularly better on weekdays than on weekends. Weekends you will have waffles; oatmeal;cereal; milk; yogurt; some spinach leaves, salsa, and cheese for some sort of make your own salad; scrambled eggs; turkey sausage; muffins; marble cake; bagels; croissants, and toast. Yesterday, there was basically everything above minus the turkey sausage, which was replaced by bacon (only on weekdays). There was also a ham and two cheese (swiss and cheddar) platter. Oh and fresh fruits (pineapple and strawberries) served on weekdays. You can find your typical banana and apple there every got dang day though. read more

We stay here on our way to Boston. I have stay in many of the Marriott properties. The room we was assigned to was nice, your standard Marriott hotel. After ordering in, we were preparing for bed. That's when the evening took a turn, BEDBUGS. Yes, I took pictures, my husband went down to the front desk to let them know. They moved us to another room, I waited in the affected room til maintenance show up. Now, here I lay, 11:30 pm, got to get up at 3, to catch shuttle to airport for 6am flight. The first time I have actually found bedbugs in a hotel. We have 2 young grandaughters with us, their parents have already let us know this. Before we return them all of their clothing has to be wash in scalding water. Also, there are people above us running through the halls. No, nope, no way I am impressed by my stay here. Stayed here for 2 days before my flight leaving Maryland. Loved the interior of the room; very spacious. I liked how there were 2 TVs in the room. 1 to watch in bed and another to watch while on the couch. Came in handy. Although, the bed TV had lower quality than the couch TV. Also had different channel numbers. In the room I couldn't find a list with all the channel listings. I didn't have a chance to use the amenities like the gym and the pool but they both looked clean to me. There are bathrooms by the gym which were convenient. The continental breakfast was delicious! Tons of options to choose from. Had a waffle both mornings. They also had a selection of fresh fruit. The breakfast area is adjacent to the lobby and both had nice, colorful interior. Snacks are for sale in the lobby as well. I really liked how the hotel is just a really short walk to Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Dunkin' Donuts to name a few. read more

This place was horrible there was nothing sweet about these suites. The room we were in had blood on the wall, mold around the tub, the closet was completely broken and the pipes for the sink in the kitchen sink were visible because the cabinets were broke off. Not gonna lie, I really liked this hotel. Great price (under $100), very clean, and super friendly staff. There's also a nice, clean pool if that's important to you. I was incredibly comfortable, the space was perfect, and there was both a fridge and microwave in my room. I was a little warm in the evening and there was no temperature control option, but I was comfortable once I got my blanket situation corrected. Highly recommend. read more

Sam. Sam was the name of the woman that treated me as if i wasn't a guest but someone who had just come off the streets. If I could give this place less that one star, I would. I highly understand the circumstances of the world right now and that masks are required everywhere. I walked in before the rest of my family came in, I rushed in because I was about to throw up. I ran in distraught, bawling crying, about to throw up and desperate to find a bathroom and asked the woman at the counter "where is the restroom?" she then tells me i need a mask, which i then responded I have a health condition but please where's the restroom I need to throw up. Which according to HIPPA I am allowed to attend places without a mask if I have a health condition. I have stayed at other hotels in this direct location and all other hotels were sympathetic to my condition and paperwork. But i understand it differs between places, however the way I was treated was completely inhospitable . As I am about to throw up all over the floor she then asks "are you even staying here?" I was extremely baffled that she would ask me that under the circumstances. I said yes in fact I am, now would you please show me the way to the restroom. Before showing me the way to the bathroom , she threw the mask towards me and told me that it's city ordinance. I completely understand that . All of this could've been solved and I would've been around all the other guests in the lobby for a shorter time if she had just let me go throw up. However, would she have preferred I threw up all over the hotel floor and infected multiple other people and create a mess for her to clean up? Not sure! I simply knew I was about to throw up and asked her to show me to the restroom. I was blown away at the treatment given to me. correct me if i'm wrong but I am pretty sure hotels are to provide hospitality. If I had another option I would've found myself another hotel for the night because this woman "Sam" was so unbelievably insensitive. Not sure what is going on in her personal life but that was no way to act towards guests at a hotel you work for. I'm truly just shocked. read more

I am a loyal Marriott customer and often stay at their Springhill Suites properties. My experience has always been very good. However, our stay here was terrible. As soon as we opened the door to our room you were greeted with a musty, mildew smell coming from the AC unit. I called the front desk. They were sending maintenance. After waiting an hour, we called again only to be told maintenance left for the day, but someone would come first thing in the morning. We were out for the day. When we returned that night it was still there, no one came. This seriously impacted the comfort of our stay, but more importantly resulted in my niece having a severe allergic response and bronchial infection. The lack of concern or response was surprising. Reconsidering where I will stay on our next trip this fall. read more

I had excellent service. Kayla the night clerk and John the grave yard were the best. The hotel did not have a shuttle and we had to leave at 5 am before taxis open. Kayla the night agent called another hotel close by to arrange a pickup. John called and double checked to make sure shuttle was still arriving and graphics our to go bags of snacks from hotel. These two employees went above and beyond the typical customer service. Next time I fly to bwi I will stay again! read more

WATCH YOUR RECEIPT! We stayed here after booking online. The rate was $126 as confirmed by our reservation (plus tax). I saw, the next day, that I had been charged $284.76. To keep the story somewhat short - 8 phone calls, 2 collective hours, multiple promises for call backs from the hotel and the corporate number and nobody ever called me back. Corporate HQ actually complained to me that the general manager there wouldn't get back to them either. Corporate promised me a return call but it never came. So finally I tracked down the general manager. He was helpful. They offered nothing until my husband finally asked if they were going to give us points. They did 5K . . . not worth the 2 hours and annoying that we we had to ask. BOO! Empower corporate to reverse a $150 overcharge when everyone acknowledges it is BS. read more

Four stars for an affordable, close-to-the-airport hotel. My suite was HUGE - the mini fridge was great for beer storage, and there was a microwave and coffee maker too. Comfy bed. Free wireless! There's a small pool and exercise room with bike, treadmill, elliptical, and one of those scary-looking all-in-one weight machines. The complimentary breakfast was great! You know how some places just have old cherry danish and cold coffee? Not here - there was a make-your-own waffle bar, yogurt, cereal, toast/bagels/ubiquitous cherry danish, oatmeal (!), and even some (gross-looking, but still surprising) breakfast sandwich items (english muffin-sized pucks of egg substance and sausage). I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for an affordable hotel that's close to the airport. read more

I've stayed at this particular hotel 4 times in the past 12 months. Hotel/Amenities/Room: All are nice, clean and spacious (enough) for a comfortable stay. The tv swivel allows you to watch while in bed, and the pullout couches in certain rooms are more than enough to get a good nights sleep. The gym has dumbbells UP TO 55lbs! Hotels typically toss a 1980's treadmill into a room with a yoga mat and Jane Fonda workout DVD's and call that garbage a "Fitness Center". While small, the room overlooks the pool and has 4 very new treadmill/ellipticals. All very nice. Breakfast: Probably the #1 factor in choosing a hotel these days. The fireplace with comfortable seating just off the lobby houses this wonderful breakfast every morning. These guys get it. There's milk, yogurt, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, bagels, sausages, coffee, juice, a waffle maker, a waffle maker, and a waffle maker. TOP NOTCH and the woman who oversees the food service is an absolute sweetheart. Nothing is better when you're a little fuzzy from a late night then the above food/drink and an overload of confidence-boosting compliments. Staff: Exceptional across the board. They've met and exceeded all difficulties I threw there way and this is to say -- a lot of difficulties. We stayed there for a bachelor party weekend and a wedding weekend. We were quite irresponsible and they were pretty great about the whole thing. We may have ruined some other peoples stays and, for that reason, I felt I'd nullify any bad ratings they might have gotten as a result.
