Service, service, service! After dealing with so much bad service from other businesses lately, it was refreshing to finally have a great experience for a change. Marissa was incredibly attentive and made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. The manager Jake even made a special trip to another store to help with my hotspot needs, which really showed how much they cared about customer service. Jake is the welcoming check in guy in the front. I asked him could him help me but beyond send me out the door telling me to do it on my own through the app I would need the customer representative to help me. He showed me where to go to verify first responders and showed me a list of over 20 plus workers who qualified. Once we went into the app it only had three job title which even the call center customer service with tmobile said was right. He said yes ok I'll get you some help next. Once the CS rep was available he made a point to stand with her at the desk after he said he wouldn't be the one to help me. The tmobile agent ask them to verify my badge and note the account. The CS Rep Marisa said yes no problem I can help you with that. Jake still there following us!! which is unusual for a welcoming clerk to do, especially since he said he couldn't help me but he's now standing at her desk trying to dictate what she's doing with me, then tries to take over what she was doing and told her let's go and check with the Manager. Jake comes right back out of the door barely went in for a couple seconds and then tells me yes my title at the hospital is not eligible for the for the discount when he seen telecommunications in the list of qualifying job titles. Prior to going back there to ask the manager, he asked the Customer Service rep from T-Mobile Call Center. Did he verify that I qualify for first responders which I have qualified every year in the past the rep tells him yes he did then he still for a third time Triple checks to try to see if I qualify. The CSR Marissa tried to speak and explain He then nudged her to tell her to be quiet. clearly there was something wrong that made him take over when he said he couldn't help me in the first place. I'm not gonna call him sexist. I'm not gonna call him racist, but it was something there for him to disrespect me and try to undermine my title at the Hospital. Especially when he wasn't person that was actually suppose to be helping me in the first place. Poor Marisa was disrespectful in front of everyone and barely got to speak to me he completely took over! I'm so mad to be treated this way. Earlier this week my phone picked up one or more viruses and its screen had multiple advertisements flying across it at the same time precluding its use for phone, texts or other legitimate uses. I stopped by the T-Mobile store and Isaac Lopez who observed the problem on my phone. He then went to work on a lengthy effort to solve the problem. He solved my problem and the phone works now. Isaac is a good listener, and he is very knowledgeable regarding cell phones. His service to the customer is the high level of service that brings you back to the store as a customer. Lady told us our finance limit was 600 and she lied to us. Then she told us after we paid for our watch that it's policy that she open the watch. Like I don't get the joy of opening my own watch. Came here with the boyfriend last weekend since he is trying to convince me that T mobile is the best so we came in to check out the services. As we entered we were promptly greeted and informed him that we were interested in services and phone options. The dude told us to do everything online due to it being cheaper. We were with AT&T for 15+ yrs. I was tired of all their unauthorized hidden fees. Every single time I tried to get an explanation, I was transferredto 1 person to another person to another STORE, U name it. Cant even tell u how many times I called got transferred again..in the process I was in and out of T-mobile with Lisette trying to transfer service. Let me tell you we tried several times to switch over to Tmobile. Lisette helped us over a 2 mos period to try and get AT&T to unlock our fones. It took 2 mos and a variety of visits to AT&T. Finally! Today she was able to transfer our service, kept our #'s, cell fones AND we ended up doing their 5g internet service. Our fones blows, it loads and brings things up super fast. The color on my fone AND streaming service blows super fast. The pics on the tv seems brighter too. We were guaranteed no lagging on data, etc. So far so so good. Thank you! Lisette!!! read more

Opened a new line of service only to find out that their service was really bad in my area. So returned my phone on the third day of opening ended up not getting my full deposit back which I totally understand. Waited paitiently for 45minutes to an hour just to close out the account, only to find out a month later that I was billed for a whole month. Called twice and talked to customer care and it wasn't resolved, they said I need to go in and verify my account, so I did that and still wasn't resolve so I tried calling again, they said they would look into it. Huge shoutout to the north blackstone T-Mobile store! The customer service was amazing today. They didn't have the phone I went in for but we did make my upgrade work. There was a LOT of information on my phone so it took a long time to transfer over. I brought my 1 year old with me (I didn't think it would take so long) and they were AMAZING with him. Lavena helped my with my transaction and was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and straightforward. My son started getting frustrated (we were there for 4hours) and another employee ROSE began interacting with him when there were no other guests to help. She was singing with him and showing him videos. All of the staff was so patient even though he was screaming at some points. So I want to say THANK YOU! Went into this store after I heard about their special. I had terrible issues with ATT for many YEARS and I hoped that Tmobile would fix my problem and fix it they did! Long and short, they are saving me approximately $1,200 per year compared with my ATT service. AND, my mobile hot spot is SMOKING! The staff there were GREAT, very polite and accommodating. The associate that helped me, Brandon C. was extremely knowledgeable and knew just what I needed to get the smoking speeds! I can't say enough good things about them! Fresno Blackstone worst t-mobile ever. Wait and wait until someone checks your name in. Then more waiting, an hour total. Plan prices not posted so you are at the mercy and dependent on salesperson. Prices no different than Santa Clara where I last had service 30 days ago. Metro PCS is service from hell. t-mobile is $15 more but way better signal and data. Sign up anywhere but Fresno store on Blackstone. I walked out exasperated. Make sure you get pin code and account number from current carrier before porting to t-mobile. I am sooooo disappointed and disatisfied with the lack of seriousness and unprofessional service we have been dealing with from this T Mobile in particular, I have been a loyal customer for a while now, last week my husband's phone; a brand new phone, started to mal function so we decided to go claim the guarantee on it and were promised a new phone. After receiving a text letting us know the phone was ready to be picked up we ended up taking an unnecessary drive because the phone was not there yet, a couple of days later; after another message was received we took that drive only to be told once again The phone was not there. I went into T-Mobile at this location to unlock my phone on April 12. I was greeted by a very nice sales person her name is Andrea. She was supper helpful and friendly, to me she went above and beyond with her customer service so thank you for being so helpful. Five stars for Andrea for her understanding the customer needs. Here is my problem, I needed my phone to be unlock since I am no longer with T-Mobile. I had two lines and both phone needed to be unlock. I have tried to unlock it myself with the unlock device since both phone has been paid off already. But that didn't work, I tried calling calling customer service they told me to go into the T-Mobile store since I don't remember the password to get into my account so they can verify my ID. So I went in and took my phone with me and told the sales person Andrea about my situation. She call the customer service care line and was able to unlock my phone for me. So I left and have forgotten that I needed to unlock my other phone too. So I went back today April 13th and greeted my Brenda. I told her my issue and she flat out told me to call 611 for customer care line. And there's nothing she can do for me since the account has already been closed. I told Brenda that I did and they told me to come in the store so that the sale rep can verify my ID. I asked Brenda to call the customer service line so that they can give her the authorized code to unlock my other phone. Brenda refused to call the care line and keep saying that she can't do anything. So I had to call the customer service care myself and got the operator on the phone. And I informed the operator about my phone situation. So the operator asked to speak to the sale rep (Brenda) so she can make sure she verified my account and ID. So she did that and that all she needed to do but she flat out refused to call the customer service care line. If you don't want to do your job why the hell you there for? I think T-Mobile needs to train their staff about customer service. I am glad I made a switch to a different carrier. Brenda please don't ever tell your customer in the future that there's nothing you can do for them. There's always an alternative solution. Best customer service I have ever had. I recently went in and activated service I was worried I was going to get manipulated into something I would want so I researched prices online. I went into the store and a very sweat young lady Monique helped me. The prices she told me matches everything I researched online and she got me even better deals than what I thought I could get. I didn't know how to work the new phone so she was very patient with me and went over a few things I needed to know. My mom got a phone as well and few days later needed help with the phone so she went back to Monique and she kindly helped her again on setting up her email too. DO NOT GIVE THAT STORE YOUR BUSINESS. THEY CLEARLY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN IT ANYWAYS. I cannot believe this place. I bought a phone 6 days ago. I have a 14 day exchange policy. I have had to factory reset my phone twice in the last six days. I was told by Customer Service to go to the store to exchange it. Was told that I would not have to pay the $50 restocking fee. After 6 days of hellish problems with the phone I went to the store. I spoke with CRAIG who was AWESOME. Craig was in the process of exchanging my phone (just wanted the exact same one but perhaps something that worked) when BRYAN ACOSTA butted in. Bryan began saying the problem is not with my phone it was with t-mobiles service and he would not be taking the phone back. I explained all the issues I've been having (mind you I brought the phone in three days ago and did not ask to return it but did say I was having issues- after 611 told me take it in), that I've been in the store once before, called Customer Service etc and I was told to exchange. I said that I would even pay the $50 fee and would work it out with his supervisor. BRYAN BEGAN YELLING AT ME. I asked him why he was escalating things. I told him he didn't need to yell. HE WAS SO ANGRY WITH ME THAT HE WAS VISIBLY SHAKING. This scared me. He said his store was not going to take a $600 loss and he was not taking the phone back. I said I was not taking a $600 loss either. I said I followed the contract instructions, brought everything back as per the contract and I am exercising my right to exchange. BRYAN CONTINUED TO LITERALLY YELL- RAISED VOICE AT ME. Needless to say I left with my original phone. I sat in my car and had a panic attack from the yelling he did with me. It was so humiliating. I called 611 again and continued to hyperventilate. 611 called the store and two employees said that Bryan was on lunch and that they would take the phone back now if I wanted to come in while he was on lunch (what does that say to you?). I declined because of my panic attacks. I came home and called 611 again because my phone was doing nothing but giving me a black screen and error message. I went in to this store yesterday hoping to get a price estimate for a new plan. I've been with Verizon for years, but was wanting to get more for my money. I was immediately helped by Brandon who was awesome! He gave me the pricing for their plan and even helped compare T-Mobile to the other providers. I decided to start a plan with them and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I even had to sit on hold with Verizon for over 30 minutes to get my pin and account numbers! Brandon let me sit at one of their desks and wait it out while he helped another customer. The service here was just great all around. I was set up on payments with 2 payments left the phone is losing power in 90 minutes. Called t mobile they informed me that the warrant expired 2 months earlier. They ran diagnostics, told mr all that was needed was a new battery, went and had one installed, still went bad after 90 minutes even after following there advice.
