I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member and spend about 75-100 nights a year in hotels, usually Marriotts. This one in Wisconsin Dells was perfectly adequate, but nothing stood out aside from the very pleasant and attentive breakfast crew and the Housekeeping crew on the 4th floor. The rooms are standard SpringHill although a bit dated/worn. The fridge was dynamite though, actually kept my Diet Cokes icy cold! The pool is small, no hot tub, but fine. Free breakfast was standard, with special high marks specifically for the muffins! Well done offering full-size fresh muffins and not those plastic packaged muffins. The front desk was not particularly welcoming, did offer "points" but no welcome gift like a bottle of water or even "Thanks for being Titanium", but I don't really care as I had access to water via cups in the room and SpringHill Suites typically doesn't offer much in terms of Bonvoy perks, compared to a JW Marriott or higher priced options. read more

Mid-February 2026. $212 double-queen and sofabed. While the room itself had a nice layout, it was unclean. On entering, the room was very stuffy-smelling - like closed-up room plus sweaty man's aftershave. Running the air conditioner didn't help. Running the heat didn't help. I kept getting wafts of that same scent throughout the night. The lobby also smells of thick air freshener - like it's there to cover up plumbing smells. I like air fresheners, but this was too much. The most concerning issue: One of the two queen beds had very obviously not been changed since the last people. I understand inconsistencies that happen in mass-laundering; however this was very obviously dirty. It was also lacking in the sheet that covers the duvet, and the fitted sheet had yellow and black stains and hair woven into it. Luckily there was a clean set of sheets in the closet meant for the sofa bed that we weren't using so I did not have to call staff and wait to rest. These sheets looked and smelled clean in contrast. While the mattresses were comfortable, neither bed had a mattress pad or double fitted sheet to prevent and protect the mattress - just a single, thing sheet covering the mattress. Also, you might consider bringing your own toiletries. The shampoo and the body wash bottles are filled with the same product. We normally stay at Hilton properties, where I've never experienced this at the same price point in an off-season. read more

This is a good stop off for meals and a sleepover on the way to Mn. This Marriott property was nothing special nor does a 50 plus night titanium owner receive anything special. The room seemed clean and the check in girl was nice. The breakfast area was a blowout at 8 am the next morning and needed some help. Very cheap cost-cutting hotel. There was no body wash in the shower there was a slot for it next to the shampoo and conditioner. There was also no hand soap. No water was provided and you couldn't even buy any (all there was in the cooler to buy was Gatorade. No coffee in the room, just decaf. The outlets next to the bed didn't work. The bath towels were about the size of two hand towels, the smallest bath towels I have ever seen. Very thin and cheap. Everything here seems to have been done cheaply. Hotel was decent looking and clean. When I checked in there was no recognition of my titanium elite status (not a biggie). They say renovations are coming. A few issues. They give you is like the one that you throw away at home- useless. Also, the toilets are so low that you can barely get on them without falling. Also when I was trying to put my pajamas on my knee hit the sink, big black and blue mark at the sink Kingsolver the cabinet by about 2 to 3 inches . The breakfast was not very good. The bagel was hard as a rock and not a mother choices. I went across the way to the Fairfield to see what their breakfast looked like, and it was the same but the lobby was much nicer read more

This was our first weekend away from our 5-month-old, and it started on a rocky note. We started at a different hotel and they didn't even have the heat turned on! So I called the Marriott reservations line at 10:30 at night to try and get a room at SpringHill. The woman on the phone was SO NICE! She sympathized with our situation and helped us get a room and within ten minutes, we were on our way to Springhill. We stayed in a King Suite, and it was absolutely stunning. Full little office, book for drinks and snacks to be stored. The bathroom was breathtaking and above everything... it was clean and WARM. You get a hot breakfast included, and it is delicious! So many options to choose from. My only disappointment was that they didn't have a hot tub, especially with how nice it is here. But it was amazing otherwise! read more

Very easy check-in. Very friendly and informative staff! Rooms are very clean! Only thing that brought in down a star was the breakfast. Yes, it's included with the room. However, it was not good. I stay at hotels a lot and this breakfast was not good based on the price you pay to stay there. The toaster barely works. The oatmeal is extremely watered down and not good at all. They have one waffle maker and I waited for 15 minutes and just gave up lol. Eggs and potatoes were good for the most part. Not much to chose from but I guess that's typical. None of us ate anything on our plates but the eggs mostly. Other than that, it's a solid place to stay. Most importantly clean and friendly! read more

The SpringHill Suite was overall a good experience. The service was good, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. Small note: The pillows are on the softer end, so if you prefer harder ones, you'll have to stack them or bring your own. The breakfast was OK, I would recommend going for either the pastries(muffins) or the biscuits and gravy. I needed to find a place to stay in Wis. Dells while working on Sat. and Sun. My contact with the group we were working hooked up this hotel. It's a M property and with easy access to things around town (restaurants, petro station and shopping). The room was small but it had what I needed. Comfortable bed, nice warm shower, nice vanity and mirrior, microwave, mini fridge, desk with lamp and power plug ins all over. The only thing that could have been better is adding the raised height toilet. I will return and I recommend. read more

Our stay at SpringHill was nothing but perfection. Okay, the saltwater pool is a bit on the small side and can get crowded, but the truth is you're probably coming for the waterparks anyway. We took a short side trip with our kiddos to the Dells area. We needed a place to stay for the first night, since we were heading to Kalahari for our next day and overnight stay. I'm so glad I found the reviews on Yelp for this place, because it's exactly the kind of calm clean experience we wanted to have before the chaos of germy waterpark land. This hotel is located slightly away from waterpark central yet just a few blocks off the beaten path. Perfection IMO. We arrived at our super clean and newish swank hotel accommodations. The room had a sitting area near the TV where there was also a partitioned desk area from the sleeping area. Tons of outlets, fabulous lighting, large walk in closet we used for an extra dressing room, a super deluxe bathroom with great lighting, Paul Mitchell shampoo products, and comfy clean beds. Absolutely no drama whatsoever with the hotel (just kiddos who didn't like sharing a room with their parents...and loud snoring dad). It included an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet in the lobby, a huge bonus because the restaurants in the area are overpriced and slim pickens. It included make-your-own waffles, yogurt, juice, oatmeal, fruit, eggs, sausages, and more. Your good hearty and healthy breakfast basics. Totally worth the reservation package. Lovely lobby with furnishings from West Elm. Little mini grocery area for forgotten essentials. Lollipops at the counter! Overall, this was such a relaxing kickoff to our super exhausting (but fun) Wisconsin Dells mini-stay. I highly recommend this hotel. read more

I went to Wisconsin Dells just for a short weekend getaway during Automotion. Last minute decision, so I was surprised to find this hotel available & with a reasonable rate. We had no problem checking in & actually got to check in a little early. The room was extremely clean & tidy. Very modern. Breakfast was good. We did not check out the pool, but I did wish there was a hot tub. Shower water could've been hotter but it wasn't cold so I cant say much. read more

My family and I stayed here on a short trip to Wisconsin Dells. I knew I was in a great place that I'd enjoy as soon as I saw the bowl FULL of Chupa Chups lollipops at the front desk. I absolutely love Chupa Chups, and they are so hard to find so I took this as a sign. :-) Upon entering our room, the reaction from my children were: "Wow!" They really liked the room and to me, that's important too. Simple, modern decor--the double queen beds were soft and comfy and so were the blankets and king-sized pillows (I love the pillows), linen was soft and clean. There are no crazy patterns on the walls or carpet so the room felt relaxing. Also, I really like the sliding bathroom door as it had a large opaque glass to let in ambient light at night (for the kids). Glad for the multiple outlets as we had multiple electronic gadgets. One thing I will note is the air quality--I am very sensitive to certain scents, such as cigarette smoke, so I was really happy to not get a whiff of anything like that (be it old, new, near or far). Really happy that the hotel was non-smoking. It's also a rather quiet hotel--another plus. The couch had a pull-out bed, which was a little bit lumpy/thin? I could feel the metal coils but one of my kids liked it and claimed it for himself. The TV stopped working when we tried to access Netflix. One call down to the front desk and someone was up shortly to try and fix it--unfortunately it seemed to be a hotel-wide issue and they couldn't figure it out so they gave us a discount on the room. This whole TV/Netflix thing is not an issue for me at all--I can stream easily from my phone with unlimited data and also, we have not watched TV for over a decade (some of my kids don't even know what a commercial break is). I tried to decline the discount but they kindly insisted. Breakfast was free and pretty awesome (I was having a pretty awesome stay already anyway) with delicious options--waffles, cereal, yogurt, sausages, bacon, coffee, juice, fruit, etc. Their website was simple and easy to navigate, user-friendly. With the Netflix-inconvenience discount, our hotel stay was about $98. I don't often stay in hotels, but this particular SpringHill set the bar for what to look for in a hotel stay. I still think back fondly to my stay. :-) And the Chupa Chups. read more

I have worked with this hotel for meeting needs for several years -- since a bit after they opened. Mary Macina epitomizes hospitality, customer service, and thoughtfulness. I had the privilege of working with her at another property before she moved here, and she picked up the pieces from a manager who left, and accommodated us with dignity and masterful attention -- and that level of detail has only enhanced with time! The hotel has one of the most swank lobbies of properties in this part of the state, a comfortable, functional meeting room with lots of natural light, and super comfortable beds. My colleagues continue to rave about their experiences here, years later -- a testament that the novelty has not worn off! read more

My stay here was nice they have really good breakfast, pool area is pretty quiet and workout room was too. I Stayed on the 3rd FL and when i say you couldn't hear the elevator from my room was great. Room was nice my only compliant was when my room was cleaned and we received new towels they were a little spot left on them from something i just tossed those. Some areas could have been a little more cleaner but I'm clean freak some people wouldn't even notice but i would. This hotel is as near perfection as it can get. My only criticism with this hotel and with many hotels, is that they play FOX news in the breakfast room. I make every effort to be informed by many news sources but I need to prepare myself for the more controversial ones. The suggestion that I watch in my room smacks of separate but equal. Marriott is certainly large enough to find a less offensive station. That aside, the personnel are friendly and helpful and I truly enjoyed my room. ***As a follow-up to my last review, my husband and I went back to SpringHill recently. Someone at corporate must have been listening because when we went to the breakfast room for breakfast on this stay each tv had a different news station. There were definitely FOX alternatives. Dave you saved the day!!!!! We had an adjoining room for two nights and the first night we accidentally shut the adjoining door. Which does not sound like a big deal, but it is when you also dead bolted the door. Dave was able to open the door using the master key, but since it had the secondary latch lock on top we still could not get in. Soooo this is where the hand saw came in and he was sawing away for 20mins to break open our door. We felt so bad and amazed at how he went above and beyond to assist us and not once seem frustrated or upset that he was sawing through their property. The property itself was less than a year old....oops! Sorry Springhill, but thank you Dave for saving the day!! read more

New hotel. Did not seem that it was ready to open. Front desk staff did not seem to be properly trained. They openly complained about the management. I was put in the incorrect room type when I first checked in. Room was never serviced by housekeeping during my stay. Had to switch rooms for the second time, midway through our stay due to the wifi not working. The internet did not seem to work well/at all throughout the stay. It's a great room for the price (I paid 106 per night during Easter weekend), but don't stay here expecting the best service or amenities. It truly is a no frills hotel, great for business. I'm sure these problems will get better as the hotel staff gets properly trained with time, however this hotel probably won't earn my business again. read more

I made a reservation well over a month ago for a king bed suite. When I arrived to check in, they said they had overbooked and they only had a double queen room. No option to get a king like I had reserved. Not my fault they can't get their bookings coordinated! I was put in an office room with a desk, couch, two beds and 12 light switches. Stayed here with my wife and two-year old boy/girl twins on our way to a family Easter celebration in West Bend. Not a good experience at all and I really don't usually complain so here goes. First off, when we arrived that night my wife and kids went in to check in while I got our luggage. Upon entering the hotel, the desk staff were not there and we waited for a good ten minutes unsure what we should do. No bell to ring or anything. Apparently there was some issue of staffing that evening which I do get because it's a holiday weekend but somebody should have been there. Room was okay...but during the night when we were trying to sleep, a bright white light kept flashing every ten seconds on the ceiling (I think it was the smoke detector). Not sure if it needed batteries but it didn't help us sleep that night. I think overall it was just a weird experience and not something we'd like to experience again. read more
