Additionally, ordering online does not provide options for substitutions. Luckily on my last order, I ordered additionally items to have for the future since it was a sale. However one of the items was not available. No contact to make a replacment choice. So the extras I purchased became part of what I needed for the event. Plus, the bonus reward I was trying to obtain for a certain amount purchased was not given to me because I didn't receive all the items I planned for my purchase.
