Update: I continue to enjoy every visit to my local Sprouts. The last time I came in I ordered three sandwiches which I explained to the helper would be consumed the following day, and what did she do? She gave me a whole kit of vegetables to put on the sandwich the following day, including an avocado. This is what I call customer service. You explain your needs and they have the perfect solution. I believe the assistant deli manager's name is Antonio and I just want to salute Antonio and his staff! Today upon my visit to Sprouts I was just popping in to grab a couple things and I did. Again, I asked someone at the deli for their recommendation and they gave me a wonderful and useful answer and I came home with the goods!! And then in the checkout line, I was tended to by Logan "Hotfoot" and Noah (nickname unknown). We were ringing out and I was paying and we were just having so much fun together. Yesterday I called this location on PCH and the Gal transferred me to Mikee and the Vitamin section who was wonderful. She had two left of my Bromaline and put one aside for me with a rubber band on it and my name at the front desk. After my day and my meetings, I went to pick it up, and I wanted to give an accommodation to the great service at this location. They've won my business over from Costco so I always check with them first to see if they have what I need and part of the time since I'm one of their preferred customers I get 20% off on vitamins, vegetables, etc. on certain days. I am a student back in nursing school so every little dollar helps I really appreciate the caring people there and most of all the good quality of vitamin supplements and my eggs, etc.!!! read more

I really enjoy shopping here because everyone is so nice and friendly. 2 ladies that really stand out are Lou and Zoila. When I am shopping and can't find something, Lou is always right there helping me with her friendly smile and fantastic attitude ready to help in a moments notice. I'm happy they opened this location.. the others I shop at are busier and harder to navigate. Here they usually have everything I need in stock, and items are easier to locate, though it is not as large as other stores. The produce was very fresh and colorful, the meat department looked great. The restroom, though one stall was out of commission, was clean. I'm also glad they finally offer the ability for me to earn reward points on purchases. The app is helpful for clipping coupons, too. The cashiers are SO nice, friendly and helpful. read more

Returned a food item from the deli department because they gave me the wrong deli meat. Didn't like how the cashier spoke to me about returning an item in front of other customers. I spoke to the manager about what happened over the phone and the manager wanted me to come in so she can speak with me. I have other errands to do. I don't know why the manager wanted me to come in when she can easily talk to me over the phone about it. I told the manager that she needs to retrain her cashiers. I even describe who the cashier was and what register she was working at, but she said she doesn't know who I'm talking about even after I gave her the receipt number and confirm I was calling the right location . Don't know why I had to come in to speak to a manager about retraining, their cashiers just odd. Doubt I'll be returning back here because of their lack of customer service. It's been a long time since I went to Sprouts. I've been going to actual Farmers' markets for the vine ripen fruits/veggies. there were less options for fruits and vegetables then I recall. I might be mistaken, but I was a little disappointed because I couldn't find what I was looking for. It smelled heavenly on the hot food that they were selling, however, I wasn't there for that purpose. Service was good, I cannot complain about that. I did notice there were very few customers when I went in and to me that's always a sign that something is up. Either limited options or high prices. Got to love the wide vegan selection! A bit more expensive than other grocers, but still, they stock things almost no one else has, including Whole Foods. I bought grapes without realizing that they were passed. When I reported that to a manager. Without my grapes, she said bring them back and we will reimburse you. So I came back this time and was asked....to go on the long and unique line where a cashier will weight them. I understand that there is a line and that the cashier cannot do everything at the same time. But the manager was not doing anything and did not offer to take care of my issue. Gotta love this new Sprouts! Friendly staff, clean store. And lots of parking spots (you can also park behind the store) Upon entering you'll notice a beautifull display on seasonal products and/or products currently on sale. After entering you'll be greeted by the staff with a smile from people like Danielle or Miranda. What's really cool is their innovation center in the middle of the store showcasing their new products. I've found an Instagram account called Sprouts_Newitems which piqued my interest for all these new products. Make sure you pick up those Sprouts takis. (Their chili lime rolls). They are delicious and doesn't leave you with a powdery mess. Also pick up some mountain valley spring water or Sprouts alkaline water. You can also find them in the coldbox near Deli or on Vitamin side. Sometimes you can find great managers specials. Just keep your eyes out for them. There are 99 cent specials to be had here. There is also a water fill machine close to the restrooms. That is a plus. If you do laundry next door, you can purchase detergent here, located close to the pasta section. I like this store better than the Norwalk or Downey store, much better managers and staff. read more

New Sprouts location alert in Long Beach! This opened later last year to replace the Staples and I'm super happy there's a market nearby. The closest Sprouts originally was their Seal Beach location. There's so much ample parking here at any given time of the day. Inside, everything is laid out really simple and easy to navigate. It's also very spacious so you can see all the aisles at one time if that makes sense. I've had plenty of employees come up to me and ask if I needed help too which most grocery stores these days don't do. My favorite part of Sprouts in general is their sandwiches. They are priced so well and the ingredients are so fresh. It reminds me of my mom making me sandwich for school when I was a kid. You can customize your sandwich too and it's all under $10. It's my cheat code to saving money. They did overcharge me for an item once because they scanned it twice but I went back and they fixed it. read more

I was looking for no-sodium canned beets and realized that they're not readily available at my regular go-to grocery store but thankful they're available here. That's pretty much a typical situation for why this market is useful. Along with that, they have tempting prepared foods, and beautifully presented fruits and vegetables. I also didn't expect to find decent marked down prices for organic chicken and such. I mean, for the most part, the prices here are high so if you have the time and energy, definitely compare prices--but if you're searching for hard-to-find specific (usually healthier) products, this place is useful. I do have to say though, we couldn't find sugar free ice cream but we did find sugar free strawberry Greek Yogurt. :-) The workers are friendly and helpful. The whole store is clean. Parking is shared with other popular businesses and can get very busy. read more

Warning This particular sprouts gives tiny portions of meat when ordering the $5 sandwich. it was very aggravating because today I went to the location in Los almetos and they gave me a proper amount of meat on my sandwich like the other location will litterly give you one slice of meat on the sandwich.
