Selections reasonable for wine, but prices are very high. Clerk is a total dick. Go somewhere else.

Had a great experience. Guy behind the counter was super nice and pricing was comparable to other local liquor stores.

This store has a meager selection of products. The prices are terrible. Not much to recommend here.

Pricing was fair for what we bought (red wine, beer) and convenient location. Make sure you go early in winter, they close at 7pm.

Try Rambo's on the other side of town for better selection and friendlier service.

I think people need to understand that they're in the mountains of Colorado, not the Napa Trail in California.

Their charcuterie options were also abundant but we opted for the Colorado wild game sausage board. So worth it to try some exotic meats including elk, wild boar & blueberry, and the most interesting in my opinion...the pheasant and rattlesnake sausage. All were flavorful and went well w the beer cheese and jam but I personally loved the elk sausage the most.

The staff is outstanding--everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. You can tell they really care about what they're building here. The wine selection is excellent, and their flights are a steal at just $14. They also offer meads, mulled cider, and an entirely new food menu that pairs perfectly with the drinks. There's clearly a lot of thought going into the experience now. We also heard a new deck area is coming soon, plus plans for a paella night--which honestly sounds amazing and gives us even more reason to come back. If you haven't been to Snowy Peaks recently, it's absolutely worth another visit. They're doing great things and it's becoming a must-stop spot in Estes Park.

We stopped by Poppy's on a weekday night for dinner because they had a good selection of salads,…read moreand that's what we were all in the mood for. We also wanted to sit outside along the water because the view was amazing. Unfortunately, that came at a cost. We were quoted 15-20 minutes for a table, so we agreed. However, we continued to watch people walking in and getting seated at inside tables right away. At the 45-minute mark, I went up to the host and asked just to be seated inside. Suddenly, a table was ready for us outside. Along with another family that checked in about 20-30 minutes after us. A manager swung by soon after we were seated and dropped off a plate of onion rings on both our tables for the long wait (although the other party's wait didn't even compare to ours). The onion rings were delicious, even though they didn't come with any sort of dipping sauce. Before getting the onion rings, we had already decided that we wanted the fried asparagus, so we still ordered them, too. It was a lot of fried food. LOL But soooo good. The salads come in a small or large bowl. Since we had so many appetizers, we all just ordered the small. I chose the Cobb Salad. It was amazing. And very, very filling for a "small" bowl. There were a lot of ingredients, which I appreciate in a salad. If I was hungry, I could definitely polish off a large bowl. In the end, sitting outside was a great experience, and the food was all excellent, but the 45-minute wait sucked.
