They said if we want, we can call their service so they can sit on the phone and talk to SONOS for 160 $/h/ Ten months ago, we requested a quote for the downstairs sound system they pre-installed. We have emailed and called at least ten times about it in the past ten months, and no one has gotten back to us. Such poor customer service. We ended up with them through our builder, but I would never recommend them. I have copied the owner on the emails, and still no answer. It goes to show how much they care about their business. It's just about collecting the money.

He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. It did take some time getting all of the equipment & parts needed, so if you are looking to put in a system for a particular event, I would plan well-in advance. However, we were kept informed. The basement is not entirely finished because it is used mostly by my teenage kiddos & their friends, but we did want an outstanding entertainment system for them to watch movies & play games. We opted for a projector & screen. We also wanted to integrate the Philips Hue system for a backlighting on the screen that coordinates with the picture. He & his colleagues built speaker boxes for us & the frame behind the screen upon which the lighting strip would rest. It came out amazing! They did an outstanding job. One year later, and all is still running smoothly. I have not had to reach back out to them for anything so far, but I was left with a strong impression that if we needed help with anything we would just be able to call.
