Matter of fact was very cold and unwelcoming. There was a young man helping someone and was with her for a while but didn't say "I will be with you in a bit" or anything. The guy behind the counter got up and left the store. I'm very surprised of the customer service they had. Very disappointed. I will get my protein online instead of dealing with this type of behavior.

Very poor customer treatment and unprofessional. Myra, the…read morepharmacist was hostile, rude and unprofessional on the phone when I brought up my issues to her which they admitted they failed to do in a timely manner in getting prescription renewed and refilled because they were busy. She yelled at me and was irate then hung up on me. I have Never gotten treated so rudely by someone who should know better. I asked my doctor to switch my prescription to Sierra pharmacy and receptionist confirmed that many of their patients have had problems with Ecoterra and have left. I am taking my business elsewhere even if it's less convenient for me for better and reliable service. I been out of medication for a week and Ecoterra failed to remedy what was a routine refill. Highly disappointed!!!

I read up all the former reviews that this mystic shop holds up its 5-star ratings. I can see how. As I entered the store, the store clerk greeted me without haste. I then continued taking my time to browse crystals and gems. I found out they sold positive words of encouragement for collecting those pretty gems, so i went for a stack of 7 piece of positive word gems. Service: 5/5~Efficient, inviting and super friendly. I'll be back if i need more candles or something in the future. For now, i'm satisfied with this newfound stack of word gems. Ambiance: 5/5~the clerk turned on relaxing music for customers to enjoy while shopping. Thought that was clever and enticing. My favorite is "THE STACY"- it has coconut milk, spinach, mango, and pineapple. My second favorite is "THE DR. TONY"- this one is on the secret menu, so just ask the cashier and they'll know how to make it. The gluten free baked goods are amazing also. I especially like the one with raw almond butter on top of the chocolate brownie. The organic health center also carries the "lifestyle quixotica" line of minerals and supplement.
