I just finished a 5 day, 4 night stay at this hotel and I have to say, I was very impressed! I've stayed at loads of Marriott hotels of varying brands since I was a little girl. My parents and I are super loyal. This is probably the BEST service i have ever received. Everyone who works here was super friendly and helpful! From the front desk people to the breakfast attendants to the housekeepers, everyone was always saying hi, asking me about my day and my visit, and always very polite. They also handled my Marriott app requests with no problems (sometimes they get ignored and I have to call or go to the desk myself) from check in to check out. Our 2 bed/pullout couch room was spacious! There was a mini fridge, microwave, and sink with a desk, couch, and 2 closets. There were USB ports for charging devices in the lamp. Plenty of lights and lamps. The bathroom toilet handle was a bit rough, but functional overall. I opted out of housekeeping for more Marriott points but they still would ask me if I needed any supplies when they came by my room. The hotel features very spacious gym with 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, a cycle bike, free weights, exercise balls, a big TV and little ones on each machine, water with cups, mirrors, and plenty of space to spread out. They even had yoga mats at the front desk to borrow! The pool has a hot tub with jets and was pretty generously sized for such a small hotel, plus they heated it to the perfect temperature. It's a shame it is outside though because it gets so windy it is impossible to keep it clean from debris 100% of the time :( but it was still usable and clean enough to be in. Breakfast features juice, milk, yogurts, eggs, pork sausage, baked items, cereal, lots of fresh fruits, and lots of spread choices. I was VERY pleased that they leave the coffee and tea and water supplies out all day at this location. It was so convenient! The front desk had a good variety of snacks and drinks and frozen meals in stock. The business center was easy to use and I never had to wait to use it. We will absolutely use this hotel again if we are ever in the area, and I highly recommend it. Thank you amazing staff if you ever read this!!!! read more

Stayed here for a night for a wedding. This place is clean and quiet off the 15 fwy. Check in was quick and easy. The room itself is nice with a pull out couch, king bed and clean sheets. It felt roomy for myself. However, the pillow is fairly dusty possibly because of no tenant? This messed with the sinuses a bit but not too bad. The bed and sheets were comfortable and slept better than my own bed and woke up 6:30 am refreshed. The pool is by reservation but they had tape on it so It still looks closed. The Gym is also closed. Overall good place to stay. read more

Was there late Monday night 8/28 I asked the lady at the front desk (with major RBF) if I could please get a room and she said "we have no rooms available." I thought it was weird because the only reason I went there is because hotels.com said there was availability so I thought, maybe I went to the wrong one. So I went back to the car real quick and nope I was at the write one and hotels.com said there were 6 rooms available. So I went back to the front desk and showed her that it clearly says there are 6 rooms available. She was so annoyed with me that I had come back and with an attitude she said "we don't have any rooms because there are rooms that were never cleaned today OK." Whatever it really felt like she didn't want to help me that's ok though hopefully her boss sees this. I don't recommend staying here they have crappy customer service. read more

Nice hotel. Comparable breakfast to others in the area. Clean rooms. Friendly staff up front, always welcoming and accommodating. Housekeeping is also friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy. They have a pool in the back, pc's n printers in lobby, spacious sitting areas in the lobby where you can relax or get some work done, a small gym and even a laundry room. I will say that the rooms on the first floor have some pretty large gaps under the doors, like over 1 inch which is kinda strange. But only on the first floor. And it has never been an issue. Overall a consistently pleasant experience and one of my go to's in the area. Lots of places to eat nearby and also a Walmart, CVS, Starbucks, Home Depot, & Sam's club if you need it. And they can usually accommodate my late checkout request which is awesome. read more

This review is long overdue. My husband stayed at Springhill Suites, Corona-Riverside long term in 2021 while working in CA. This was a nice place to stay. Freeway close and clean. The staff were very friendly and always welcoming! Kris G. was exceptional in helping us with our M-F long term stay. After my husband injured his back at work and was no longer working or staying in Corona, Kris made contact with us to make sure he was doing well. That was appreciated and very thoughtful. I had stayed here many times. Enough to where some knew me by name. A few time a couple favors were done like accept cash. Since i didnt have a debit/credit card. The last time I stepped foot into this place i had my 3 and 1 year old. My 3 year old had just puked on my back 1 year old was in a carrier sleeping. I had the room booked already i tried to check in as expected a card was asked for I explained my situation. No mercy understand when i asked for manager with a smerk on her face said one second. Manager comes out and said nothing we can do for you buddy. Even though he just accepted my cash the day before i gave him $300 until my wife got there and was willing to do the same. He nods his head and says sorry. When i asked him if he gets to pick and chose when to follow the rules he says yup. Again i was staying here 2-3 a week no issues. Thats why i rate this place 1 star also a few times found bugs and other people belongings under the bed. read more

As I indicated in my review of the residence in Corona, if you're debating between the Residence in and the Spring Hill suites there is absolutely no comparison! The Spring Hill suites wins on soooo many levels. It is a beautiful property that has been gorgeously decorated with vibrant colors that are very energetic. The blues and pastel Citron/yellow/lime colors provide for an upbeat environment. Loved the huge smiling face I received upon entering the premise. It was at that point that I knew I made the right choice in checking out of the residence Inn and into the Spring Hill suites. The feint desk attendants are all extremely helpful and willing to assist. Unlike the Residence Inn, here, they actually greet and thank their elite members. This property also maintains a business center. Again, unlike the out of date Residence Inn, the computers and printers actually work here! You can log onto the Internet, craft Word or Excel documents, print boarding passes, and even have the front desk fax documents seamlessly and without any problems. The lobby and suites smells fresh and clean as a whistle. No running toilets or nasty smelling sink drains. And the best part? You get to have peace and quiet enjoyment in your room without having to worry about barking dog, vacuum cleaning neighbors at 11 o'clock at night, and loud generators outside your bedroom window. this place nailed it! Don't be deceived by the nice looking exterior and cutesy continental breakfast...this place sucks. Had the pleasure of staying at such a lovely establishment for a wedding. When we checked in, my girlfriend and I asked about staying on the quiet side of the hotel since the freeway is literally a stone's throw from the hotel. Hotel concierge's WORD FOR WORD response was "Oh, all of our rooms are more than quiet. You can see the freeway from the room, but you won't hear it - I was just up there today." The freeway construction and big rigs driving next to our room definitely begged to differ, ALL NIGHT LONG. The bed was worn out and the pillows had the same consistency as a worn out tube sock...very little sleep was had. For some odd reason, the internal hallways of the hotel felt like the third level of hell. That meant the room needed the wall-mount AC constantly running to stay cool (hey it's July - I get that it's hot) but that left the room smelling like a musty ole drive-in motel...charming. The best part? This hotel is not cheap! I spent more money staying in this pit than I did staying in Santa Clara in a massive King Suite w/ all of the luxury amenities. Hard pass... read more

Okay, maybe I just had too high expectations coming into this hotel. The outside of it looks great and it's right off the freeway so it's convenient. Parking is plentiful so no worries about that either, but I still got issues here. I came here this past weekend with my boyfriend's family for a wedding and we ended up staying at this hotel. The lobby looked sleek and modern which was really nice and my boyfriend was excited to hear about their 24 hour gym... until we actually saw how small it was and out of the 4 machines they had in there- BOTH treadmills were broken. Wtf. The hotel room we got also had a slight issue. The supposed queen size beds actually seem more like full size ones. Not sure what's up with that. They were comfortable, I'll admit that, but still- we were a big party. The suite itself has a mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave, TV, and a desk which was nice, but I'm a little bummed that they didn't have a hair dryer already included. Usually a hotel has one attached to the wall, but they seem to be missing it which isn't a big issue, but it would've been super helpful. Also, their breakfast is okay. The waffles are good, but they only seem to have them on the weekend and waffles should be an every day thing. Their eggs also taste kinda funky even after putting seasoning on them so I ended up staying away from them after the first time. Cereal is okay, bread was sort of hard to chew, bananas and oranges didn't seem to be in the best condition, but their sausages are good... and they also don't have that every day. They switch it off with turkey patties which aren't bad, but the sausages are better IMO. Overall, I'm not totally impressed. There were positives, yes, but the negatives outweighed the positives. read more

This hotel might look nice but it is really TRASH. The 1th problem- they gave me a room and the lights were not working, no light switches were not working also. The 2nd problem- I had to take all the sheets off to the bare mattress cause they were stained with a total of 11 different stains very disgusting. (It's like they never wash the actual bed sheet it's self). The 3rd problem- It's $120 for one night stay as a deposit, you have to put down on a credit or debit card. I was told 2 to 3 days to receive my money back and (now I'm told it's 3-7 days not including weekends) and now it has been 5 days and I have not received my money back! LIKE HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE TO WAIT? and when I call they just tell me I have to wait longer and (the lady in the front desk says to call my bank it's now my personal problem! That lady needs to take a hike and reevaluate her life and how she talks to people on the phone during work hours.) I did nothing wrong to the room, I didn't smoke, I didn't do any damage. read more

We stayed here for a couple of days for a wedding and it was a nice little place. It's in a quiet area, a couple of minutes from food and shopping and only about 10 minutes from the wedding venue. We stayed here in a suite for my friends wedding which was at Glenn Ivy down the road. It was just us girls the night before the wedding. When I arrived at hotel it looked like all hell had broken loose inside. There was a cheer camp with hundreds of kids running around and it was so loud I couldn't hear anything. We found our way to the elevator and as we passed a little gym we saw more kids in there running around. When we arrived to our room to meet with rest of party, kids were running up and down hall. I understand that the hotel was booked because there a lot going on in area but it was awful not to have staff deal with any noises being made later in night and early in morning. I also called down to get extra towel and blanket and there were none available. I don't think this hotel is equipped to deal with everything when booked full. The next morning we went down to breakfast with their included continental breakfast. We all decided on cereal and went to pour the milk and it smelled sour. The fat free milk was 4 days expired. We did notify the staff and I think that they changed it . The parking was free which was nice and the staff were polite as they could. I think that in this situation if we had been there on another night it would have been a better experience. The rooms were small but comfy for being a suite. They did include a fridge and there is free wifi! read more

I was very pleased with the staff and service I received at the hotel. My daughter and I had a two night stay and we felt safe and the hotel was nice and clean and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. After leaving the hotel and returning home I realized I had left my iPad and a few other items in the nightstand. I told my husband who travels a lot for business and he said, "oh I'm sure that's long gone!" Thank you for proving him wrong! The hotel staff was so helpful and had already got my items and had them locked up for safe keeping. They had them waiting for my friend to pick up at the front desk and even asked her for ID. It just made my silly forgetfulness not so bad and didn't end a great trip on a sad note. Thank you! read more

Zero stars if possible. Stayed at this hotel for one night with a colleague and woke up to bed bugs in both queen beds. Called down to the front desk and the attendant asked for us to "trap a bug". I was appalled and asked for corporates number which he did not have. He did not offer a full refund or show any sort of concern. The lack of hospitality has me very concerned this is not the first time. Will never be returning or suggesting this hotel to ANYONE. read more

One of the most hospitable hotels with excellent and friendly staff. Marriott always lives up to its name and this property is no exception. The complimentary breakfast they offer has so much variety and you can taste the freshness in their meals. Furthermore, the room service comes daily to change sheets and deliver fresh towels. On top of all that, the receptionists are extremely courteous. Evelyn at the front desk provided us with free water on this extremely hot 100+ degree day when we didn't want to pay the overpriced $3.50 per bottle. The property is also extremely clean and offers many amenities at a lower rate than other locations that don't even come close by comparison. I booked a room for New Year's Eve 2018 because my boyfriend and I were headed to Glen Ivy on New Year's Day. It was very convenient as the hotel was right off the freeway and 12 minutes away from the hot springs. On arrival, I was greeted by the front staff who was EXTREMELY welcoming and friendly. As I normally am greeted by hotel staff who are emotionless and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I did not catch the staff members names, but regardless I am grateful for their kindness. The room was spacious and decorated nicely. It had a modern flare to it. They supply Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner, which smells amazing. My boyfriend and I brought a little bottle of wine to drink at midnight to cheers for the New Year, but we discovered that we needed a bottle opener. The front staff was generous to help us out and let us use their bottle opener. In addition, they helped us with opening it because we were having trouble. The morning we got up bright and early and was greeted warmly by the same staff again. It was very nice because they remembered us. We grabbed a quick bite to eat. I noticed that some of the comments on here make notions that the breakfast is mediocre. I mean what do people expect some gourmet breakfast? It's a basic breakfast and had the essentials. I ate a yogurt and some toast. It was simple and perfect because we were on the go. The check out was easy. Highly recommend this hotel. read more

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! I'm usually a pretty easy going person. There were a few negatives that I kept trying to be understanding about, but the icing on the cake...MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO. When we reported this to management it seemed very routine for them. NO SECURITY CAMERAS and after reading their reviews it seems that this is a common occurrence. They did not offer any discounts on our 2 rooms even though our car was broken into on their property. Even the POLICE could care less. They said without cameras and without a suspect there isn't much they can do. Very frustrating. You would think if this is common this hotel would invest in cameras to protect their guests. Normally I would have let the following slide, but not after the break in! We called A MONTH IN ADVANCE before our stay to ask if our 2 rooms can be joint since our kids would be in one. Apparently that was way too much to ask for and they said they cannot guarantee that and we would just have to check back the day of. I called the morning of and it seemed like no problem at that point. They're lucky they didn't loose our business after that phone call. We were with a team, otherwise they would have. In addition, Check in said 3. When arriving at 3, we were told the rooms weren't ready yet. We waited 30 minutes and still nothing. We left to get ice cream and came back an hour later, one room was ready. We were told they would contact us when the other room was ready. A couple of hours later we contacted them to see if it was ready and it seemed like it had been for a while by their response, however no one let us know! BEDS ARE OLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. NO CENTRAL AIR-it's a wall unit which works okay. read more

I was hesitant in booking this place when I first looked around because there were other places that looked more romantic and such but then this one caught my eye with the price and heck, that usually wins. The reviews on this place helped but I am glad that I went with it. So upon arriving, the checking in process was simple but this was already known considering that I called the night before. The lady who picked up the phone was so sympathetic to my allergies and convinced me that it was something important to her. With this, I knew it was going to be a pleasant stay. Too bad it was just for one night. The hotel was easy to find and checking in was easier. There was tons of space to park and it wasn't an issue to finding a place near my room. Thankfully my room was far from the freeway but pleasantly, it wasn't an issue because even from the parking lot, the freeway noise wasn't an issue. So the room was really a surprise to me. It was larger than I expected. The room gave everything that I wanted and more. The space was clean and large. Really. It caught me and my boyfriend off guard for how much we were getting for the price. The service at the front desk was nice. They let me check out over the phone and if I needed something, they were there to answer any questions. Really, if I could have stayed longer, I would have 'cus it was a nice place to stay. We stayed here because we were under mandatory evacuation due to fires in our neighborhood. The staff went out of their way to make things easier for us during this trying time. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it, and would stay here again if I had a need to do so. Valerie at the front desk was especially understanding and helpful. I stayed here a month ago because I needed to find a nice hotel near riverside for my masters graduation. If I can find a good deal I do enjoy staying at the Marriott! Sometimes it can be a bit pricey but the brand is one of my favorite Hotel/Hospitality brands to stay at. We only had a one night stay but I loved how spacious the room was and it was filled with contemporary furniture. The room was like a mini apartment studio. They do have a breakfast that goes on in the morning but I wasn't able to try it because I was getting ready for my graduation. My brother and my mother tried it and enjoyed it. So, I trust what they say. The whole hotel seemed very well kept was super quiet especially in the evening time. I was very happy with our stay and our experience at this hotel. read more

I stayed here about a month ago for two nights. It was really easy to get a room and check in was easy with the front desk being very helpful. Overall, my room was clean for the most part and I was surprised by the size of the room that included a couch and sitting area. Although it was clean with no dirt etc, there were still strands of long black hair on the walls and ground, and the bed was old. It had a dip where most people had laid over time. Also, during my first night, there was a crazy altercation outside my door from the neighbor. Women were screaming and crying and a man was yelling in the hallway saying bad and inappropriate things. I was pretty scared so I called the front desk because I thought someone was going to be hurt. The situation was taken care of finally, but it made it hard to sleep. To end on a positive note, they also had a continental breakfast and made it COVID safe with many options to choose from. read more

My boyfriend and I had stayed here because this was the room block hotel for a Glen Ivy wedding we were attending and had a comfy stay. The location is off the 15 but for some reason it's not very accessible off the freeway because of the way the streets run. Check-in was easy and our room was comfortable. The room was modern and spacious. The room suite had a fridge and nice sitting area. Breakfast is available in the mornings. Nothing amazing but always appreciate free breakfast. Lots of food options in the surrounding area. Parking was easy and the staff is very friendly. Def recommend if you're staying in the Corona area. read more

Overall, a nice place to stay and probably the best option in the south Corona area. I like the floorplan of SpringHill Suites rooms with a sitting area to watch TV versus sitting on your bed. There is ample parking here and plenty of eateries/shopping within walking distance (or less than a five minute drive.) The breakfast offered is your typical free breakfast, sans hard-boiled eggs. I dropped it a star due to the lack of "warmth" by the staff here (lobby, housekeeping, and breakfast.) I don't recall being greeted with a smile, nor greeted promptly. I felt like an intrusion rather than a welcomed guest. For the price, though, it's worth a shot. read more

Terrible hotel! Heard the very loud interstate all night. Couldn't sleep. Room air/ heater didn't work... went off and on the entire time w no ac. Internet was down every 10 minutes, no movie channels and no way to purchase movies. The only good service we received was from house keeping. When we told the front desk of the issues, the pretended they weren't aware of these issues but when we spoke w others in the hotel they were all upset w the same internet and cable issue. Unfortunately we sere stuck here for 2 wks. Never again. Not a good respesentatjon of marriott which I usually stay at with no problems. If you're okay with sleeping next to a loud interstate with construction, okay sleeping with no ac, okay with no properly working cable, and okay with hearing every footstep above you as you sleep then this is for you. Customer service is always great. However I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. There was a mysterious brown splatter on the walls in the hotel room. I didn't want to complain because everything else was fine. Overall, I've stayed here three times in the past year. Talk about a customer service disappointment. This could be a four page story but I'll keep it short. Tried to book online for a friends wedding months in advance- tried twice but the days of the group rate didn't seem to be correct so I gave up. Spoke to the bride at a later date and heard her say "I told the woman the rehearsal dinner was Saturday and the wedding Sunday, why would they think people are staying Monday??" I called the hotel and explained the situation, and I was told "It goes back whatever the bride booked so she must have booked Sunday and Monday nights, so those are the available days" but we went ahead and booked the two nights without the group rate and was told a "sales manager" would call us back the same day and let us know if the rate could be adjusted- never got a voicemail, no call. Okay. We make the to the hotel the wedding weekend and check in, are given a snack gift bag that was left by the bridal party for all us out-of-towners staying at the hotel. Very sweet idea! We had a very early morning flight and tried to take an afternoon nap, but housekeeping was pretty loud next door and the walls aren't the best; so you might want to reconsider if you're a light sleeper like I am. Thankfully nobody was staying in the room next to us the remainder of our stay. The breakfast is adequate, definitely nothing to write home about. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable/more comfortable than average. The event we were attending was Sunday afternoon, so we went to the venue and were seated waiting for the wedding to start. My other half got a voicemail from an unusual number, so he listened to it- it was the hotel. They left a voicemail saying if we didn't check out within the next fifteen minutes that we would be charged for another night. I had to excuse myself from the event to locate in e-mail our confirmation that we booked Saturday & Sunday nights. What an awesome added stress! We sorted that out and we went back to the wedding. (We must have had a "wedding"notation on our account somewhere, how else would they have know to give us our "wedding" snacks that were left at the front desk for us? They didn't see that anywhere on our computer info?) We checked out Monday morning and very kindly explained our situation and got the same runaround of "oh that means the bride booked Sunday and Monday and not Saturday, we go by that". I gave up explaining myself that the hotel messed up the days and used my AAA card to save a whopping $7 on our stay. We were disappointed that our business wasn't appreciated; when we travel and have options at other hotel groups, we won't be staying within the Marriott family of hotels. If a refund isn't possible there are so many other ways to compensate a customer- we were just brushed off to the side. When I first arrived at this hotel I thought for sure this would be a 5 star experience. We came for a wedding that had a block of rooms. I was really impressed with how this hotel looked, both the main areas and the rooms looked way nicer than the $80ish bucks per night price tag. Unfortunately, like many beautiful things in life, this placed lacked substance where it really counts. The problems started the first night, when I tried to go to sleep. The guests above me must have had wild children or adults, because I could hear them running around and crashing into things. While annoying, as it got later it died down so it wasn't a huge issue. Or maybe I stopped noticing when the party in the room next to me got going. First of all, all of the hotel room doors are really loud when they shut, so I kept being startled any time someone came or went from the room. In addition to all of the door slamming, the party next door thought it was okay to shout down the hallway and have loud conversations right outside my door. I finally called the front desk, who contacted them with a noise complaint. (I know this because I got to hear a girl shout, "Noise Complaint?!?") luckily the shouting in the hallway stopped, but the door continued to slam shut at regular intervals. The door slamming pretty much killed their rating for me, because it doesn't matter how good a hotel looks or how great the value is if you can't relax and get a good nights sleep. I think the loudness of the doors have been a problem for others because there was a sign in our room saying not to slam the doors shut. I don't think anyone reads that though so it may be time to add those things to the doors that force them to shut slower. Other things that made the hotel feel more bargain basement and less cool, beautiful hotel: 1. No safes in the room. Sorry, these days most hotels offer these! 2. Super cheap towels. Some of them were dingy gray, all of them were super thin and felt like sandpaper. If you are going to spend the money and make your hotel look as good as it does, spend a little more and get new towels! I did try the free breakfast one day and thought it was pretty good for being free. They had a waffle maker where you can make your own waffle, which my husband really liked. They also had eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, toast, and probably some other things I'm forgetting. I would be hesitant to stay here again, simply because I need my rest when I'm traveling. If this place could not least fix the doors and get new towels it would be so much better!! read more

Upon making my first visit to SpringHill Suites in Corona, I admit I was a bit skeptical. Located right next to I-15,I wondered if this was going to be a mistake staying here...plus Corona isn't known for being a "relaxing" kind of place (about as relaxing as when I stayed in Bakersfield). But as crazy as it may seem, this place is pretty awesome! Walking into the lobby, you can tell that this place has a certain vibe that is not only welcoming but calming. It's full of bright colors and designed in a modern style. The rooms are really spacious, with a mini bar / kitchen area and a seating area separate from where your bed is. Rooms are not designed to be overly gaudy or extremely dull either. It's just a nice place to call home for a few days. Noise levels are normally low, minus any annoying guests who see fit to run up and down the hallways. Our last visit was like this as there was a wedding party taking up the floor where we were staying. The staff was extremely understanding when it came to this issue and did their best to rectify the situation (which didn't really work). In dealing with the staff at SpringHill Suites, I can honestly say that they always provided what I consider top notch service. I'm not high maintenance, but I do know what is and isn't good customer service and I've experienced nothing but excellence when staying here. They do have a breakfast open to guests every morning, with the usual goods like bagels, fruit, cereal, eggs and pastries. They also have beer, soda and snacks available for purchase in the lobby as well...in case you get some late night munchies. If you're planning on going to Glenn Ivy Spa, this is a great place to stay as it's quite close. We'll be back for sure! read more
