After the fact, Hannah provided more context as to what happened, showed progress photos of unfinished cookies and issued a refund. Hannah was adequately communicative and professional in the resolution process. While being a small business means there are fewer safety nets from unforeseen events vs large corporates and we can all have grace about that, reliability does appear to be an ongoing issue for Hannah's business based on other reviews. If you need cookies for a special event and reliability is highly important (aka you don't want to suddenly end up with no cookies due to an unforeseen event on the vendor side), you should consider using a different service. read more

I cannot stress this enough - Do not use Sprinkled. Cookies if you actually want to receive the cookies you paid for. I called and personally spoke to Hannah who assured me that our simple order of two dozen cookies would be delivered for a big event we needed them for. We paid the invoice in full at the time of the order. Days later, after waiting for hours and hours for the cookies that never arrived, and complete radio silence from Hannah during this time, we had no choice but to cancel the order and attempt to recoup our money. My company hosts a lot of events so I constantly make orders like these and try to support small businesses but I will never use Sprinkled. Very disappointing experience and would not recommend. We placed an order on 01/27/2026 for two dozen cookies for a baby shower we were hosting with very clear design ideas and parameters for delivery. Our order was set to be delivered on 02/05/2026 for a shower on 02/07/2026. We realized on 02/06/2026 that the cookies had not been delivered, and despite Ms. Hall's indication in our initial scheduling that we would receive communication throughout the process, no such correspondence occurred. Ms. Hall did eventually get back to us about the delivery and the alleged reason behind the delay. To be frank, I'm beginning to think her reason was likely not even true and that she in fact forgot about our order. Regardless of the circumstances, when we did finally receive our order (the day of the shower) it was not what had been agreed to in writing and the actual cookies were sloppy, with icing sticking to the individual baggies. That's on top of the fact that we didn't even receive the full number of cookies that we'd paid for. It's obvious that whoever made our order was in a rush, as the design on a majority of the cookies was botched, messy, and melted in spots, clearly indicating that the icing hadn't had enough time to set before they were shipped. I've attempted to follow up with Ms. Hall for a resolution via our original email thread, but have been ignored. Very disappointing experience overall, especially since these cookies were the one request from the mother to be. read more

Super disappointed in Hannah, we booked her for 2 dozen cookies, paid in full and she completely ghosted us. This order was made for our clients (we are event planners) so this was disappointing from one vendor to another for it to be done to us. We were left having to explain and take responsibility for Hannah stealing from our client. We paid out of pocket for another cookie artist so that our client wouldn't be left without cookies, all less than 24 hours before their event. We received zero communication and have given Hannah multiple opportunities to refund us and make this situation right. She is still taking new orders so please beware. Do not pay her upfront until you receive your order! If I could give zero stars I would. So an hour before I was to pick up the cookies I get an email from Hannah the owner telling me her dog is ill and if I could pick up the cookies the next day in the morning. I understand that pets get sick and that sucks but when I showed up the following day to pick up the cookies after 12pm guess what they were no where to be found. I was looking for custom cookies for my daughter's second birthday party on instagram when I found Hannah's page. I was floored by how beautiful and intricate her designs are and I adored her unique style. I sent Hannah a custom order request and she reached out to me very quickly. My daughter's birthday theme is Sesame Street and she adores Elmo. I described what I wanted including a Cookie Monster, Elmo, Big Bird, Sesame Street sign with my daughter's name on it, and a number "2" cookie. We emailed back and forth and she completely nailed the design! The cookies are not only exactly what I wanted, they're even better than I could have ever imagined! She even added my daughter's name to the number "2" cookie which was a thoughtful and beautiful detail. Not only are the cookies absolutely gorgeous, they taste fantastic too! (The party is next week but I had to try one!) She sealed each one for freshness in individual cello bags, and her boxes had adorable presentation. Terrible experience! I was told the day I was supposed to receive my custom cookie order that she recorded the wrong ship out date and that she wouldn't be able to get them to me until the day after my event. I ended up having to cancel the order. Very disappointing and frustrating because we had many emails discussing when I needed them by and I was left scrambling to figure out what to do the night before the event. I was also told that I would receive a refund within a few business days. Well that didn't happen either. After reaching out several times to inquire about the status of my refund she eventually got back to me letting me know that she just submitted the refund to PayPal, but then I got notification from PayPal about a week or so later that she cancelled it. I ended up having to go through PayPal to recover my money. Nightmare experience! Will never use or recommend them to anyone. I understand that mistakes happen but what I had to go through to get my money back is outrageous. read more
