I took my phone in for repair first thing this morning to beat the crowds rushing in to purchase Sprint phones and cell phone service. I was having trouble with my phone's microphone and thought it might need cleaning or replacement. Luckily, when I arrived for help, I was the only customer in the store. The store clerk (I think her tag said she was the manager) did take the time to confirm that my microphone wasn't working. Her next step (instead of performing ANY basic troubleshooting) was to advise me that her store didn't carry parts for my phone (without knowing what was wrong) and she'd have to order a replacement phone for me at my expense ($50.00 for a refurbished phone). I knew this location was not a store owned by Sprint (not a "company" store) and I asked the clerk if she knew whether a company store would be able to do more for me. She said maybe. Well, I took my phone to the company store in the Villagio shopping center and met with Greg A., who after taking a few minutes to assess the problem, fixed my phone with only a paper clip! Wow...in a few seconds, he saved me $50.00 with a basic office supply. If you have done your homework and know what you want to purchase, the store at Herndon and Willow is a convenient northeast Fresno/Clovis location at which to make your purchase. If, however, there is a chance you might need to seek out some customer service, save your time and make the longer trip to a company store... You will probably have to end up there anyways to get any sort of useful help. read more

Fantastic customer service. Today I went in to pay my bill and get my phone looked at. The employee told me they weren't a repair store but he could try to fix it. It did take a bit of time but he got my phone working! He told me about a promotion they had. A free tablet. I ended up buying it, he set up my email and helped me get the apps I wanted. Not my closest sprint store but most definitely worth the extra 10 minute drive. read more

Came to this Sprint store just to get a quote. Everyone was friendly and helpful! I Got help from Matt, he presented different options and wasn't pushy unlike other cell phone carriers/associate's (I'm looking at you Verizon) lol. I ended up switching from AT&T to Sprint. I was limited in my data usage and now I won't be. The commercials aren't lying, they do cut your bill by a nice chunk. I ended up getting a sweet deal on a tablet as well. Make sure you ask about it when you go! Definitely recommend this particular sprint. read more

My friends and I went to this store and spoke with Jenny and Danny. They told us that if we signed up with any of the credit union, they will give us $300 to spend on any of the items in the sprint store. Therefore, we did it and bought a few screen protectors and cases. The next day, we found out that we don't have to spend the $300 at that store. The credit union actually gave us the $300 and we don't have to spend it if we don't have to. So, we tried to return the product and we couldn't return it. We kept arguing and still no luck. The bad thing is they put the name "Progressive Financing" on the receipt, but my friend paid it with his card. Tried to call Progressive Financing, and they couldn't help either. So, we are out of luck. Buyers beware...! read more

Went in the store and was greeted by the employees. The store is very clean and organized. Three guys were working which were all friendly. The store manager Reggie helped me since the other guys were helping other customers. He helped me find a great phone and a plan that would work best for me. Being a tmobile customer I was fed up with the "reacurring charges" and low quality service. At first, I had opposed to adding the insurance on my phone. Reggie explained the benefits of having insurance and it would save me money, so I then agreed to it. I left a happy customer with a new phone and a new tablet. read more

Yelp needs to figure out how we can do 0 stars. Sprint is the worst. Been with them for many yrs but recently I have learned how much I have been lied to and stolen from. 2 yrs ago got 2 I phone 6 plus was told sprint only leases now and must enter into 2 yr lease contract. I was asked if I wanted insurance on phones I said I did not was asked again 10 mins or so in the process again I said no this went on at least 4 times then I was told because it's a lease I must purchase insurance so reluctantly I finally agreed . Fast forward 18 mos later I go into sprint to consider upgrading I'm asking different questions when I stumble on the truth that I did not half to but insurance I was lied to I was of course angry and immediately cancelled insurance on plan which I find out cost me $468.00 dollars so then in talking some more I'm told the lease is up at 18 mos now I just need to continue to pay for these phones for next 6 mos then I would no longer have a pymt for purchasing phones just for the plan and my bill would go from 170.00 mo to 120.00 this was to happen march 2018 so today I call to find out just what date phones or paid for in march so then I'm told we'll actually I need to pay flat 320.00 and then phones would be paid and if I don't bring this money in then my bill would continue to be 170.00 until actually forever is any one else's doing this math sprint lies and steals as far as I'm concerned need less to say I'm shopping other company's now. Been with them since 2005 and best thing for compensation they finally came up with after my extreme insistence and 5 phone calls later in one day was I could have a one time 80.00 credit but of course if I accept that this means I'm in a contract with them again read more

Lourdes Davis set up my phone and told me Hulu was for free they offer promotions for free Hulu online for sprint wireless carrier it charged my iTunes 7.99 for Hulu that was supposed to be for free now I can't download any apps cause my App Store is locked till I pay 7.99 that was supposed to be a value for free Hulu. I called this store back to see if they can do anything on the phone and they said they can't I'm very disappointed. Not only is this the only issue she keeps calling my phone asking for referrals. I definitely will not refer anyone to this sprint store. read more

I found the right person to plead my case to and I was reimbursed. I was out of contract as I was supposed to turn in receipts within a timeline and I completely blew it. I really wasn't aware there was a timeline. Anyway, after speaking with a Sprint employee, online, I was able to provide receipts and he gave me Sprint credit. He didn't have to as I was clearly out of the timeline to get the rebate, but he did it to keep me as a satisfied customer. Thank goodness for good customer service. I really appreciate the way he didn't have to rebate me, but he did it anyway just to make sure my time with Sprint was a good one. I will rate Sprint 5 stars as they went beyond their way to keep me satisfied. I am happy I switched to Sprint and I have saved more money by switching (monthly fees were also cut in half). read more

Today I went into the Sprint store and talked to an associate named Matt. He was very helpful. I came over from AT&T and wanted to add a single line. I was paying over $118.00 on 10 GB plan. He put me on a unlimited everything plan with the iPhone 6 and Insurance. The total I'm paying per month came out to $93.00. He saved me a lot of money and I highly recommend going to that store because they were very helpful. read more
