    This review is not being posted to criticize or defame this business. This review is being posted because I can only hope that this business will improve their service improvement. Although built in Mexico (reason for delay I received from CS) Quality of product is mostly good. Here is my Not-So-Good list . 1.one phone number to call for issues 2. So many issues with other customers that causes delays up to 35min w most every call in my experience . 3 . When asking their SPV to keep me posted by email after my 2nd issue with this Company, I received the initial email from her and no more even after I requested more updates. 4. Although she did not follow through with keeping me up to date by email, my product they had fixed, showed up at my door, so, will recognize that as an attempt to fix my issue and Stacy(CS SPV) does deserve credit for that and we appreciate it. In case your wondering how I found this company to make my window blinds, this is one of the companies that businesses such as, Home Depot use in their window covering dept

    Ordered Bali blinds. I guess Bali outsourced to these clowns. Horrible quality. AND rail does not match the blind color. Supposed to match. What the actual F?! Look at the photos. 2 very different colors. Waste of my precious life's time. RETURNING TO LOWES!!!!

    Stay away, not worth the trouble. We ordered three blinds two months ago and the cords of all three, keep falling apart. They sent us a video and a replacement for the cord connectors. I kept telling them that the connectors weren't broken, but that all three 94' wide blinds were too heavy for those connectors. Bonnie in Customer Service continued to say I wasn't doing things right and all I had to do was to watch the training video showing how to fix the problem. I told her I had already watched the video before calling Customer Service but no matter how many times I told her that was not the problem, she kept insisting. If your Customer Service Reps ....are not going to listen, ....you may as well replace them with a recorder. You'll save money. I regret buying these blinds. I did it through Home Depot. Bonnie said that if the connectors don't work then I'll have to pay extra to replace the connectors by installing new and continuous cords. If it comes to that, why would I continue to buy from them??!!??? I may as well cut my losses and put my money with a company that truely wants customers for life. Update: I have emailed this company and got an email from Anthony Stepp that I should watch the famous video. I requested to have the contact info for Complaints Department on 3/12/21.     Ordered online through menards and has been nothing but a headache! They sent me the wrong order and I have gotten nothing but a run around. I was told I could return them to menards (for a 25% restocking fee) I ordered 5 blinds all the same color all 27x64....I got 2 different colors 4 different sizes ranging from 25 1/8 inches to 6 feet wide! The only form of communication is email through menards e commerce, and they now required me to send photos of us with a tape measure, measuring each blind, to prove we received the wrong blinds!! I stood at menards customer service for over a hour while the menards customer service rep did the same thing VERIFIED we received the wrong order....with Spring Windows Fashion blinds company. I was told I could NOT get a refund by the blinds company representative. I was told to take them to fed ex but never received a return label. I live 45 min to the closet menards that's why I had them delivered to my home. And I drove 1 1/2 hours and stood at the store for a hour and now I am redoing everything the menards rep did .....what a waste of time and headache and stress.

    I have had my blinds 3 and a half years and have had two break already. This is unacceptable and would never recommend this product. n
