I was told that I would have to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement, MWORKSPRODUCTS.COM. I voiced my displeasure that I could not just exchange for a new one. As expected, I sent a few e-mails without a single response, I am out $34.99 plus tax that I paid for the cable. In my quest for an exchange I found that this location is a Verizon Authorized dealer and not a company store. The dealer name is Victra and in my opinion they misrepresented themselves as a Verizon company store. If they were a company store, I think this would have gone as it should with me getting a new lighting cord. This is not a good look for Verizon either.

**Buyer beware** Ask for your itemized bill before you buy…read moreanything! We switched over to Verizon to try out the network. The network is great, but that is about it. We went into this store and got new lines and was told we would be signed up for the $65 per line. After seeing the bill through the app, I saw that the wrong plan was selected on the bill, we were signed up for the $75 per line instead of the $65 per line. As I was viewing the bill I start to notice other charges that the salesmen never talked about, things like home device protection and the device protection adding up to around $75 in additional charges. When I call them about the charges they said, "just log into the app and change the plans and drop the extra add-ones." Well, guess what? After calling Verizon multiple times they cannot change the first bill because it has already been processed. So, because the sales guy at the store inflated my bill, I get stuck paying a bill that has services on it that we didn't want.

Also, the guys that were there that were waiting on him was very patient. They didn't rush to sell, even though the lights were gonna cut off in 40 minutes, they were still patient and at the end of the transaction. I didn't have to pay anything, but I still wind up paying my phone bill due to the fact of that patient and I'm doing everything that I can do in their power to help me to get a new device I would recommend this location to anyone who is in need of a new device and great customer service ask for Nathan of one of the guys that worked with him. This store has a great team. I was just in there today and received great customer service from another guy as well. I wouldn't go to any other store but this one I appreciate you guys keep up the good work.

I visited this location specifically to cancel a trial service and return equipment. Upon arrival,…read moreI was immediately dismissed by an employee (a 5'9 Caucasian male wearing glasses and a red bandana) who falsely claimed that in-store cancellations were impossible and instructed me to call the customer helpline.Trusting this information, I remained in the store and spent 30 frustrating minutes attempting to resolve the issue via phone and chat support. During this entire period, multiple employees chose to stare at me rather than offer assistance. After half an hour of watching me struggle, a different employee finally approached me, escorted me to a desk, and processed the entire cancellation in under five minutes. This confirms that the staff absolutely possessed the capability to assist me from the beginning, but intentionally chose to fabricate company policy to avoid doing their jobs. Watching a customer struggle for 30 minutes due to deliberate misinformation is a severe failure of basic customer service. This profound level of carelessness and laziness perfectly validates my decision to terminate my relationship with this company. Management needs to address this staff's severe lack of integrity.
