Was so excited when I learned a new Sprouts would be opening in Lancaster, especially after Palmdale was already blessed with one. You normally see nothing but Trader Joe's out here, but never a Sprouts or even a Whole Foods in the AV (fingers crossed for a Whole Foods next). I visited the store the other day and had a great experience. They carried everything I needed and even had discounted rates on some of the supplements I picked up. The store was clean and well organized, and employees offered help as soon as they noticed I seemed a little lost. I love shopping at Sprouts, especially their produce section. One of my favorite parts is being able to sample different fruits and try something new before buying. I always look for Michael G because he has the best recommendations. Every time he suggests a new fruit, I end up loving it and coming back for more. I still cannot get over the cotton candy grapes. They were absolutely amazing and probably one of the best recommendations I have ever received. Michael G is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping customers find something they'll enjoy. He always makes my shopping experience even better! Terrible experience I came here today around 12:10pm because I though it would be nice and fast considering there was only one persons sandwich to make before mine for the deli and it took over 10 minutes and they still didn't even start to make mine the workers seemed so slow and gave little to no care about what they were doing I thought I was being smart coming here instead of Chick-fil-A since they had a huge line but I was wrong don't waste your time coming to the deli unless you want to wait 10 plus minutes for them not even to start making your sandwich thanks to this deli at this location I was unable to eat on my lunch break thanks a lot to these workers that move like they don't care. read more

The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to bring you to the item you were looking for. The unprofessional security guard that has the demeanor of an ice agent, uncannily rude and abrasive behavior. The store should invest in how their employees should be respectful to their customers, we have been customers at this store some time now and her demeanor is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Pushes people out of the way without saying "excuse me" is simply uncalled for, only follows people of color around and is the stereotypical "hurry up and buy", this woman lacks good judgment, mannerism and respect. Very unpleasant experience every time she is there when we go. She should be retrained or take her off the floor and get someone who treats people with dignity and respect, it is never ok to treat people this way. Let me start off by saying that I've shopped here several times before. I do it because it's the closest thing to getting Trader Joe's or any type of better quality food in the Antelope Valley. I usually go inside of the store and shop though. This time around, I used Uber Eats to place a grocery order. Ordered quite a few products only to receive expired eggs. Not 1 or 2 days old, OVER 8 days old. This tells me that the quality control check here is non-existent. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty. Forgot his name (Maybe-Angel). Anyway...I asked him their process in checking for expired items. He said in the dairy department they're checked everyday. Right... I explained to him my issue and he stated that he would look into it. I had to email him pictures as well. Didn't take my word for it. Long story short...this place rarely has fresh products. It's my last time there and my last time using Uber Eats for groceries since the lazy drivers don't want to spend a second to look at expiration dates. Today is 12/26/24. Eggs were dated 12/18/24. Not my favorite Sprouts. Took my mom who's disabled and can't get out much she spent her 200 allotment to have her caregiver clean all the fruits and see most of it was bad. Either bruised, rotted or just not sweet. And after calling to advise that day and stating she couldn't get a ride back with all the groceries in hand that same weekend the rude AA male manager gave her $10. Okay, so I never thought l'd be writing a love letter about a grocery store cashier, but here we are. Amanda S. is an absolute gem. Like, if you combined a human sunshine beam with a checkout scanner, you'd get Amanda. I've waited in longer lines just to go through her register. She's that good. Funny, kind, fast, and somehow makes small talk not awkward-- which is a true superpower. One time I came in looking like a raccoon who had lost a fight with a laundry basket, and she still made me feel like a valued customer and not a walking pajama crisis. The store is great-clean, stocked, solid produce game-but Amanda S. is the MVP. If Yelp let me give her her own star rating, l'd give her 6 out of 5. If management reads this: please give her a raise, a crown, and possibly her own parking spot. read more

You can't beat the Boar's Head deli inside Sprouts. They have an awesome selection, in general, of different foods and produce. Only place I will go to buy grapes. Random, I know. But they sell the best grapes out of any grocery store I've ever been to. Love their take and hear items as well for when I don't feel like cooking. All the employees are nice here and the building is always clean. The biggest issue I have is with their discounted items, which always ring up full price at the cash register. If you go through self checkout, you have to get assistance with every single discounted item they have (yellow tagged) in the store because it will just ring it up at the full price. The coupons are printed incorrectly and do not block out the original barcode. If they could fix this so people could get the advertised discounted price, that would be great. I keep spending more money than I had intended, and either have to go in to get a refund, pay very close attention at checkout, or just pay full price. I've had this happen every single time at this particular Sprouts and have started shopping elsewhere. read more

First and last time I go there. Never thought there could be a worst store than Walmart. The cashier was shawna S, and she has the worst customer skills. She is racist and doesn't even try to hide it. An African American woman was Infront of me, shawna didnt even say hi, my turn the same didn't even offer a bag. So disappointed! Was just about done eating my sushi on 6/5/24 when I picked another piece up with my chopsticks and what do I find? A thick piece of black hair that was hidden until I picked up that specific sushi piece, which means it was deep in there. You would think such an "organic" place would be more mindful of such things. They are way more expensive than Trader Joes and allow such things while handling food?
