Clean store and friendly customer service . Many food options and sales. A welcoming environment every time I shop here.

Pros: I love the healthy options at this store. It is clean and easy to find items. Cons: the staff are unfriendly I seriously feel they are racist at the store in Redlands. I was there last week and I had some of the creamer bottles to turn in, the cashier literally rolled her eyes and it was evident that she did not want to be bothered In the past they have closed their windows when I approached and then opened them for other customers. Other Sprout stores are not like this for eg: the Hemet store is always friendly and so is the one in Norco. It is only this one where I ever feel uncomfortable but it is the most convenient store for me. Customer service is a 1 star here at this location The store itself I would give a 5 read more

I love coming to this specific Sprouts out of all of them. They are usually normally stocked than the most of them that I go too. They always have deals when I go. They are really friendly when you need help looking for something in the back or you seem not to be able to locate an item that you need. read more

There is often insufficient staff to handle pickup orders, leading to delays, and the quality of produce is inconsistent. While I will drive to the Redlands location on occasion, it is not a regular solution. That said, the staff here are helpful and friendly. However, even as a smaller store, the produce should consistently meet freshness standards. read more

They have such great deals here on the groceries. All the staff are very pleasant and nice! So glad we have a sprouts in Rialto. Everytime I come in they have a buy one get one free deal going on. Contacting the SB health department about the huge health hazard in the women's bathroom. Sewage Water splashing into customer's faces because their slow drain is clogged is not okay. Reported it to the employee cleaning the restrooms and they mentioned they are aware of it. Reported it to manager and hope they fix it asap. Concern for public health and sanitation is terrible. Both manager and employee just brushed it off. read more

Just a hop skip and away from my house! Love it here and I never really check in . Anywho they are always polite and courteous at this location and I love the selection! Since I been on my bulking diet this has been my go to spot and I can at least say they help me gain the extra 7 lbs I put on lol (not kidding) but the right kind of gain folks! Sprouts never disappoints! I stopped in during lunch and ordered a sandwich for myself and a Caesar salad for my coworker both were ready fast and tasted so fresh and delicious. Good place, but their sandwiches always disappoint. The photos I added are a comparison to a location in Orange County and the other is here in Rialto. They never add anything, plus the guy serving me had a lollipop in while making my sandwich. I love this location, everyone is very kind and this is the only sprouts I have ever visited that offers help. The meat department people are very kind, they even came around their counter to show me meats on sale, I didn't ask at all but this was super helpful. Most sprouts I visit I have to flag down someone to help me in the meat department. But his location I will always be grateful for their service, made my visit sweet and fast. First time shopping at this location and my bf and I were followed around THE WHOLE TIME. The employee was LITERALLY at my feet pretending to shop while I was browsing the vitamin aisle. I went towards the body wash area and she immediately followed me there too. I thought she was just a weird customer till she asked me if I needed help?? I was so excited about them opening a location in Rialto, I've been a shopper at sprouts for years. Always have had great experiences at every location except this one! I initially came here a few times and the last time was so bad I decided to never come back here again! I will gladly shop at any other sprouts except here. The deli sandwiches are the best! You fill out the sheet on what you want and they make it for you. The Uglies brand BBQ chips are so good. Too bad they do not sell those in a bigger bag. I have no idea what's been going here in the last few months but the bread here is downhill. I used to come here to get rolls and French bread and in the last few months the breads are half the size they were and more expensive. What a shame, I was very excited they opened a store near me but since they opened the bakery has gone very downhill. I went in yesterday and bought bread and it was expired BY TWO DAYS! I won't be returning to this sprouts except to get a refund. read more
