We come here for their pies. So far, we've had their peach raspberry, blueberry, cherry, and apple. All have been delicious. My husband likes their freshly baked peanut butter cookies. Their produce is beautifully displayed and they sometimes have free items via mailers. This is a nice market with quality products, but out of my price range for weekly shopping.

The Lazy Acres Market is specializing in organic produce, natural foods, and wellness products etc., similar setup and price point compared to Whole Foods. I generally like the shopping experience here, very clean and spacious store, organized shelves and categories, although quite a lot overpriced items, and the cashier is friendly and helpful with checkout.

I gave an extra star because this is an absolutely beautiful market, everything was so orderly and clean and honestly the hot bar, salad bar, fresh food, bakery all smelled and looked amazing, This review is only based on an açai bowl. I was shocked at how awful the açai bowl was. Really just the açai itself, it tasted freezer burned but in addition to that, just really tasted terrible. The fresh fruit, granola and peanut butter was delicious and I absolutely tried to get the least amount of açai on my spoon while eating the bowl. The photo is what was left at the end and it went straight to the trash. I'm shocked at a store of this caliber serving such a terrible açai. I love an açai bowl and I have had açai bowls many places, never met an açai bowl that I didn't like but until today. For being a natural market I was really shocked that the açai was not made fresh or at least of better quality.

The Baseline: For a grocery store it must have a wide selection of items, the produce/bakery/meat selections must be fresh, the store aisles need to be clean/organized, the traffic flow must be logical, the prices must reflect the value, and the service from staff must be good. Food: Higher quality grocery items are available at this Lazy Acres. I love coming here for their Butcher service area. I got some great short ribs and chuck steak that was choice quality but felt like I was getting prime. There are wagu and prime options as well. The veggie and fruit section is great and I love to come here when hatch chilis or when sumo tangerines are in season. Food bars have some items I do not see at a Gelson's or Whole Foods so it is great for that as well. Service: Very nice staff on all my interactions I have ever had here. Ambiance: Clean and well kept grocery store that is "rural-classy" so it never feels pretentious. Price: It will cost you more but you will get better quality here. If you are into scanning your packaged items with a Yuka app or BobbyApproved app you will know you are paying for quality.

Lazy Acres might be one of my favorite grocery stores of all time. I live right down the street, so I end up walking here if I need some of my staples and favorites! My favorite items to get here: Straus Milk, Carrot Cake Slice, and Chocolate Walnut Cookie. I always come here for a quick dessert when I am craving something sugary and quick. Carrot Cake Slice - This is one of the most delicious desserts I have ever had in my life. The decadent cream cheese frosting mixed with the cinnamon carrot cake is to DIE for. This dessert never fails me. Overall, this is the best grocery store with the best dessert ever. The cashiers are always so welcoming and kind. You'll never go wrong at Lazy Acres!

The good: Their cold drink selection is great. I got so many kombuchas, spritz sodas, and tepache variation drinks (Mexican fermented pineapple drink). They have a sitting area inside where you can enjoy your food. They sell super cute kids plushies and toys. I tried Alden's yogurt ice cream and it was so delicious. It tasted rich and high quality and was decadent unlike other yogurt popsicles. The market reminds me of Whole Foods. The bad: It's definitely upscale pricing but you're getting quality and interesting products. The interesting: They're related to Bristol Farms. They're a SoCal chain.

The baby sister of Bristol Farms. Great assortment of natural and organic grocery items and prepared foods. I don't eat as healthily as I should, so one morning I decided I needed to put some thought into what I consume. I tried a few things that sounded good: Truvani Plant-Based Mint Chocolate Chip Bar - only 7 ingredients, with no additives or chemicals Spicy Ahi Poke - Lean fish, Omega-3s, Vitamin E Keto Cloud Smoothie - Low carb, minimal sugar Hippie Snacks Avocado Crisps - Non GMO, vegan, gluten free, the whole shebang Chicken Noodle Soup - Okay this one was probably heavy on the sodium but maybe the protein was organic! Not cheap, but was enough for a fulfilling lunch and some post-meal snacking. Better than binge eating chips!

The egg and cheese burrito was so good here I didn't even pause to take a photo. Next time! Extremely clean and lots of pre made food. Everything looks delicious. I also bought the yakisoba which was healthy, flavorful and nice. Appetizing grocery store. Nice employees. Someone did ask if I need assistance.

    Mold

Lazy Acres sold us a moldy pie, despite it being within the expiration date. This issue is unprecedented in our experience with other stores. Although we received a refund, the supervisor's dismissive attitude and lack of concern about the issue is troubling. We were left with the impression that the store is not committed to resolving the problem, and we will avoid purchasing perishable goods from them going forward.

Great place for a huge latte for $5 with oat milk!

He was so patient and helpful in finding me the perfect nutritional products.I'll definitely be back soon! Additionally, as a Doctor and business owner myself, with over 20 years of business experience and treating thousands of patients, I would highly recommend Juan be the Store/RegionalManager for a multitude of reasons, some being that the business would continue to thrive, and many customers will benefit from his knowledge relating to products and how they can benefit for supplements and nutritional products sold at Lindberg. She is amazing and experienced and know her craft. She cares about her clients. The place is easy to find. It is nice and clean. There are lots of good restaurants around too, in case you want to dine after a great facial. I love that she uses natural products. I've had dry skin and after using her products my skin feels so hydrated and glowing. I use the gel cleanser and moisturizer, and vitamin C that she recommended me to use. Her products are awesome. We also love the extra massages that she gives that made our whole body feeling relaxed afterwards. Thanks Millette for being so wonderful, we'll see you soon!

She was super flexible and even let me change my apt time last minute. It was me and my boyfriends 4 year anniversary and we hadn't had a facial in years. In fact my boyfriend never had one and was really excited. He had a huge blackhead on his nose for like a whole year and she got it out right away. He was so happy(and I am too haha). What drew me to Millette, which was all the way in Torrence so quite far from us, was that it was vegan and all natural. I didn't want any toxic chemicals on my face and I couldn't find any other place that offered it for her prices. She doesn't have many reviews right now but the ones she does have were all five stars so I felt I trusted her, and I'm so glad I did because the facial met all my expectations and more. It was so so so relaxing and she was really easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable. Best face massage, neck, shoulder, and hand massage. Even a nice little foot squeeze which I so appreciated(To be honest I was praying for a full on foot massage! Haha maybe I can pay extra for that next time). I didn't want it to end. It's the next day and my face looks so nice and the chin acne I had that she did a bunch of extractions on looks SO MUCH BETTER. I'm in awe. I want to come back to see her in two months. I'd go sooner but I can't afford that. So as soon as I can I'm booking my next appointment!!!!! Thank you so much Millette. Keep up the incredible work. We are so pleased with our fresh faces and very grateful. XX

The first time, I purchased Sprouts brand unsweetened almond milk and Sprouts vanilla almond milk, and both had gone sour before their expiration dates. On a separate visit, I purchased a chocolate almond milk from a different brand, and it was also sour as soon as I opened it. In all cases, I refrigerated the products immediately after getting home, so improper storage on my end was not the issue. The fact that this happened with multiple brands and on different shopping trips makes me believe there may be a refrigeration or temperature-control issue at this location. It's hard to see another explanation when products from different manufacturers are experiencing the same problem. This has resulted in approximately $15-$20 worth of product being wasted, which is frustrating and disappointing. Customers should be able to trust that refrigerated items are being stored properly before purchase. Another ongoing issue is the lack of baggers available at checkout. Cashiers are often expected to scan and bag groceries at the same time, which slows down the checkout process and creates longer lines. Considering the premium prices Sprouts charges, I would expect better staffing and a more efficient checkout experience. I hope management looks into both the refrigeration of refrigerated products and the checkout staffing at this location. These are recurring issues that have negatively affected my shopping experience and make me hesitant to purchase refrigerated items here in the future.
