A brand new garage door was installed less than 48 hours later. Only delay was that the specific door I wanted needed to be cut, otherwise it'd have been replaced in 24 hours. Squared Away installed a Chamberlains Garage Door Opener with Q technology a few years ago and did an excellent job. I switched to a new WiFi service recently and couldn't get the Q internet service to work. My entire garage door shut down. After hours trying to hook it up, I called Eric. I would highly recommend working with Eric and Squared Away. He was very knowledgeable and gave me multiple levels of options to make my doors safe or upgrade them if I wanted. He hauled off the old pieces that could not be salvaged. OK so we had an issue with our garage door it was stuck not working. All the other companies couldnt get to us for days - Lucas was there in a few hours. Looked for a second opinion after one company came out to look at our garage door that was broken because it came off the tracks and parts popped off - the owner of the company just looked at the garage door without actually assessing the issue and quoted us for a new garage door - which we know we need. So after he left, 3 minutes after he arrived - we started looking for a second opinion. Squared Away got back to us immediately. So I set up an appointment immediately. Jason was awesome! I had Squared Away Garage install a new LiftMaster opener for my double car garage in May of this year. Luke did a great job installing it. I did not have the springs replaced then and one of them snapped Friday about 1:00 p.m., and I could not get into the garage for car, bikes, etc. I called and got Eric who said he would have someone come out at 2:00 p.m.!!! Luke ended up coming out again and he did a quick install of the new springs and got my garage door back online. I was worried that I would have to spend the weekend without being able to get in but then it looks like they are available 24x7! Doesn't surprise me. Great family run company. read more

Garage door cratered recently, folded in, destroyed the spring and all the supports, and our car was inside the garage. We phoned Squared Away without knowing anything about them except all the 5 star reviews. The reviews were right! So sorry I don't know who answered my call but he understood the problem and he assured me he would send Luke out immediately and he would even move some other work if necessary. Luke was at our home within 45 minutes. He assessed the damage, gave us several options for a new door and opener and explained the difference in the options. We quickly settled on a door that suited our budget. Luke went to the warehouse and was soon back with the new door and equipment. He worked all afternoon until dark, everything had to be replaced, big job! He was great to work with, really nice, knowledgeable and we couldn't be happier with him and Squared Away!
