The employees here are so insanely cheerful and happy, it borders on creepy... they're not just happy to help you find whatever you need, or whatever else you need help with, they're freaking STOKED to help out any and all customers! normally love this store, but I came here on 3/24/26 and ordered a sandwich from the deli, the sandwich was very sloppy and clearly not cared for a at all, and they didn't put any of the condiments on the sandwich leaving it dry as a bone, it's too bad because I feel like it's a great affordable, healthy option; if the singing guy making the sandwich could properly execute what was being paid for. I might try again if I see different people preparing food. read more

I've visited this store before but, today I felt I should post. I had a really nice trip there today. I wasn't able to find a few things but, the store clerk knew where it was right away. That saved a lot of time. I was impressed how clean the store was. I hate using dirty bathrooms and seeing dust etc when I shop but, this store was clean. The best part was from beginning to end it was a quick trip on my lunch hour and I wasn't late getting back to work because of a long checkout line. I'll go back for sure. read more

The staff was very welcoming.They walked me to the products I was looking for and also suggested items that would go well with the items I was buying and even let me sample the item before I bought it to make sure I was happy with the items I was purchasing. Prices have gone up significantly while service has gone way down. There were a ton of workers stocking shelves, not one acknowledged me or offered to move for me to shop. Don't forget your re-usable bags, they only sell 70 cent fabric bags now. They won't let you leave the store with baskets due to theft issues. I gotta start ordering online. It seems like a lot of the employees enjoy working here, they stay for awhile. There are a couple people here that seem like they are irritated with making sandwiches in the deli sometimes. I like sprouts and it convenient for me to shop there. The lines aren't too long and the produce is fresh. They also offer a lot of specialty items. It's great! The reason they don't get 5 stars is because of the staff. There is one cashier in particular I've seen lose her temper with customers. I avoid her line because she snaps at the people in front of me. I stay quiet and just get on my way. I wish it were different and she was more patient. I hope she finds a new job where she can find some peace. read more

I never been to a grocery store where I felt like the employees were about to throw a banana at you, how much they hate being there and what they do, taking on all the customers that go through that door. It's not all of them of course, but the ones that are rude, they are almost unbearable! I recommend driving a little more for people that are a little more friendly! read more

They have so much great stuff here! The store is located off the 287 and is pretty popular here in Lafayette. They have a big selection of natural and organic food, as well as bulk items like nutritional yeast and gummy bears. I loved how open everything was, and how much produce they have. While it's not as hip as Whole Foods, Sprouts has the best prices I've found for organic and natural foods. If you can wait for something to go on sale and plan ahead with your shopping, you're practically guaranteed to get a good deal. They also have their own store brand of products which are usually just as good as the name brand stuff, but less expensive. I recently got several of their kombuchas, and they're great. Overall, if you're looking for healthy food at a good price without worrying about being trendy, this is the place to grocery shop. read more

Sprouts has good products overall,. And sometimes the deals are good. That's the two stars but they loose three stars since customer care / service is poor... Cashiers are often VERY slow. No one cares about speed at all. They don't open more lanes even if they are 5 or 6 customers deep. No management around, ever. read more

Fairly clean and well-stocked generally, but the organic / grass-fed selections are a bit few and far between. Also you'll occasionally see some gross displays like the one in the pic (old, wrinkled, mushy "avocados") which, I would think, would be quite embarrassing for at least the store manager. Sprouts used to be my go-to store -- really enjoyed shopping there. I went away for the summer and when I returned my last few times at Sprouts have been awful. The lines are long, everyone seems overworked and clueless and the produce quality has declined. Was in line (only line open) a few days ago and it just wasn't moving. The guy in front of me sat his basket down and walked away. The time before that one of the check-out guys was actually yelling at a customer. Don't know what's up at Sprouts but I'm shopping at Whole Foods. Their prices are really comparable and the staff seems much happier. I'll try again in a few months to see if things have improved. read more

Good, quality selection and friendly staff....EXCEPT for the Deli. I couldn't agree more with Tim S 11/7/22 review. I work near by and enjoy the deli sandwiches at at affordable prices. 9 times out of 10 I leave with more than the sandwich I came in for. The staff in the deli seem so annoyed that I am even asking for an offered product/service. I waited to write this review to ensue that it wasn't just a couple individuals in deli. It's not, so I can only guess the management does not care about the deli staff's apathy. Maybe it's part of training or in handbook. I can't stress enough that this issue seems only isolated to the deli staff. All other interactions have been friendly and courteous. read more

Typically a nice place to shop but unfortunately during the Covid-19 pandemic they have been less than diligent. I will say the large majority of customers wear masked yet it seems like everytime we visit there is still an individuals not wearing their mask properly or not at all. The last incident this weekend they allowed an entire family in without masks because they said they had a health condition that prevented mask wearing. ( There is no exception from the state or local mask mandates!) The employee did confront them and then they refused so they just let them continue shopping. The store manager was informed and she made the excuse that they must have just slipped by them, while sounding obviously irritated that someone was complaining about mask mandates. read more

Absolutely the worst costumer service I have ever experienced!!! Save your time and go somewhere else! When I asked for assistance in the supplements department, it seemed all I was doing was bothering her. Not only did she not have any knowledge regarding my question she seemed more than annoyed that I dare interrupt her time while she was on the computer. When I asked to speak with the manager she simply grabbed the nearest employee that works for Sprouts. He was even less friendly and was quite obviously very bored with the entire conversation. The check out clerks literally just do their jobs, no hello, no good bye, no thank you...nothing. As I told the "manager" I will not be back in your store the rudeness I experience there on a regular basis isn't worth it. read more

This Sprouts seems to have better quality of produce than other locations. At other locations the selections of fresh produce are very picked over and Im usually left with bruised apples, and other produce that have brown soft mushy spots on them. This Sprouts is also clean and the bulk foods such as nuts and other items are not spilled all over the floor. read more

Very clean location with a huge variety of bulk foods! Their price for their produce is always competitive and the is bulk item prices can be incredible at times (I'm talking walnuts, cashews, and almonds). They have interesting ice creams and Popsicles that you won't find at your local King Soopers or Safeway. Every time I've been in, the staff has been friendly and helpful. However, when I checked out today the cashier put my RAW chicken ON TOP and next to ALL of my fresh produce (some of which I will be eating raw) after I asked to put in a seperate bag. She seemed more concerned of getting the "chicken germs" on her hands than bagging groceries properly. If I end up getting salmonella, I know why. read more

Last night I promptly walked out of the Lafayette Sprouts after seeing, yet again, two checkers trying to serve long lines of customers. This is my main gripe (other than the high prices) and I see it consistently in Lafayette and Longmont, but Lafayette is far worse. I only come here for the sales and the produce, because the other natural food store down the street (you know the one) beats them on all fronts except selection. Plus with choices increasing in the main grocery chains, I have fewer and fewer reasons to shop at a store that causes me frustration every time I go there. It may be hard to find good help these days, but my guess is the company wages and culture are not up to par with other stores. read more

Decent fruit and veggies, but abysmal selection of organic produce. The seafood and meat section is by far the worst quality I've experienced in Colorado. I've bought different fish here a few times and it smelled like ammonia during cooking and had to be discarded. The organic ground turkey gave me 24 hour food poisoning. read more

Sprouts is a great grocery store to buy quality organic produce. It is a little more affordable than other stores of this same origin. They offer fantastic discounts every week.
