    This hotel is ok. It's spacious, staff is very friendly, the lobby looks immaculate and is very clean. However, my room is very dated, the sheet on one of the beds were stained, there was present water damage and the AC smells like mildew. My big issue as of right now is my toilet is backed up and when I called the front desk, I informed the lady of it and she put me hold and never came back. I called back twice with no answer. I called from my cell phone then a guy answered stating that maintenance isn't in today and for me to come to the lobby to use the restroom. I actually check out today however I will not be back. We are only here for 2 nights however I would never stay for more then 2 nights at all.

    I usually love Marriotts, but this location is missing the luxe feel that usually come along with the Marriott brand name. Maybe because it was a springhill suite? I don't know. The location itself was nice and it was clean. It was better than other hotels that I've stayed at for the same price. I didn't understand the 2 televisions in the room? Especially since they were somewhat close in proximity. Definitely could not have both playing at the same time. And there was no actually vending machine in the "vending" area.There was only ice. Breakfast was a few steps up from the normal continental breakfast and the attendant was super friendly and happy!!! It was the best part of my stay! For under $100, it was a nice hotel and a great choice, just not what I expected from a Marriott.

    I hosted a sleepover for my twins at this hotel this past weekend. The hotel was kid-friendly and even though there were lots of families there I couldn't hear other people once we were in our room. The lobby was clean and I was greeted right away. Completed checkout in minutes and got a room on the second floor. The suite was clean with two queen size beds and a queen size sofa bed, all dry comfortable. Plenty of linemen. There was a fridge and microwave as well and plenty of room to stretch out (there were eight of us in one room). I do have a complaint about the second tv. The tv in our room kept cutting off (the one by the sofa bed) not sure why but we weren't there long enough for me to complain. We did use the pool and jacuzzi. It was kind of small but perfect if you are watching a lot of kids at once. Water was clean but here was so much chlorine our eyes burned. I'd like to give a special thank you to Ashley the shift supervisor that night. She took time to come to my room at one in the morning to fix my a:c and even gave me a hug when she saw all the kids and how flustered I was. Thank you so much Ash!! Breakfast was good. Blueberry Waffles, sausage, eggs, egg toppings, oatmeal and toppings, muffins, yogurt, cereal, bread assortment, coffee and juice. I'll def do another staycation here and it was close to the mall and nearby shops (not walking distance but close).

    The service industry is being hit hard and it is crystal clear. Housekeeping changes, breakfast changes and many other things. I am a Bonvoy Marriott member I love the chain and its variations. It's different everywhere but one thing for sure is they are trying their hardest to make ppl comfortable. Though you May it receive the amenities you are used to daily. You can still enjoy your trip when you travel.

    Disgusting !! Reported bathroom upon check in stated "no housekeeping I could check out without penalty." Zero customer service !!! I complained said would take care of it 2 hrs later still have a gross bathroom! Unacceptable do NOT stay here. Pool closed hooribe hotel

    We stayed at this hotel for two night before our flight, the room is old but its very spacious and clean, the bathroom is a little small but its clean also, The breakfast is ok, the egg is very watery and the sausage is very oily. The front desk are very nice.. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

    Breakfast is great. Eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fresh fruit incl strawberries and the general manager (Kevin) ensuring all are happy

    Still dated and in need of done facelifts 9 years later.... Convenient to the airport if that's where you need to stay.

Man... the are some of the worst and the fact they actually use king pillows in the king room make it worse. I had them stacked like a 3x3 from In and Out burger and my head was still close to the mattress with the pillows curling up to cover my ears... terrible. Despite Pillowgate, this hotel was pretty good. They have a decent restaurant/bar in the lobby, a concierge lounge for Platinum and up members, and a hotel shuttle. The lounge had breakfast and evening snacks which was nice. And coffee, water, and soda pop all day long (till they close at 10p). The bed was comfortable and the shower felt like someone put a grate on a fire hydrant, which was a refreshing change from the trickle I've experienced. in many hotel... and the showers in those hotels was weak too. I'd stay here again if I needed to be close to BWI. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice, although not the most modern. I'd make this 5 stars if they had better pillows!

Check in was mobile and the staff at front desk were chatty and pleasant. I'm a Marriott guy. Platinum for life 2,000+ stays in 20 years. I'm a huge fan of good customer service.

Looked OK on entry, however on further inspection the wallpaper seams were splitting apart, other sections of the wallpaper were bubbled up. The toilet in the room kept running intermittently as the flapper needed replacing. Had a conference here. Strangely there was only one power outlet in the entire room. So inconvenient! The chairs were of an off-white or tannish color and the stains were quite apparent giving one an unclean feel. Dining room's bench seats were worn. The 'mini market' had a coffee maker that was always out of order. Courtesy bus? The bench seat was torn, the stuffing coming out, and I noticed the dashboard's low tire indicator light was lit indicating the tires needed inflating. Overall a nice location but in dire need of an upgrade.

They gave us another room and in the pictures you can see how the holder for the lotion is coming out of the wall. The breakfast we had wasn't very appetizing and the yogurt they gave us was clearly expired. I would give one star but fortunately the staff there were very nice.

But after staying two nights and three days, I feel it's important to share some concerns that future guests--and management--should be aware of. 1. The Beds: Easily the biggest issue. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable--so firm it felt like sleeping on plywood. I woke up sore each day and actually had to take medication to deal with the stiffness. Even after returning home, the soreness lingered. 2. Misleading Info About the Pool: The indoor pool was a key reason we chose this hotel, especially with my kids having a nearby ball tournament. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and there was no mention of this on the website, during booking, or at check-in. The kids were really disappointed, and so was I. 3. Cleanliness of the Bathroom: There were visible stains on the wall and baseboards near the toilet--looked like urine splatter. Also, the toilet paper was incredibly rough. Honestly, it felt like sandpaper. 4. Bathtub Issues: The tub had a constant drip and looked like it had been DIY-patched with multiple types of paint and caulk. It looked grimy and poorly maintained. 5. Shower Steam Problem: After showering, the bathroom ceiling would turn brown from the steam--definitely not something you want to see when you're trying to feel clean. 6. Lack of Amenities: No ice machines or vending machines. The only option was an overpriced shop in the lobby. 7. Cold and Repetitive Breakfast: Breakfast was mediocre at best--served cold, and they ran out of the main protein (pork for the breakfast burritos) on Saturday. My kids said the exact same menu and issues happened again Sunday. 8. Exterior Door Access Issues: The rear entrance (near our room) stopped accepting our key card the morning we checked out--around 8 a.m., well before checkout time. It was frustrating having to walk all the way around the building just to get back in after loading the car. With a little more attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and communication, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience. Until then, I can't recommend it for extended stays.

My son and I are transitioning to another state and decided to stay with a Hilton brand property as a Hilton Honors member. Upon entry the hotel is very dated, the rooms are comfortable yet renovation. The air conditioning through out the hotel doesn't work so rooms are hot unless opening windows, of which didn't work. There is no business center or pool as previously advertised! The pool is being "repaired" this has been over a year like the air conditioning! Lastly, make sure to keep your reservation to ensure you aren't charged incorrectly as there seems to be a problem in their in house billing department. My card was attempted overnight 5 times when it was locked. Normal hotel protocol is to try once maybe twice then address guests in the morning, I however was called by front desk at 1 am! I would not recommend.
