One of the worst stays I've had in a really long time. We arrived on the 16 at 3:43 pm that is about 15 minutes before actual check in. I spoke to a lady with white hair at the front desk and she had no name tag on. The first room she gave us was the only one available she told me mom and I; it was room 135. This room was in absolutely horrendous shape. A yellow tub, unclean carpet floors, ants in the bathroom and red caked stuff which looked like blood around the drain. After leaving that room immediately my mom and I were told we had to wait one hour for another room. We waited approximately 10 minutes and were told "it just magically opened new rooms for us to get" I've never heard that one before. We ended up staying in 323. Which was a higher floor which i preferred. However the fridge, hair dryer and there were absolutely no utensils or plates for the microwave so I'm not sure how we were supposed to eat. For this being a junior suite room my mom's birthday trip beginning has been extremely rough. I'll definitely not stay here ever again. This evening; on Saturday July 18-we had ants infesting our bathroom, they were all along the baseboard. A gentleman came up and he thought it was a good idea to spray raid in the bathroom. Raid is a chemical that you cannot breathe in it's lethal. He told us it was fine and it was OK to breathe in. He tried opening the window as he breathed in the Raid... we left the room and we moved rooms immediately. When we were staying there, we got our rooms moved and then the next day we switched to hotels. read more

stopped in Napa on the drive back from Humboldt. When possible I use a Marriott property...this is the most reasonably priced location in Napa (prices are better in Sonoma but I needed to be on this side of the Valley). We pretty much only slept here checked in after 10 pm and left by 10 am We arrived quite late and the only available room was an accessible room on the first floor (room 111). the room was spacious and clean. beds are comfy. there was also a really cool West Elm couch/trundle bed. i noticed a pool outside and the outside area looked inviting. this is in an industrial area about 10-15 min south of downtown Napa. Breakfast was better than your average Springhill/Fairfield. there was an indoor area where the food was + seating. There was also an outdoor seating area which looked really inviting. If i was here on vacation I may have sat outside. I just grabbed coffee and a boiled egg & took it back to my room. the only problem we encountered is that the AC/Heat was on the fritz. it would randomly blow hot and then cold...the thermostat screen was dead so I had no clue if it even worked. There was only a front desk person who had no idea what to do. I asked for a fan and he found one for me...not really a solution but made it bearable in the room. read more

Hidden gem! For all the high priced hotels in Napa Valley, Springhill Suites is a great 'bang for your buck' stay. Location is 15 mins from DT Napa but its not a bad drive. Perks... 1. We've staying at this location for 4-5 times. It's about 6 miles away from downtown, which is pretty convenient. There's not a lot nearby the hotel, but it's great that they offer complimentary breakfast and coffee, which gets us going in the morning. Rooms are clean and organized, beds are comfortable for us to sleep through the night. I like that the AC unit has constant fan on option, which keeps the air in the room flowing. We did experience one room with a toilet didn't flush well, and one room the water in their sink doesn't flow down well. Most of the front staffs were nice and friendly, especially James who's always nice, patient and helpful. Though, we did experience one time, a female staff was quite rude towards us: no eye contact, looked mean and ignored my questions. But we only saw her that one time, perhaps she's no longer working there. They do give out bottled waters for being Gold member, which is nice. They have beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby now. Overall, a nice place to stay if you visit Napa. We'll be back. read more

I decided to do a weekend in Napa and wanted to stay at Marriott property to keep my status. This was a very expensive hotel and I don't think it was worth it. Its a good 15-20 minutes' drive to anything in downtown Napa. Also, there was mold in my shower along the bottom edges and on the ceiling. Also, you hear a lot of road noise from the rooms, at least in my room you did. Yes, you do have free parking and WIFI, as well as a really good included breakfast. I also liked having a mini-refrigerator for leftovers and drinks in my room. Bed was comfy and like the couch set up. Check in and out were fine. I think I would just say closer to town next time. read more

I had a free night to redeem through my Marriot Bonvoy points, so I decided that I wanted to do an overnighter in Napa. However, I was very adamant in finding a hotel that I could bring my dog. After a bit of research, I found that SpringHill Suites was not only pet friendly but close to a few wineries and a 15 minute drive from downtown. We checked in to the hotel on a Friday evening and were greeted by the friendliest receptionist. She was so cheerful with a great attitude. She made us feel welcomed and also shared details of their free breakfast and specific areas where we could bring our dog. Her customer service and hospitability were exceptional. I really appreciated that we were placed in a room on the first floor next to an exit. We had easy access to and from our room whenever we needed to relieve our dog. There was ample parking around the hotel, so we relocated our car right next to the room. The room was definitely dated, but it was pretty spacious and comfortable enough for a quick Napa trip. Loved the bed and had a great night of sleep. Only thing that was off was that the room smelled musty when we first walked into it, but we were able to open the windows and get the vents going to circulate fresh air into the space. read more

Centrally located for both Bay Area business and Napa County leisure. This is a very comfortable and highly functional place for your business/leisure travel. Nothing fancy in terms of breakfast or the food at the bar but the service is excellent and friendly and they are cool with having the party continue after hours in the lobby which is a big plus when you're in wine country. read more

Every single person at this hotel was so very nice! Checking in was super simple, our room, which was cleaned by Margarita, was so clean and smelled so fresh when we walked in. We stayed for two nights, and the second day our bed was made, and the room was freshened up. It was heaven coming back from winetasting and having the room cleaned up, which we did not expect. JOV was our bartender in the evenings and had the best recommendations for wings and pizza. We had so much fun sitting around the bar talking to everyone and he had us feeling like family :) We sat out by the fire pits one evening and then sadly we left the next day. This hotel is super close to downtown Napa and a quick Uber ride ...I highly recommend this hotel and we will be back!! read more

We had an excellent stay here while visiting Napa! The staff went above and beyond. When we arrived, we were greeted by Madison who did an excellent job getting us all checked in and squared away. After we had checked out, I called because I thought I had left my ID there. The staff double checked the rooms to see if it was there and gave us a call back a few hours later to inform us they did not find it. We ended up finding the ID later on in one of our pockets. But usually in a situation like this the hotel does not even call you back. I really appreciate that even after we checked out, they still continued to help us. The room was clean and comfortable for our stay. I like the SpringHills still give you the option to have complimentary breakfast here in the mornings. The hotel itself is very nice. Parking is easy, the lobby is very pretty, and the outdoor area was pretty too. They were renovating the pool while we were there, but it would have been too cold to swim anyway so nothing got missed out on. We would definitely stay here again! read more

I wanted to like this place more than I did. And it's possible that I'm spoiled by previous experience. I came here and the check in was awesome. I checked in (prepaid) and have an account with them. I received complimentary water and went to my room. I had already downloaded the Marriott Bonvoy app on my phone and my husband's phone so that we could get into our room with our phone. But I was told after about a 1/2 hour of trying to download my key that sometimes this function doesn't work on iphones. Really? Then I found out through an FAQ that there can only be one phone activated per room. OK. I've used this feature before and absolutely loved it! So to not have it work because I have an iPhone and sometimes it doesn't work with those is quite lame. But we had a nice room. I set up my Netflix account and forgot to log out (another story). So I was more than peeved. Plus the trip didn't show up under my account which is weird and means that I have to call customer service to get that cleared up. That has happened before. But at the same time, they had quite a breakfast spread and I was impressed. We got up early enough to go yesterday morning and it was impressive. A lot of foods that I don't eat out (eggs - four ways, oatmeal, cold cereal) but they had a waffle machine. I made my husband a waffle and he liked it. They did have the Udi's Gluten Free muffin which was cool. So, I was impressed by a breakfast that looked quite impressive even though I could only eat a few of the foods. And the staff was nice, super nice. This is what turned this from a two star to a three star review. The coffee wasn't great either but it was piping hot. And there was half and half (where's the cream?). They had the vanilla Coffeemate, however, I don't usually use that. Plus they had a lot of room for the people eating. The attendants/food preparers were totally nice and I complimented them because they were doing a banging job. So, this place is a nice place to lay your head. It's kinda dark to drive to downtown at night, but all and all, I may stay there again. one that I've used before to get into my room. We came here for our birthday trip to Napa for wine tastings! Southwest vacations had a package of air/hotel that worked nicely for us. I kind of agree with Arlene C, we were surrounded by small businesses and construction work, not on a busy 'urban' street like many chain hotels. (I wouldn't say 'podunk' but ok, fine!) but despite being off the beaten bath, it could get noisy at night with traffic and motorcycles! Anyway, our check in was fine, the free parking was very helpful, probably because we had no rain! If you are a Marriott member, you get free bottled water daily; they have kitchen sinks and a water dispenser in the lobby, but I think the latter is 'while supplies last'. The microwave is a good touch too. Our room was decent, we hoped to find 2 beds, but the sofa/trundle bed was interesting. I didnt use it but I hear it was comfortable. I was not fond of the long distance between the toilet/tub and sink in the bathroom at first, with a separate door no less, but when you go from have your own bathroom to sharing, it can save time (and embarrassment..I'll leave that there!) I was not fond of the tiny workout room, but I did not use it. I can't get used to a workout room with NO LOCKER ROOMS or showers! It was too cold to swim and I did not use the jacuzzi, but it seems convenient to have showers on the first floor with a workout room, pool and jacuzzi. The excess of chargers for HDMI chords on the lamps and alarm clock were SUPER useful, so one can charge multiple devices at once. The bar downstairs was good for tvs but not much else. The bar menu was pricey and the wine was the 'generic' sort you could get at the store. (we are in NAPA people, at least offer something from a vineyard that's not mainstream) The free breakfast was good, and the coffee/tea was good too, esp with the decaf offering. One can get protein and avoid red meat/pork, and they varied the hot offerings daily to quiche, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, and veggie sausages. As a way to save $$ on food, I sometimes ate a large breakfast so that I'd only snack at lunchtime, and my next full meal was dinner. Just saying.. WARNING: This is a PET FRIENDLY hotel, so if you have allergies you may be at a loss. The dogs in the lobby as we ATE INSIDE were..quiet at least, a nice touch, and they were cute dogs, but if you don't care for dogs and have allergies, be warned when you come. read more

Great spot to stay at close to Napa. I like the suites better than a regular hotel because of their extra amenities and additional space. The staff are very nice. The rooms and common areas are clean. They offer coffee and hot drinks in the lobby every morning between 6:30am-10:00am. This week they started providing granola bars, apples, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. The gym is open with limited capacity and the pool area is still closed. read more

Having been to Napa a number of times I try to manage my expectations when going to a new hotel, thus, this establishment exceeded them. First, the attention to detail in my room was nice. It had real glasses, a nice TV, was clean, could have slept three other people, had a couch, a desk, and a little bar area. The bed was comfortable. Second, the breakfast had healthy fruit options, oatmeal, scrambled eggs and spinach to top them with, as well as good coffee (and you can't underestimate the appreciation of good coffee). Third, the staff was nice. I can't say this enough, but the people that you talk to while you are at an establishment matter. Are they smiling, do they care, or are they stressed, negative and grumpy. Here they were happy and accommodating. This alone is enough for me to consider staying a second time. Fourth, the grounds were nice. Clearly they are making an effort to make sure that their customers are comfortable as they walk about the property, and it worked for me. You do need to know that you are some distance from Napa Valley and that you should plan accordingly, as driving around the Napa Valley is almost LAesque. We ran into multiple long stopped traffic situations, and this can be a real problem at different times of the day. I'd suggest that you consult with the front desk folks as they will be able to tell you the best times of the day to go to different locations. To summarize, I will strongly be considering this location for my hotel needs on future trips to Napa. read more

This is only a 15 min drive to downtown Napa, and was a good deal! Well we found out why. It's in an industrial podunk area lol! That's fine if all your going to do is sleep and take off the next morning. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing with the rubbery eggs. Don't know about you, but I don't eat hard boiled eggs that have already been shelled. There's a swimming pool and a large fire pit that closes at 9pm, so we didn't get a chance to enjoy it. Rooms are roomy & clean. The Jr. suite has a small seating area with a sink and frig. The staff is very friendly. By far, one of the most expensive springhill suites I've ever seen. But hey, welcome to Napa! It's tough to find anything affordable in Napa these days, but this hotel was about as good a Marriott options as the area allowed. Located a bit outside of Napa (15-20 min drive), but close enough that you're still next to all the action. Hotel is a bit off the main road, enough that it's quiet with not much development around it. Not a high hotel, and sprawls a bit with a nice pool area and firepit in the middle. Parking is convenient and free, though you may have a small walk to the front desk if you're parked far. Decent size lobby, check-in was a bit slow but maybe had relatively new staff member. Rooms can be a hike as well (since the property sprawls), but the rooms are decently appointed (typical budget hotel but comfortable). Decent size room, wi-fi worked well. Bathroom is a bit small, but workable. Morning breakfast was decent, typical Marriott budget fare but really enjoyed the walnuts and chocolate (designed for oatmeal, but makes a good snack). Overall, will be back for the affordability. read more

Second stay here while visiting in Napa. Hotel is clean, rooms are basic +, but comfortable, bed was very comfortable with decent pillows, free Wi-Fi, morning breakfast, in room microwave, coffee/tea maker, and small refrigerator. Location is about an 8 minute drive from Door Napa. Drive is much easier with road construction nearly finished! Definitely not walkable but quiet! I wish they would re think their in room electric plugs locations. Their lamp plugs don't accommodate the newer phone and laptop charging cords. I prefer to have my phone next to my bed for charging when traveling. Their cancellation policy is awfully strict, even for their Elite members. Had to cancel my first night's stay due to illness. I didn't anticipate being ill 48hrs before my planned stay, so was charged the full room price even after cancelling the night before! Upon check in, the desk attendant appeared to empathic but told me that I should have taken out trip protection insurance. Well, yes, perhaps, but lighten up on your cancellation policy.....especially since the hotel wasn't even full! read more

The email said our room was ready so we left our other hotel early and went to check in here only to be told our room would not be ready until the afternoon. My company booked most of us at this hotel nearby the work conference at the meritage. Nothing to complain, it was nearby the event venue which is all that matters. The bedroom was fairly large. It has a king size bed, small kitchenette with microwave, sink, fridge, mini living room space with pull out couch, table n a desk area as you walked in. There's a large flat screen tv that was angled at a weird direction from the bed. It was a crooked angle from the bed view. The tv was absolutely useless, it wasn't a functional tv. I tried to turn on Netflix, it didn't work out. The bathroom sink and toilet/bath was separate. Spring Hill didn't provide disposable slippers, lotions, shower gel, shampoo or conditioner, floss or toothpastes. There are some shower amenities in the bathtub for use. SpringHill is hidden right next to a construction site. The construction site was done when I'm back at the hotel at night. In the morning, I was woken up by the loud thuds from the site. I honestly thought it was earthquake from the minor shakes. Free breakfast, WiFi which I enjoyed. I didn't have to worry about finding a fast food restaurant to grab breakfast. It was breakfast buffet from 7am-11am everyday. There are tea, coffee, yogurt, milk cartons, cereals, muffins, bagels, scrambled eggs, pork sausages, fruits. The pork sausages are delicious tho. I was pretty filled up for breakfast. Decent overall stay at springhill, it was a convenient location to work venue, free breakfast/WiFi, large hotel rooms, comfortable stay! read more

Was going to be in the area for only one night and booked our stay here. Check-in seemed smooth. However, when we reached the room and stepped inside, there was someone in bed. Fortunately we quickly backed out. That could have been very embarrassing. When we got to the front desk, they seemed confused that there was someone in that room. They gave us another and fortunately it was empty. Rooms are basic. They had a new couch/bed from West Elm, which was nice. Because of the earlier room debacle, I couldn't login to high speed internet because they had our name assigned to another room. Good thing I did not have a lot of work to do. Later in the evening, I returned to the hotel I noticed that the door to building where our room was located was propped open. Later, I ordered pizza for delivery. Delivery driver was able to get to room easily (I guess door was still propped open?) I had assumed front desk would tell me someone was here. Security needs to be reinforced. I slept well, despite my security concerns (yes, I extra reinforced door locks after having walked in another guest's room). They need to address security issues. read more

Nice reliable spot to stay. In light of the COVID debacle that's happening amongst the world, the hubs and I had to getaway so this was the place. Although I prefer the Oakland SpringHill Suites better because it's newer and more modern, this hotel is still decent and serves us well whenever we're in town. Upon arrival, I sprayed alcohol everywhere and wiped everything down, light switches, door nobs, the toilet (as always do), remote, phone, tv, thermostat, lamps (on/off switches), appliances, desk, and everything else in between. I was glad to know that my white dust rag was still white. The entire room was at least dust free. That was comforting and a definite sign that we will be back. If you're looking for a place to stay, this might be an option. read more

This is a great hotel. Location is awesome, nice fire pit out door area, but the bird Poops! They're awful! And they're stinking everywhere!!! All over the pool deck, really gross especially for the littles hands and all over your car when you leave. It is gross. They need to do something about that. I should not pay over $200 for hotel accommodations and worry about bird feces everywhere. They had a sign that said these dang birds are protected from February to September which are prime Napa destination dates. WTH. Just stayed 3 nights, and it was frustrating. Woke up several times thru the nights, as the air conditioning thermostats are equipped with motion sensors, and shut off when they don't feel motion. Well no kidding, that's what happens when people sleep, they don't often move! I had to get up several times at night, to walk in front of the thermostat to wake it up, so it would work again, which is counter intuitive ! What a joke. Next, the elevator was not working for the entire stay, and had to use the emergency stairs to access my room. It was very inconvenient to say the least. Lastly, their complimentary breakfast, which some people count on when making a reservation, ran out daily, and what was left over, was not appealing. This was not the type of service you would expect from a Marriott property. read more

I love Napa Valley, it has been one of my go to get away places for eons. I was in need of looking at a different set of four walls during these crazy times, and found Springhill suites at what seemed like a reasonable price for the weekend. Despite the room itself being oddly shaped, the room overall was comfortable. Everything was super clean, and perfect for a getaway weekend. There was a small separate seating area with a couch and chairs, a very small wet bar with a fridge. Definitely more than you see in most hotel rooms. The bathroom was clean, but lacked towels and soap. The desk staff had said that during these times of Covid, that they don't service the rooms; if you want your bed made, make it yourself. If you need towels, then you have to go to the front desk and request and wait for them. The same with anything else that you may need. They don't offer room service on any level. Sleeping in a hotel is always tricky. Until you're actually getting ready to go to sleep, you'll find out that the bed is either super comfortable, or super uncomfortable. Thankfully, the bed was somewhere in between. There's nothing worse than not being able to sleep. While the room itself was comfortable, the hallways, elevators and surrounding places were definitely in need of cleaning. Parking had its challenges, as did being placed in a room at the farthest point away from the elevator with no one else in between. I never want my room to be close to the elevator, but I also don't want it to be so far away that getting my belongings to the room takes what feels like forever to get there. If you're looking for an out-of-the-way place in Napa, the prices were reasonable enough that it would be worth checking out. read more

Awesome hotel! Love the beautiful grounds. Nice fountain,flowers, fire pit area, etc. Super relaxing and quiet. Entire hotel is kept up really well. Clean and chill vibe. Staff were really friendly and efficient at check in. They have a convenient little mini store with drinks or any little necessity you may have forgot and it's open 24 hours which is a plus. Free breakfast was tasty. Fluffy eggs and all. Pool and large hot tub with great lounge areas and towels provided. Suites are comfy with a separate little "living room" and kitchenette with a sink etc. Highly recommend for any type of party! read more

No room service until checkout!- but you can call and schedule it when ever you need room service. Outside of that if there is anything else you require, it will be delivered to your door. There is nothing within walking distance of this hotel. It is a cute spot right on the outskirts of Napa, but is in a terrible location. Smacked in the middle of what looks like an industrial park, you MUST have a mode of transport to get to anything/anywhere that is worth getting to. Quick tip: stock up on snacks, wine (whatever), get your late night eats (pizza etc) and have them handy before you head back to the hotel. Because it will be 11pm and you will feel hungry, and you will want a burger or popcorn (or something like that...) and everything within distance will be closed or just too inconvenient to get to and you will *quietly* thank me! Stayed here for one night for the long weekend. No amenities offered during this time - gym, pool, breakfast, etc. They do have coffee. Very well priced and the room was spacious. There's a couch and a desk in one separated space with a fridge. It was nice as I like to sleep in and my husband doesn't. Our remote had a plastic covering. The room was pretty clean. The one odd thing is the television is in the middle of the room. I guess this allows you to watch tv from the couch or the bed. Loved that they have Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. No tissues but not sure if its because of covid. read more

Needed to decompress and after dropping off the kids at Grandpa's house, me and the wife planned to get away for one night.I called the day before and asked if it was possible for an early check in so we can take advantage of the nice weather by soaking up some sun by the pool and wanted to celebrate my birthday that way because well, I'm a simple man. I recently stayed here for two nights as we were doing a Napa weekend for my sister's birthday and a large part of the group was staying at the Meritage which was fairly close to here. For reference for those who do not know Napa or the area, the nearest wineries are in the Yountville/Oakville/Rutherford area which is still about 10-15 minutes from downtown Napa. You won't find big hotels in that area. If anything, small bed and breakfast type places. So if you are booking here to be close to it all, know you will still drive about 20 minutes to the wineries. Downtown Napa is closer. Overall, we loved our stay. The front desk was friendly and helpful both times I went there. I had a beer at the bar which was chill. The guy working the bar was friendly as well. The room was nice. I had a king room suite which had a side room with a fridge, sink, couch and desk. The couch was very comfy! I went the breakfast both mornings and it varied by day. Was simple and would have been nice to have just a bagel but it did the trick. I requested extra coffee and a pillow for the room and received both. The only minus star was for the shower. It was special. It doesn't get warm unless you went all the way hot but then it would be too hot and you would have to turn it all the way down to get cold but then it would be too cold. It was a quick shower for us all to say the least. It could have just been the room I was in though. I only wish I had had time to use the pool and hot tub because it looked lovely. I might come back just for a stay to use the pool :) read more

Very good value at this hotel. We've stayed at higher end hotels in the Napa area before and while nice, I always felt they were overpriced. Especially since you're spending most of your time at wineries. I had a free night stay with Marriott and redeemed it here. This hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms and ground are clean. There is free hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, etc). The room are well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and paper plates. Added bonus of having Paul Mitchell toiletries. I particularly liked the shampoo as it had a minty feeling on my scalp. There is a bar and outdoor fire pit and pool. We didn't get to enjoy those amenities during our stay but I saw other guest using them. Book this hotel if you're looking for a clean hotel to spend the night without breaking the bank! read more

This is a newish, glowing, affordable hotel in Napa. Although it is a little further out from the wineries, it's worth trekking out to as it is super clean and the staff is really friendly. We had 2 beds and a sofa bed for the 4 of us. The shower pressure was great and we loved having a fridge in the room. The bed wasn't super comfy but the sheets were soft and clean. I didn't hear the birds that other yelpers brought up in their reviews but I did hear a weird whooshing sound throughout the night. Might not be the best for light sleepers but I had no issues with it. Breakfast is also included in your stay. I had no complaints. It was your basic buffet of eggs, meat, bread, yogurt, fruit, and DIY waffles. Everything was super stocked and fresh. There's a heated pool and also a large parking lot. Great quality for the price we paid and a return visit in the future if needing an extra night in Napa. read more

Springhill suites is cozy hotel by marriot tucked away along highway 29 going toward Napa. You might miss it if your not paying attention but you surely dont want to skip staying here. I was greatfully able to give my mother's 45 years in childcare retirement party there and everything turned out super fab. The staff is really good and super accomadating. After throwing the party my mom was able to enjoy a night's stay and she felt like the queen she truly is...and I quote" Lauren...the cable channels in that room were amazing!" So yeah...I can say I will be back for an event or my own staycation! read more

The hotel is nice, quiet and clean - INSIDE. OUTSIDE is an absolute mess. Thousands of swallows have been allowed to roost under the roof. No car is spared. No head is safe. Every square inch of the grounds are covered with BIRD CRAP. Within minutes, your car will be a speckled mess of fecal matter. They should install a car wash for guests and provide umbrellas to prevent being crapped upon. ALL of the surrounding businesses took PROACTIVE measures to prevent a swallow infestation. None of the neighbors have swallow issues - because they TOOK ACTION before they became established. SpringHill sat back & let them get out of hand, then it was too late. Neighboring businesses do not have netting or plexiglass under the eaves. And ZERO nests. You must hose down the mud daily as they start building, before it BECOMES A NEST. Wait a week and you lose. Sheer laziness. Guests lose. read more

We checked in not knowing the whole hotel is running dirty brown water. Carpet was also still damp and moist leaving brown marks in my socks. We didn't feel comfortable staying for the 2 nights we booked so we canceled our reservation after staying in the room for a few hours. It was 9pm when we processed cancellation. Thankfully they refunded me the following day. read more
