I am extremely disappointed with both the cake and the professionalism of this business. I called…read morethe store multiple times throughout the day and no one answered. I also never received a call letting me know the cake was ready. I eventually had to send my sister to the store to check on it. When she saw the cake, even she immediately said it did not look like the reference photo provided. When this was brought up to the owner, her response was that they didn't have the specific colors and that using different colors "wouldn't have looked good." Unfortunately, the bright/lime green that was used looks much worse and is nothing like the original design. The owner was dismissive and unprofessional and refused to remake the cake, offer a partial refund, or even provide store credit. There was no attempt to make things right for a clear mistake on their end. If you can't match a requested design or colors, that should be communicated before making the cake -- not after. I would not recommend this bakery based on the lack of communication, poor customer service, and refusal to take accountability. Requested cake: muted, earthy tones (soft sage green, tan, cream, and brown). Delivered cake: bright neon/lime green, which completely changes the look and theme. Requested cake: natural, rustic, neutral, and cohesive. Delivered cake: harsh, high-contrast, cartoonish due to the bright green frosting.

I love this bakery. We pop in a few times a year for birthdays or other celebrations. We always get…read morethe cupcakes. They're always moist and delicious. Also, I love that they are not over-the-top ridiculous. Bakery cupcakes are often gigantic, extreme in their frosting and fillings and decorations plus add-ons like candy or candy bars...and usually dry and bland tasting. Not here! Cupcakes are reasonably sized, moist and flavorful, simple but with variety...and reasonably priced! We always get the cupcakes but this time I wanted to also try their cookies. Dang! Very good. Four cupcakes, four cookies, $20, everything was fantastic.

I am so happy that I came across this gem! We needed a cake at the last minute and I was desperate…read moreto find a place in the area that provide us with what we needed. I decided to give A&A a try after coming across this business on yelp. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very friendly lady. They had a nice display case that contained cakes, cupcakes and other treats. I noticed that they had a strawberry cake and I asked to place the order. The young lady informed me that the cake was a tres leche cake, which was something I wasn't familiar with. She explained the process to me and I decided to order a slice first. She gave me a fork and I was able to taste the slice I purchased. Oh my goodness, it was so good!!!! She told me that it would be moist and that it would probably come across as "wet" to some, but I thought it was excellent! The flavor was great and I loved the fact that the icing wasn't extremely sweet. It was not like the typical buttercream icing. I purchased the cake and did not tell others that it was a tres leche cake. (I wanted to see how they would feel about the slightly different texture.) Everyone at the gathering absolutely loved the cake!! I am so thankful that I decided to drop in to this place. We now have a go-to bakery that we will use for all occasions! Highly recommend!!

No update phone number and they don't sell cakes. I visited the address. It is own by Latino's.read more

One star because I have to. So I first called to order a cookie cake. The lady waving in the…read morebusiness picture is the lady that picked up (I didn't know it was her at the time, just a lady). Her attitude was very strong, and I was placing an order for my daughter's graduation cookie cake. Btw, adding "baby" onto a sentence does not excuse a poor attitude. She was rushing me, and I knew exactly want I wanted, as I already looked online previously before calling. I asked if they had black icing rather than chocolate (after her arguing with me for 5 mins because the pan size was apparently not called a square 16x25, it was called pan). She rudely told me they didn't have black icing so I must want fudge. I corrected her and said I wanted all vanilla frosting so I would opt to my first choice of border color, red and white. She the got an attitude and said "you gotta know what you want for me to take your order baby" with a huge attitude. Lady, I just told you what I wanted?? I then told her that I wanted the cake design that had the words on top, a graduation cap in the middle, and words on the bottom. THEN, SHE TOLD I THERE WAS MULTIPLE CAKES LIKE THAT AND I NEEDED THE PICTURE NUMBER TO PLACE MY ORDER AND TO CALL HER BACK WHEN I HAD ONE. I then told her she had a terrible attitude, and I would call another store to get my cake. I decided to give them another chance, and call back because I was in a pinch the day of the party, and the travel time to another store would be too much. The guy was super nice, answered my questions accurately, and asked my how to spell my name to be put on the cake like I asked during the order. I got it placed (and here's when things really get started), and went in to pick it up. The rude lady with the contagious attitude was there. I looked at the cake, and it was incorrect. I was nice (at first) about the cake being incorrect, but she showed me the order, and insisted it was my fault because the name wasn't on the cake. "I didn't say to put the name on there" That really set me off, and then we ended up arguing back and forth in the store in front of customers (so unprofessional) because I brought up how i previously called and she gave me an attitude, and then I pick up the cake and it's incorrect. In front of customers now. Wow that shows your character. Not to mention the cake was sloppy and the part that WAS on the order was MISSPELLED. I will insert pics. I asked her to add the name onto the cake, which was not how I ordered, but anything at this point to get to the party on time. She did, and then decided to give me the cake for free (which I appreciate because $45 for what I got was a huge rip off). It honestly was probably better off in trash. But hold on it's not over yet. With the cake in my hand, she's lecturing me about how I should order better AND SHUSHS ME BEFORE I COULD EVEN GET A WORD OUT OF MY MOUTH SO SHE COULD GET HER INVALID POINT ACROSS. "It was my fault because what she sees, and what I see were two different things, and there's more than 1 plain graduation cap cake, and she would show me in her book" Which she never did, because she was clearly wrong, and I had a cake in my hand, or else I would've showed her myself. I finally get tired of listening to her carry on about what I did wrong, and walk out the door, but baby, I'm glad you showed me why going to college is important, because I could end up working at a cookie store for minimum wage, and be so unhappy to with my life that I have to get an attitude at customers who just want their celebration to be memorable, and not be embarrassed to open up the box to the cake they were going to pay $45 for. I will be telling everyone about my experience, and I will make sure no one visits this store again. Hopefully someone can reach out to make this better, because as of now, I'm still in shock that a manager was ballsy enough to talk to a paying customer this way. She did tell me she was a manager, not sure if that was a lie or not. "Comgradulatioms" baby you're character really showed today.
