Haven't been here since they first opened, but they definitely remodeled since then. This store is huge, clean, very organized and has a variety of international items that you can't find at the regular grocery store. They also have a variety of breads from vendors I've never heard of, but the bread looks delicious. I stopped in for a quick lunch and left with sushi to-go. The sushi was great and tasted, smelled, looked fresh. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area for the unique fruits and veggies and international food items. It's a very pleasant shopping experience and compared to other international markets, Super King has a bigger layout and feels more relaxing to shop at. read more

My family and was passing through and decided to visit a super king on a Saturday morning in early July. The size is bigger than Burbank and Los Angeles location. The aisles are clean throughout the market. Lots of fruit and veggies to look at. I never seen so much lavash and pita bread, it was fun going through each aisle. My favorite market for seasonal fruits and vegetables and their wide variety of deli meats . 9/21/2024 yellow dates are in season , this time around the dates are more sweeter then last month. Now I know to head here in mid September for sweet yellow dates. Great price on Hami melon 79 cents and cauliflower 69 cents a lbs. okra is in season too, I purchased quite a bit . read more

I have been near this Super King vicinity many many times, but have only entered it twice maybe thrice. Well, my Mom wanted to buy some bananas for her neighbor so we came here last night to pick some up. Funny, my dear Yelpie friend had informed me of some must buy hami melons so it was perfect timing. Thank you my friend! Parking lot gets really packed especially on the weekends, but if you time it right, you'll be fine. Go for low peak shopping times if possible. Right up front outside near the entrance were the hami melons so I grabbed the one that said me me me LOL. I also saw some papayas so grabbed one of them. After entry, it was a whole different world... bright and inviting! We didn't get to peruse the entire Super King as our focus was on fruits. However, I caught my favorite cousin to the standard cucumber... Peruvian style cucumbers LOL... had to get a few of them. That was it for me. My Mom got her 3 bunches of bananas. Prices are very reasonable. They may have the best deals compared to other supermarkets. Staff was nice and pleasant at the register. Entry and exit are two different doors. There is a security guard near the entry. I may have to drop by this Super King more often in the near future. Too bad I don't cook much. Otherwise, it would be a fun adventure to shop for my fresh ingredients just like I do for other goodies that I love in my life. Happy Shopping! read more

King Ranch is a great Supermarket. They have almost everything the customer needs . It is always well stocked with products.  They have fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, chocolates,breads, pastries, different grains, oil, butter, drinks, dairy and non-dairy  milk,  coffee, snacks, frozen sections to mention a few. They have huge meat department, International Deli, and liquor department. I really enjoyed shopping here to buy fresh fruits specially rare finding one in other markets as well as fresh vegetables. 12/26/23 After visiting this place a few times, I can see how this could be my new go-to market!! Went in deeper today before closing time & visited the meat dept-fairly sizable AND it doesn't look like their closing up just yet lol. I wanted to get some pork butt roast sliced but their equipment is already done for the day (only until 7 pm). Everything is neat & tidy in every aisle, prices are reasonable & their produce areas has a pretty good inventory of fresh fruits & veggies. I discovered this Romano bean that I've never encountered before-that's always a plus. Staff are friendly-the guys at the meat dept are especially attentive. The International Deli and Produce Dept is what keeps me coming back to Super King. The store has a vast selection of deli meats, cheeses, Middle Eastern and Hispanic goods, breads, assorted fruits and veggies at reasonable prices. It seems there's always a bit of a wait at The International Deli section, but nevertheless, it's a one-stop shop for me. Not too many Asian products though. As for the Meat Dept, there is quite a bit of a selection and their seafood section is small compared to most Asian stores. read more

Sunday March 1, 2026 at 12PM. My friend and I was using one shopping cart for our groceries ,and went to the 15 items or less lane. We both were in line, but pay separate and the cashier start looking at us and said that you can't do that, but we both were in line and following the policy. He paid for his groceries and I paid for my. 15 items or less, so we respect your policy instead we get humiliated. So I told the cashier Ana to call the manager, she's not even helping. She is saying the same thing as Ana the cashier. And the customer behind me is over 15 items and they didn't said anything to them. Also, the customer behind me tell me to shut up. This is double humiliated for me. I been a customer for years. This is not the first time it happens, I was told that from your worker outside collecting shopping carts, told me to move just because I was pushing the cart back to the area that said shopping cart here at where the stand is. I believe that the store, needs to have customer training. read more

I love to come here to get fruits, produce or meat. Its been a while since I came back. My first time was during the pandemic, and it was crazy time. Today I came here to introduce my close friend who never been here before. She was happy with her purchase. I also needed to get some produce for myself and family members. It was crowded in the afternoon around after 1pm. The best time to shop is when they first open in the morning. The checkout line can be a long wait especially when you buy all the great bargain items. Be patient. The grocery selection is huge. The aisle is pretty wide and not too crowded. They have Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Dairy, Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Liquor, Snacks and other non-food items. They also carry international food products as well. They carry Persian, Mediterranean, and Mexican items. The service is great. The place is clean and workers always organizing/cleaning/sweeping. I bought vegetables in Super King market in436 Auto center drive, Claremont. (3.81 lb) very bad, I brought them back and the manager only agreed to refund me 2.10 lb. He said that's all he actually weighed. I said I threw the rotten leaves and rotten roots in the trash. He said he would pay me back if he brought enough. I have never seen a manager work so unprofessionally. He sold bad things to customers without saying sorry and making things difficult for them. I told him he should learn how to serve customers at Costco and Walmart. I can ask Health department this problem? read more

My favorite market. I wish there was one closer to me in Hacienda Hights. The staff is usually nice. They usually busy and they have good prices. I was joking with the manager this at the store, but how the oranges used to be $.49 were $.69. Now they're a dollar something food prices have gone through the roof we all know that. Their fruit prices are really good. Every once in a while they have a good sale on other stuff, but a lot of their stuff is much more expensive than I can find at other stores, but I shop at three stores to find the best prices. Because I feed 11 people at each meal. But the newly remodeled, super kings look really nice, and wide isles. Three of the four managers, I know a different super kings are very nice. The market has a good selection of produce. Also has Halal meat. A good selection of olive oil. This market is great for people that follow Muslim food rules. And they have Hispanic food. read more

The customer service has always been poor here, the many years that Ive come to shop here has always been a hit or miss with most of the times missing. I go here mainly to buy their specials of cognac, whiskeys and tequila. The meat section has some great buys as well.

It's a good local grocery store, has all the basics and some specialty items too. Prices a little higher than big chains but not bad for the convenience. I like that they carry fresh local produce. It took me awhile to write this review but here's my reason for not shopping at this horrible store. I went in one day to buy my usual veggies and meats because I agree the deals are good. While there, security guard stops me and says I stole a Yoo-hoo. Uhm I'm a woman in my 30s, highly educated attorney. I look at him and said "No I didn't and you are messing with the wrong person." I find it interesting they came up to the only black female in the store. He begins to argue with me and I refuse to stand down. After a few minutes he says "oops I'm sorry it wasn't you. My baby's mother is black so I'm not racist." I reached out to corporate and the store and no one reached out to fix the issue. This store is racist, management does not care, and I won't shop here. For people of color and our allies, I hope you think twice. read more

I've loved this grocery store for years! They have many international items that the big chains do not carry. I can get all of my Middle Eastern and Mexican cooking staples here. They also have a great variety of European and Asian cooking staples. The updates over the last few years were much needed and make it feel much nicer. They have amazing meat and produce deals. Be careful with some of the produce though because it can go bad quickly. Same with the meat. They are good about returns if you keep your receipt. With this market being kind of far from where we live, this place is not our primary market. But because of their great dried fruits and nuts section, we make the trip here, from time to time. Prices are generally cheaper than most places and they have a wide range of items to choose from. Everything from gummy bears to chocolate covered raisins, pastacio to pretzels. Great way to make your own trail mixes and snacks. Their produce section is also top notch, large variety of fruits & vegetables and cheap prices. Can't tell you much on the rest of the market, as we don't do much shopping for general groceries here, it appears to be above average in selections, market itself is clean. read more

For such a busy market the place is well run. Cart guys are fast and full of energy. They bring the carts in from parking lot so there aren't any lose carts. This says something about management. This is not Whole Foods by any means however this is the best most reasonably priced supermarket in the area! They have a huge variety of products and produce to cover every culture. I love Super King's deals and produce. They really do have great pricing and weekly specials. We've been coming here to get most of our fruits and veggies and sometimes other items at such a great price. I have noticed a lot of the other items on the shelfs are priced a little high and expired. We bought some sparking flavored drinks, the ones in the glass bottle, and noticed after already brining them home and having some, they had been expired. Some other shelf items will say one price and ring up another, so keep an eye on that. Their service is friendly though. Don't recommend coming when it's packed. I had not left my house in 8 days. I had no one over in that time. I went out to one location. I went to super king. I saw customers crowded in the produce section bare handed, no masks on digging thru the produce, some people were coughing. There was no social distancing at all. I had gloves and a mask on. I bought what I needed and left. This morning I woke up with fever, sore throat, tight chest, coughing. I feel like I was hit by a sledge hammer. I am currently waiting to get tested for covid 19. Ok so why the bad review? I feel this store is not taking the virus seriously. It is here in the county. Instead of piles of products in the produce isle as normal, they should have produce prebagged by the half pound and pound Taped shut with monitors to make sure people do not open the bags. There should be hand sanitizer and wipes available everywhere for people to excersize good sanitation. All staff should have on company provided protective masks and gloves for their saftey from us.They should be slowing down the headcount of how many people can be in the store at any given time. I sincerely hope my trip to the store will not bite me in the butt. If you can avoid the store, do.... Order online or go to another store that is taking this seriously. Ta! read more

I have always heard about Super King, but never stepped foot into one until this past week. I know several people that shop here on the regular, but I don't live close to one so I never had the chance to go. The supermarket itself seems pretty well kept, but definitely near the back, it smells because of the meat/fish. The produce appears to be fresh and is cheaper than regular American super markets so I think that's a big plus. Parking: Can be difficult as it is located with popular restaurants and shops nearby. Super close to 85c bakery. Location is very easy to access off the 10 fwy. read more

Staff are friendly but very slow at checking you out i mean super super slow!:) So if you r in a rush this is not the place to come.
