It was a 3 year unilateral contract where my phone payments stayed the same and I could not cancel for 3 years, but they were able to raise rates by 33%. They are an unethical company and are totally lie by telling customers one story when signing up and the changing the terms of agreement throughout the supposed term of the contract. Left for T-mobile and am so much happier. Hope they get what they deserve and go out of business. Also, customer service is the worst.

We came in on June 23rd to get her re-instated. There were two employees there, one had just began yesterday, and the other three weeks ago. The latter stated that we had to get the most expensive plan ($77) because she was ineligible for some reason for the $49 plan she had originally even though it was advertised on the wall and the website. She ran my debit card as a credit card with a hold, holding it in my bank for 2 business days so she couldn't start the phone until it cleared. 3 days later, we came in and was still told they couldn't see it went through eventhough I had my bank statement in hand. Again, the 3 week employee didn't know how to fix it. She stated that metro sucks and wouldn't suggest we go with her company. Her boss was not available for a phone call of course. She also stated her training was a video, and that her boss took her online entrance test for her, then left her to figure out the register herself. This explains alot. Here it is the 27th and still no service, although my bank account shows it was taken out. You cannot get help online unless you wish to sign up. There is no customer service number. The 3 week employee said my best bet is to keep coming back to see if someone else could help me. I have, and they can't. There is no way to get my money back, except let my bank try to pursue it or get a lawyer, as they again have no customer service or support. Their support page helps you get a new line - that is all. I will update if and when I get my money back.

However, when I went to the store, I discovered that the same battery, which I could order elsewhere for around five dollars, cost nearly eleven dollars here. While I have nothing against the employees--they are always nice and provide good service when I need batteries that I can't find elsewhere--it's worth noting that there are likely cheaper options available elsewhere.

Reginald informed me that the system was actually asking for me to bring it in a box or bag for their label to go on. Oops! Reginald didn't even flinch and jumped in with solutions. He said he could tape it up in its current bag and place the label on that or he could search in the back and see if anyone was tossing a box (they were). He placed my item in a rogue box, taped it up and placed the label on. He didn't HAVE to do that for me, as it was my own mistake. I always love giving shout out for extraordinary service.
