I had not had my brand new iPhone X but 2wks and it was stolen from my bag at the dentist office. I had just changed two weeks prior. I am a legally blind female that physically disabled female senior that is home bound. Sprint has been giving me the run around for 2wks. We still have not resolved this issues. They outright lied about how their payoff previous vendors cell balance. They totally left out the part where the phones need to be turned over in order to be paid off. Then the customer service was bad. I called one day to ask about (prior to being told the phones need to be turned over) how to get the Amex gift card and was told the manager wasn't in and they'd call back the next day. Next day, I call, get the same runaround. So, I got into the store and basically Rainelle (?) and Eric converged on me to tell me that I heard the whole 2 hours of sales pitch Rainelle gave me wrong. I really didn't need to end my 20 year relationship with AT&T, I just thought I'd ask. Food for thought: 1. If I have 2 girls w/iPhones, why wouldn't I go for the BOGO deal for the iPhones, IF I knew that I had to turn both iPhones in? 2. I got 2 leases, 1 iPhone and 1 android. I was only told I need 2 leases. Again, not that the iPhones needed to be handed over. 3. Maybe the franchise owner is cheap. They're trained to say whatever to get the sale and there's some truth to the sale. However, by leaving out the part that the phones needed to be turned over in order to get paid off OR bring your own paid off phone, they save the dollars that would have to be paid out. 4. By the time you realize something is wrong, it's past the 14 day cancellation, and you're stuck with the contract OR pay full price for the 2 leases (approx $1900-2000). read more

I usually hate going into sprint and I had very low expectations going in the other day but I'm glad I went in. Joseph was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me get setup with my new iPhone 12 no problem. From my past experiences I'd say that going into to the store is pointless, no one can do anything, no one knows anything, & you just leave irritated.. but this experience was actually good- Joseph was very knowledgeable & friendly, even tho what I needed help with may have been dumb. so if I ever need to go in again, I'll go to this location & hope that Joseph is in. read more

My husband and I had a great experience with this store! It is now merged with T-Mobile. We were looking to switch from ATT and we were greeted warmly by Russell, the store manager. He gave us a thorough rundown of great phone options after asking specifically what we were looking for in a phone, he got us great deals, discounts, and made it all feel way too good to be true! Candice was also a lot of help as well and we felt like we were in great hands. Lastly, our daughter was running around the store like a wild child and nobody seemed to mind. I would like to express the wonderful experience I had in Pinole at this store. Sydney helped me and had excellent customer service skills she was very professional friendly and very helpful. I had alot of issues I had to deal with and she was helping me get through each step with no hesitation. I had a great experience at this Sprint store. My daughter and I went to this location to by me an IPhone. The customer service was outstanding. Our customer service rep name was Rainelle. She took the time to lay everything out for me about the IPhone because I have never had one. She was courteous and friendly and had a smile that lit up the room. Great customer service at this sprint location. I was greeted at the door immediately, and noticed the employees acknowledged their customers whenever they got busy. They had lots of water, candies and chips for their customers which was greatly appreciated. Dale and Michael were the representatives who helped us through our transaction. They definitely know how to multitask & work efficiently as a team. One thing I really appreciated was that they made us feel like they're main focus was to help their customers, unlike the sprint store at Hilltop, where I had a different vibe with the rep who was helping us. At hilltop, I felt the rep just wanted to sell products, she wouldn't transfer everything from one phone to the other (cause she said I could do it at home), she wouldn't even print out a detailed agreement that we just updated. This experience with sprint was definitely a refreshing one. With that said, i would definitely recommend others to visit this location. read more

I need to add one more thing about their billing. 5) They backdate the billing in order to boost their sales numbers for the closing month. In my case, I signed up July 1st and the bill was backdated to June 30th, which generated a $220 bill a week later. Being in finance, they boost the CSR's and the stores $$$. Maybe they get commission, kickbacks, or spiffs. Who know. But, this is probably why people seem to have to keep calling them to fix the bill every month. I somehow owe over $483, when the girl told me the bill should come out to about $120/mo. I mean if it was just the $143/mo, I'd be happy. Just not happy that they made the mistake and my phone service gets turned off. read more

Trying to figure out my phone bill and why it keeps fluctuating and not being the price I was promised. I spent over an hour with Sprint on the phone, then decided to go to the store for better service. (I think their CS is in Taiwan). The manager was very hlpful, but I was still not getting the answers I needed. The guy who helped me before is "gone". The manager uses my phone to call in to CS, who does that????? I was told a phone I got was free, I was told my bill would be a certain amount, not of that happened. I returned the phone, the manager disappears behind a locked door with MY phone while talking to CS, I asked the other guy to ask him to come back with my phone, I was really pissed off by now, he came back I asked for my phone back, he handed it to me and I said, here is the other phone, disconnect the line. I start to walk out and the employee says to me "LIKE THAT'S GONNA FUCKIN HAPPEN BITCH". 20 years I've been a Sprint customer, I filed a a Complaint with the Corporate office, I'm not giving in, NO-ONE deserves that kind of treatment from a Company, especially when you are paying the inflated prices that Cell phone companies charge you. Young kids are hired and have no Social or Customer Service skills. This guy was Asian, over weight and has a very large black coloured birth mark on the left cheek of his face. I went to the sprint store yesterday to activate 2 new phones that were purchased. I needed to have the information from the old ones transferred to the new ones. I had initially called on Friday to find out if this could be done and I spoke with a young lady by the name of Lupe she stated that it could be done. So I scheduled an appt for Sunday @ 1130 I arrived at about 1115 but the parties with the phones had not arrived yet. so she started to help other customers which is fine. however by 1131 the phones had arrived and although i went to the counter and she saw me standing there she ignored me. I finally had to tell her that the phones had arrived. she has ZERO,NONE,ZILCH customer service skills, she doesn't smile, or acknowledge customers at all. she was more concerned about changing the music on her Ipad and ANSWERING personal calls on her cell then listening to what I was telling her. I told her not once not twice but at least 6 times not to transpose the old phones when transferring the information to the new phones something she did NOT listen to. I wrote down on a piece of paper which telephone belonged to which number still did not pay attention. Never told me how long it would take to transfer all the information not until I asked her how long she said a couple of hours. I gave her my cell number to call me when the phones could be picked up. I called around 145 and she answered the phone by saying "hello" I had to ask if I was calling sprint. she then informed me that the phones were ready for pick up needless to say she should have called. I get there and she doesn't say anything or explain any features on the phone she just hands them to me. I go to sit down to make sure all the information is correct and not to my surprise. she had added everything from 2 phones on to 1 phone and the one that had not info was not completely activated we could not recieive or make calls or text. I go back up to the counter and explain this to her and she doesn't say a word she just took the phones back and did something on the computer and handed them back. I again go to sit down and re-check the phones still the one phone had no service. at this time her colleague Sydney helped me I explained the situation and she was able to fix the problem I asked Sydney if they are suppose to verify that the phones are ready to go prior to giving them to the customers and she said yes which made Lupe look at me with anger, if she would of done her job correctly this would not have happened. I have been a good standing customer with sprint for over 20 yrs and after this experience with Lupe I am really contemplating switching services. She needs to be educated on customer service and to do her job correctly if she does not want to work then she should not be there and should not give paying customers a hard time or attitude. At the end of the day we are the ones funding her paycheck. I am very extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service that I recieived on Sat. read more

I have been a Sprint customer for almost 15 years, never had a problem until now. The guy seemed really cool and helpful, but gave me (alot of)misinformation, which caused me to get 3 new phones with 3 new numbers. Was told it would be cheaper than my current plan and that the new phones and new numbers would get better coverage (of course, they didn't). I called a few days later to have my new phones switched back to the old numbers (no problem there), but here comes my bill, I am now being charged for 2 separate plans, and 7 lines and a tablet that I didn't even want, but he said the new plan had lines 3-5 free, so take it..ok. And pay off the 2 older phones so you buy them and now sign up for easy pay and now your bill will be cheaper and you will own the phones after the 2 years, cuz they are not on lease now. So I get my bill for almost 600$, twice! First one I didn't think anything of it, made changes, paid off old phones etc....Second one, I look closely and see all the charges (like double what I had originally). Call Sprint, one hour later, she says I didn't pay off the old phones, so I still owe $200 each on 2 (which he told me I was paying), drop one plan (duh-why would I have 2) and we can put 2 lines on hold (not using since I changed back to my old numbers), but since I signed the contract, I have to pay it off if I want it off the bill (for like 600$ more per line) and we will give you $5 off the monthly tablet fee (which was supposed to have been free in the 3-5 lines). Can't wait to see what my next bill will look like. Such a ripoff. IDK if the guy is just stupid or if he made some money off of lying to me, but if I had any option, I would surely dump Sprint ASAP, although now I am locked into them again for 2 years, or paying thousands to get out of all of the contracts. So much for customer loyalty and good customer service. Buyer beware, just never had an issue with them for all these years and a lot of phones...SUCKS! read more
