The parking at this hotel was good. They have a pool and a gym. The room was clean! The bathroom door was broken, and they are kinda useless when it comes to using the restroom at night because if you turn the light on it lights the entire room up because the doors are glass!! The ice machine was working and our room had a fridge, microwave, pullout couch and desk area. It was a great room! Overall we'd stay again. It's about 15 min to the beach. Overall a clean and comfortable stay. Our bed was a little hard for my personal preference but I know that not everyone prefers the same mattress. There was a little pull out trundle bed on the sofa. From the moment we walked into this Springhill Suites location I was impressed. The lobby is sleek and modern. The front desk attendant was friendly and very helpful. We had a suite which was two full size beds and a couch that had a single bed underneath. The toilet was in a totally separate room from the shower/sink which was convenient. The room was spotless and beds were comfortable, and water pressure was good. It was only after a while that I noticed slight signs of wear and tear like a small hole in the wall. A full breakfast buffet is included. For the basics (bagels, cereal, fruit, coffee) it was fine. The eggs tasted totally artificial. The ladies at the breakfast buffet could not have been nicer! I have stayed in several of the hotels in this area and without expecting a whole lot, I booked a night here before heading to Miami for the weekend, the hotel is located in a nice quiet area just minutes away from the beach and attractions, if you feel like saving money on meals, Publix supermarket is right behind the hotel, the rooms are very clean and comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator, the breakfast included in the rate was great and Heather the lady who cooks is sweetest of all. I stayed here one night for business purposes. I arrived late to check in, around 9pm. The staff was kind, and the room was lovely. To relax for the evening I went to take a bath, but after I turned on the water, a brownish/yellow colored water poured into the tub. I immediately called the front desk and the gentlemen told me they had plumbing issues earlier in some of the rooms and instructed me to run the water for a bit and it will go away (which it did, but still very apprehensive about it). I was so confused that the hotel put me in this room, knowing there was an issue. Why didn't they test the water themselves prior? Or better yet, provide me with another room after I called to complain. Either way I didn't feel comfortable using the water, and was so exhausted from work I just went to bed (bed was very comfortable). The next morning, I went to brush my teeth and the water that came out of the sink was black. I was so disgusted, I used my water bottle to rinse my toothbrush and skipped taking a shower. Prior to my check out, I grabbed coffee and breakfast from the delightful morning crew (assortment of food was awesome). When I checked out I told the woman about what I had experienced during my stay and an apology was all I got. Long story short, it was a very nice hotel but they didn't make the proper accommodations for the issues they were having at the time. read more

The breakfast was great The best part of the hotel is the staff..the night crew was nice and the breakfast crew was awesome..there was 1 making fresh waffles and another young lady helping out...the younger lady seem so happy to be here...and made our wakeup even better. A little bumpy start mostly in part to me not informing staff of my beloved service dog Jaxx so they could accommodate our needs (1st floor) which they all did so graciously with an extremely early check in i might add. very happy & friendly staff , room is very clean & they take pride in making sure it passes a few inspections which is nice to know especially during these times King room has a Comfortable space with a pull out west elm couch , modern flare & very spacious , mini fridge microwave ....they've done very well with maximizing space here.. I enjoyed the privacy & quietness of property. Gym is nice , new equipment& is used frequently which always a good thing ! a quick nosh , water , champagne is downstairs, there's a small eatery too check hours they placed us next to the pool so my dog has some entertainment if he has to stay in the room for a few hours. the Beach is just over the bridge & if you want to hang on the bay side there are plenty of restaurants close by as well! Also there's a relatively large dog park , Vero Beach Dog Park, just a short distance from hotel. So far so good happy to be in Vero & happy I chose Spring Hill Suites , Self admittedly I'm quite spoiled this has definitely opened up my eyes to staying here again in the future read more

The service and staff members have been very helpful and supportive. We were handed a list of restaurants nearby to possibly try during our visit. That list has made life comfortable for our family of seven. When you have a large family like mine, you have many pallets to try and satisfy. Housekeeping staff very courteous and assisted with our needs. The rooms were really clean, breakfast is a challenge though! The hotel is about 15 minutes from the main part of town (a little isolated) however there is a shopping plaza for any essential needs. (Publix, Hair Cuttery, etc) Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and modern, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was included (and not terrible!) I was content with my stay. The cherry on top: After my stay I realized I left my favorite boots. (Yikes!) I called the hotel the following day and the woman on the phone confirmed she had my boots and started on the process to ship them back right away. (Hassle free!) A couple of hours later, I got a tracking number and my boots were shipped FedEx express and arrived the next day! When an establishment has staff that will go above and beyond for a customer (without having the customer jumping through hoops) that's when you know management is doing something right. read more

The manager was all over the place making sure everything was satisfactory. Only one complaint-both toasters in the breakfast room were broken so I couldn't get my favorite morning bagel. Toiled started leaking after some one destroyed it and we asked multiple times for it to get cleaned the first time he just left the plunger in our room with no notice. I am a business traveler and have stayed hundreds of nights in hotels and I have to say that this one is quite outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stays over the last six months and they did a great job recognizing and accommodating me and my status with Marriott. The rooms were always clean and ready upon my arrival with plenty of hangers in the closet, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, AC was a little loud but not so much to interfere with my sleep. Rooms are well insulated and I never heard any noise coming from adjoining rooms. The wifi was excellent and I never had a problem connecting and always had good download speeds. The breakfast was pretty good. The scrambled eggs were kinda funky, I think they were powdered and microwaved which have them a word texture but they treated fine. Plenty of pastry and cereal choices asking with fresh pineapple and strawberries. Is your are traveling on your own, I would recommend getting two Queens instead of one King because you get a bigger closet, more pillows and convenience outlets for computers and chargers that are easy to get to. The upside of a single King is the larger need and a walk in shower instead of a tub shower. There was always plenty of parking even on busy weeks. Parking lot is well lighted and with four entrances, my car was never far away. There are plenty of restaurants near by. My favorites were Davila's, Chive, Mulligans and Sumo House. read more

The saying is that the people sell an establishment. It really holds true here. Marriott has some of the finest examples of their employees right here. Granted, the night auditors are a wee bit rough, but they're nice enough. One was a blonde guy whose shirt was rumpled and untucked. The other was a black guy who seemed like he'd rather be elsewhere (sleeves haphazardly unbuttoned and semi-rolled up, too). Night shift. I get it. But, there is a corporate image to maintain. The daytime staff was stellar, and damn near bent over backwards to please us. The housekeeping staff had THE best demeanor of any place we've ever stayed. The cute little redhead (Jessica) has a perfect personality for customer service. She'd be right at home behind the desk. She's such a delight! The grey-haired lady setting up the breakfast was a doll, too. Great personality, as well. Our room had a few very minor carpet stains, and a smudge on the wall, but there was no offensive odor at all. Marriott should be very proud of this hotel. read more

We stayed in the SpringHill Suites in Vero Beach for 6 nights. This is not a full-service hotel so there is no room service and no bells and whistles and we really weren't expecting any. We had one of their standard suites that included two queen beds, a small refrigerator, sitting area, desk, and separate toilet and bathrooms. The negative: 1. The layout. The toilet was in a separate room from the shower. Both rooms had frosted glass doors so you could see the outline of whoever was in there and when the lights were on, they shone right on the beds, which was very inconvenient. I get up early and would rather not wake my significant other up with a light that shines right on his face. This is not to mention the fact that both bathrooms are at the foot of each bed! Not the most private set-up. And you can hear everything through the thin doors. 2. Housekeeping. We had to ask them to change the sheets on one bed after 3 days when normally they are changed automatically at that point. The glasses weren't replaced. We started with 4 glasses, but they never replaced all of them so we only had 3 on any given day. The positive: 1. The breakfast. It is a really nice breakfast. I only ate the oatmeal, but it was great to have hot, fresh oatmeal made with water with 6 different toppings including walnuts and raisins rather than the instant oatmeal packets you get at other low-cost hotels. There were also fresh strawberries, bananas, and pears though the pears were often too overripe to eat. 2. Comfortable beds. Just based on the layout alone, this would not be my first choice for hotels in this area. That is not to mention that it is pretty pricey for a city in nowhere land. I'm giving it three stars because the breakfast is good and the room was fine. That equates to A-OK. read more

I stayed here for 6-days recently. Masks were not worn consistently by the staff at the hotel and the management of this hotel did not enforce mask wearing. When I arrived, there were no postings on the doors or elevators about adherence to Marriott's Policy (Corporate) of mask wearing at their hotels. After I complained, a sign was taped to the doors and elevator asking the patrons to wear a mask to prevent the spread of Covid-19. However, the Front Desk Manager would not agree to enforce this policy and I saw the employees walking around with masks, but not on their face. It's clean. It's new. The staff is like an extended part of your family. The manager Richard is one of the best hoteliers I've ever met in my entire life and he runs the hospitality portion of this business like none other! he is top-notch, and the Wi-Fi is free and they give complementary water! (Its the little things) Conrad on the night shift is a gem as well! I've only got one pretty serious complaint about the hotel. The housekeeping staff is less than desirable. I give you some context on what I mean about that. The first night I stayed everything was clean. I checked the bed for bedbugs and the room for dust and dirt. It was clean. However the first night I have to admit I spilled chocolate in the bed because I was eating in the bed (which my wife never lets me do, Probably with good reason based on my Reese's incident which spilled chocolate all over the bed sheets) Anyway, the next day I came back and they were still pieces of chocolate on the bed. That's because the hotel made the bed but didn't change the sheets. This worried me. The bed had two full-size beds in the room so I slept in the other bed and decided to see if they change sheets the next day note still same chopper the sheets Sunday three after not changing the sheets on tonight it's I want to front desk if they would change the sheets they did and I made the same mistake again not with Reesie's but this time with Ben & Jerry's Stephen Colbert's American dream ice cream. Room are Excellent but should be after all the condition they are to follow. Now my Bitch, their little market is stocked fairly good. But they offer ZERO for Breakfast. A orange which at 8 am they had 5 and a bunch (10 to 20) Granola bars. That's it no to Go bags but more surprising NO COFFEE. Had to Go to WAWA for our Coffee which is better than their anyway. Only 2 coffees in Room when got there so if you have one that night your out of luck in morning and it sucked. Asked and told that's what we are doing!! I spent 25000 points for a Average Room look like got punished for using points / rewards and not paid. Will use another chain from now on Have been a loyal customer for over 50 Years sole supplier during business time use. VERY DISAPOINTED. and felt Cheated I trusted Marriott for my first Stay during these trying Times. Not Again . But you can BUY stuff like Beer & Soda etc but not coffee etc Not worth 25000 Points or 135 Plus a night. But My WAWA Coffee was EXCELLENT that I poured my self and breakfast Sandwich !! for less than $5. Will find another facility for next visits. read more

This Marriott is amazing!!!! The front desk staff was extremely helpful. I had to extend twice while I was there. The first time they didn't have a king room so I agreed to move rooms. Within 1 hour, I got a call and they said a king room was released so I didn't have to move. The second time, they were booked but Michelle (front desk) called the room 30 mins after we spoke and let me know they just had a cancellation!!!! This is amazing service! COVID has changed the way hotels treat their customers, and SpringHill Suites in Vero Beach is no exception. Maintenance activities have suffered, with trash containers in public areas going for days without attention. Maid service is non-existent. Most effected is the breakfast service. The food options are but a shadow of former offerings. I understand that the object is to move people in and out with minimal interaction, but that is no excuse for the lack of offerings. I stayed for a whole week and not once was cold cereal available. The egg selection consisted of one egg on a roll and did not change the entire week, Previous stays had offered more of a variety of take-away egg options. Microwaveable choices were minimal, and fruit and juice options were spotty. Most mornings I ended up foregoing the meager buffet for McDonalds, which manages their full menu in a take-away format. Breakfasts were one benefit that drew me to Marriott hotels. No more. read more

Pets not allowed, which we prefer for our allergies. The rooms must have been recently renovated, because the furnishings, bathroom, and appliances looked new. Breakfast - buffet had good variety (eggs, fruits, muffins, cereal, etc). Everything was fresh and delicious. Service - we lost our house keys in the hotel hallway and did not realize until we got home. We are beyond grateful to the team who promptly mailed it to our address with a very nice, personalized letter. My husband and I stayed last night with our two young kids and it was PERFECT. The staff could not have been friendlier (the desk staff were awesome) and the place was CLEAN. Beds were comfortable (!) and the layout of our room was really practical for our small family (king bed + sofa bed). I had a great time staying at the SpringHill Suites hotel. I was attending a wedding near by and had the pleasure of staying two nights. The rooms were nice, very spacious and had plenty of room. My room had two queen beds and a pull out couch, enough space for 5 or 6 people to sleep. The staff was extremely nice and always helpful with anything we needed. My favorite part of the stay was free breakfast in the morning. The buffet was filled with a verity including cereal, eggs, toast, fruit, an oatmeal bar with different toppings, a waffle maker and more! After a huge fiasco with the check in at a different hotel becoming a total disaster, this hotel was so friendly to take us in and help us with anything that we were dealing with and did their best to make our experience there be the best it could be. The breakfast was so homey and delicious. The rooms were very roomy and cozy. We did have to deal with bad neighbors around our rooms but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Over all it was a great experience and I would in fact come back again! The two girls at the front Jessica and regretfully I didn't ask the other one her name were very wonderful to us. They couldn't have made our stay more comfortable after such a bad experience from the neighboring hotel. read more
