My wife and I had talked about taking a vacation in Napa for a few years. This year, I traded my timeshare in for a week at RiverPointe and we had a fantastic time! At RiverPointe, you have your own private cottage. The cottage has 1 bedroom and a full kitchen. We also had a private patio with outdoor furniture. This was perfect for inviting friends over for wine and appetizers. Our cottage was very clean. We called and had fresh towels delivered daily and they did complete housekeeping in the middle of the week. The service was very accommodating. The location was perfect. It's a short drive from Downtown Napa and you're also near all the wineries. There's even a Walmart around the corner to stock the kitchen when you arrive. The cottages are right along the Napa River and there's a nice walking path. We're so glad we stayed here. It was so much nicer than a typical hotel.

I brought up Christmas decor to decorate the place in style! Absolutely loved having my own place, so much better than staying in a hotel. The kitchen had stove top and microwave, but no oven. I cooked my turkey dinner at home, packed it up and reheated it so not a problem. It had heat/AC, full size bathroom, TV, DVD player...in other words everything you need! Location is on Napa River so I enjoyed long walks on the path and the deer were not afraid and came close to my tiny home. The community is lovely-close to Oxbow Market and a super Walmart if you need groceries, etc. Definitely 5 thumbs up, will be coming back. BTW, there is a pool, clubhouse, hot tubs, & laundry facilities. Each tiny home has a deck with patio furniture, umbrella with BBQ grills nearby. A hidden gem!

Had a very pleasant stay here. RiverPointe is a compilation of cottages next to the Napa River. Our cottage was cozy, very comfortable, and super clean. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There are two TV's, with a good channel selection. There is a walking trail along the river. The location is quiet and peaceful, we had a solid night's sleep. Would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay, we were here for a week and enjoyed everything about it. Mind you this is more of cabin living so with that in mind come stay and enjoy yourself. They have small events in the main lobby building a few days a week that are a fun way to meet people. The staff were all top notch and friendly. Special shout out to Susanna she is great we really enjoyed talking with her.

extremely dirty. Desperately needs to be refurbished. Shower is antiquated And dirty. floors are warped. Don't forget to ask for housekeeping. they only provide if you ask. beautiful property, but so run down. This could be such a darling place. So sad, we were looking forward to staying here. Will not return.

A weekend in Napa is always a wonderful treat, but finding this resort on the river may have been one of our luckiest accomplishments yet (and credit for that goes to my bff!) She booked a couple nights for us and our boyfriends to celebrate our birthdays in late September. Tyree and Yolando helped check in our group of 4 upon arrival. They were awesome!! We were showed to our private trailer: It was clean, spacious, adorable, and affordable! We cooked chicken and salmon on the community bbq then drank wine together while playing card games inside before bed. It was absolutely perfect! The next couple of days we watched the PGA tournament live at Silverado Resort, which is very nearby. We walked the River path in the mornings by our room and it was a beautiful way to start our days!! There's plenty of safe parking and privacy here and we will definitely book another stay next time we spend the night in nearby Napa.

New furniture (unsupervised laborers hauled away sleeper sheets with the old couch).

I recommend the reader staying elsewhere if you have any valuable items. My story below. We stayed at the Archer Hotel Napa mid December 2025. When departing the property, I left my Stetson cowboy hat in the room ($1K+). Realizing this the next day, I contacted the Archer Hotel who informed me that nothing was reported yet (with a promise for a follow up notice). After 3 weeks of silence, I reached out again and was told that staff had not found the hat in the room. I must point out that the hat was packed in a special-purpose large box; given the size, special packing, value, and nature of the item, it is inconceivable that it would have been discarded as trash. Evidently, it was stolen. I then escalated this issue to management who mostly ignored my requests (I can share various emails for those who care). I did learn that there is security footage but access or review of it was denied (and one would wonder why that was not done in December following my first call?). This makes it evident that management (GM Michael Pace and Director of Operations Patricia Wilson) prefer to turn a blind eye and as such indirectly approves of staff holding on to left-behind items of value. Again: this is theft. I am now left with filing a report with the Napa Police Department.

Unfortunately, this stay suggested otherwise. The most concerning issue occurred at 2:00 a.m., when the smoke alarm began chirping because of a low battery. After we called the front desk, a security guard arrived with a ladder but, instead of replacing the battery, removed the smoke alarm entirely, leaving our cottage without a functioning smoke alarm overnight. He also mentioned this happens often, which made the situation even more concerning. The next morning, despite having the Do Not Disturb light on and a 2:00 p.m. late checkout, housekeeping knocked on our door around 11:30 a.m. to clean the room. The room also showed the same maintenance and housekeeping issues we encountered on our previous visit: a broken lampshade, stained carpeting and furniture, and a folded "clean" towel with a crusted brown stain. Combined with the damaged bedding, stained furnishings, and patio umbrella from our first stay, our impression is that these are recurring issues rather than isolated oversights. That's especially disappointing because the public-facing aspects of the resort, including The Market and Farm, are excellent. Unfortunately, the accommodations did not reflect the standard we expect from a luxury resort. We won't be returning, especially with so many better-maintained options nearby.

Same goes for the wine tasting at their bar, which I was looking forward to but didn't end up trying because the property wasn't walkable during construction. Parking is uncovered but right out front, which was convenient. The lobby felt small and a bit awkward, likely due to the remodel.
