He never asked to see it, and took out a paper to look something up then told me they'd have to send it out and it would cost $450. I was very discouraged and decided to come by uBrakiFix as a last resort hoping they could do something. The young man at the counter took one look at my iPad, and said he knew exactly what was wrong, and went behind a wall to fix it. Came back and it was good to go! Turns out a piece of a charger had come off in the port and it just needed to be cleaned out. I was so grateful I was like "take my money!!!" Lol. Anyhow, I will not be going back to Best Buy. I grabbed information on their coverage plan. I will also be bringing by another iPad that won't turn on anymore that Best Buy said they couldn't do anything with either. ;0) I'll also be bringing buy my laptop. I did, and wIth in 5 minutes of taking it to the back, she returned up front she simply smiled and open her hand up to show me that the top portion of my charging cord was "stuck" in my phone.
