Tried calling the Business Manager...what a joke. It was just an automated message with no way to talk to a human. I'm extremely disappointed. Second update. I was never offer a samsung phone. He gave me a Google Pixel 9 free with free accessories. I told him I was only paying approximately $40 per month. I went home and realized my annual bill would be over $500 more annually. So I attempted to return the phone on Monday shortly after the store opened. I was told it was in a dropbox in their safe and no one could open it. On Monday I spoke to Agusto who said he would write a note on the safe to return my Samsung S21 and they would call me . Never heard back to I went to the store for the 3rd time. None of employees who were there on Tuesday were there on Sunday or Monday. No manager on site. Bottom line I paid a $50 restocking fee. BOTTOMLINE. BUYER BEWARE. Fast talkers to pricing with tradeins. Unlike other non Verizon stores they post pricing and $ off or amount of of trade in. NOT TRANSPARENT!!! HIGH SUGGEST XFININTY COMCAST. WENT BACK TO THEM. FUTHERMORE, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH VERIZON AGAIN AND THEY KEEP SENDING MY EMAILS ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. STOP!!!!

I would avoid this Verizon store. Every time I've visited, there has only been one employee…read moreworking, and the customer service has been very disappointing. When I walked in, an employee named Marco, who was wearing glasses, was helping two customers. He never looked up to greet or acknowledge me. I stood in front of him for 5-10 minutes waiting for some acknowledgment, but he never said a word. I finally asked how long the wait would be, and he told me about 10 minutes. While I was waiting, he seemed to work very slowly, carrying on long conversations instead of trying to help the customers more efficiently. During that time, I saw two other customers walk in, realize no one was going to help them, and leave. After waiting about 15 minutes, he finally helped me, but there was no apology for the wait. I was there to purchase two new phones, and the process only took about five minutes. A couple of weeks later, I discovered that my trade-in had never been processed and several parts of my order had been handled incorrectly. This store needs to be reviewed by Verizon's corporate office. Customers deserve to be acknowledged when they walk in, treated with respect, and have their transactions completed correctly.

I got back on my yelp account just to leave this review…read more I went in just to get a new phone, as my iPhone ended up getting water damage so it wasn't working properly at all, and I walked out with a new phone, phone case, car charger, glass protector, AND a lower price for my plan (all since we were so outdated) for a reasonable price. This is the best customer service I've had in a long time at a Verizon kiosk (basically store, they're almost the same thing). Chris Piceno was an absolute joy to work with! He's smart, has a really upbeat personality, and legitimately wanted me to be happy at the end of my purchase. We talked for a bit about what I wanted and it really felt like I was talking to a friend, not someone who was trying to make me buy something (even though I went in with the intentions of getting a brand new phone). In the end, I still got a case and car charger since I had one for my iPhone and didn't want it to be weird without one and it was the best decision to go to that area for sure. If you go to this store, or call, make sure to see if Chris is there. Again, you won't be disappointed! Because of the customer service and how happy I am now, I wish I could give way more stars to this location! :)

The store Manager Jayson and the clerk Roy showed me three phones to choose from. Both Jayson and Roy stressed to me that the Motorola, Moto Z4, was without a doubt the best picture, plus I qualified for two gift cards. We even shared how they would pay for the phone. Three months later I called regarding the gift cards. This was the first of promised calls, that never came. After countless visits and calls, talking to Roy, Joshua, Lane, and others, I met Tyler. Not only did he say I didn't qualify for the cards, I was only $25 short on the price of the phone. Had I known that I would have totally bough the more expensive phone. Well, Tyler fit the spirit of this retail Verizon store. He promised me not only a call back from the store manager but also the District Manager...Two weeks later, no calls...Evidently each store s responsible for any mis-communication, misrepresentation to consumers. It is the responsibility of the individual store. Needless to say, this store completely mislead and took advantage of me, as a senior citizen, I am so disappointed by Verizon for not standing behind their promotions and very dissatisfied with the Verizon Store on Herndon/Brawley. I feel they saw an older women and totally took advantage of her/me. If you choose to shop at this Verizon Store, realize they may not stand by their promotions. I'll describe my experiences with this company and allow you to decide if you'd want to do business…read morewith them. 1. I went to On Time Communications in August 2004 to switch my cell phone service from T Mobile to Sprint. 2. The owner of On Time Communications told me that he could give me a "special," $15/month discount, which would bring my monthly Sprint bill from $50 to $35, if I signed a two-year contract. He assured me that this discount would appear every month for 24 months. 3. I signed a two-year contract to start in September 2004. 4. I received bills from Sprint that reflected this $15 discount in September, October, and November of 2004. 5. The December 2004 Sprint bill was for $50. I went to On Time Communications several times to inquire about the $15 discount, only to be to the owner wasn't in or the accountant was out for the day. No one could tell me when either of them would be back. They would not return phone calls, and their sales clerks' best advice for me to reach these people was to keep returning to the store in hopes of catching either the owner or the accountant. 6. The January 2005 Sprint bill was for $50. Again, I was forced to go to the store three or four times before I was able to meet with the owner. He told me the accountant would give me the $15 December 2004 and the $15 January 2005 discount, and these discounts would be reflected in my February 2005 bill. 7. The February 2005 bill was for $35. With all the discounts owed me, it should have been $5. After several attempts to contact the owner or the accountant at On Time Communications in February, I contacted Sprint directly. Sprint told me that I had received four $15 discounts for referring new customers to Sprint. According to my conversation with the Sprint representative, On Time Communications was not authorized to offer me a $15 monthly discount on their own. 8. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, who in turn contacted On Time Communications, in March 2005. The BBB informed me that On Time Communication denied ever offering me a discount for becoming a Sprint subscriber; On Time Communications also could not account for the four $15 discounts I'd received. 9. From March 2005 to August 2006, I did not receive one $15 discount on my monthly Sprint bill. 10. In August 2006 I switched my cell phone service from Sprint to Cingular.
