I had a great experience! I shattered my phone screen to absolute pieces, went online to make an appointment, and I believe the guy came out the same day or maybe the next day. I had never used this business before so I didn't know what to expect, but the repair guy I got was Jordan, and he texted me to let me know when he would be coming, when he got to my house, he fixed my phone on my kitchen table while I watched, it was really interesting! I asked a bunch of questions and he was very kind and answered them all. When he opened up my phone, he noticed that my battery was sort of enlarged and had been pushing on the back of my screen, which is probably why it shattered. He offered to replace the battery for me, and it was only $20 more. But he didn't like try to push a lot of other services on me. He went through and checked my whole phone before and after he fixed it to make sure everything was working right. It was just a super easy process, I liked that he came to my house so I wouldn't have to worry about driving into town and then having to pick it back up. The repair was fast too, only about 30 min maybe. He definitely knew what he was doing, seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. Allan did an amazing job. My mother had a friend with an iPhone that had a cracked screen. I, having repaired I phones in the past, offered my service. After having repaired the iPhone and being careful to not damage anything, it wouldn't turn on at all. I tried everything. I spent hours on the internet looking for a solution but nothing helped at all. I had to return the phone in 2 days. I was stressed out of my mind. In this day and age I can't imagine anything more devastating than finding cracks or breaks in our beloved iDevices (ok, maybe that's a - small - exaggeration). The worse part is finding anyone knowledgeable and reliable to fix them and then THE PRICE. That will never be a problem again since we found iCracked and Allan. He restored our iPad to pre-7-year-old-son-fracture condition (it LOOKS NEW) with both home pick up and drop off. This guy saved my butt big time. I was stuck on a boat cause I'm a boat captain and my phone cracked on my first day of a 21 day trip. He drove out and met me very close to the boat. Phone was fixed in no time. He was extremely professional and saved me a lot of money instead of having to file an insurance claim. Repair went great. I dropped off my iPad2 and it was turned around next day. Had a small problem with the screen separating from the metal casing, but I think it was because of a dented backing. He fixed the phone, but was not happy with the fit of the new screen due to a deformation of the frame, so he took the time to reshape a corner of the phone until he was satisfied with the fit of the new display. Ed Liu was my tech and he exceeded all expectations. For what it's worth, I looked into repairing my broken screen myself but for the cost and risk of further damaging the still functional device iCracked offered a very competitive price for the fix. I was a little hesitant about trying out the new service but Ed was polite, professional and met me wherever I wanted to pick up my iPad.
