I thought they was good people…read more Boy was I sadly mistaken, the first repair on my kids phone was good and on-time with no issues. The 2nd I took my Fiancee's laptop in to get a battery done. Was told it would be 3 to 5 days, dropped it off on tue, didn't bother them or even ask about it tell the following wed. Went up the following wed and was told the battery had no come in. No problem came back in on that fri, was told still no battery. They needed more time, it took another whole week. They didn't offee no discounts no nothing!! I would think twice about using these guys on your repairs!! I don't buy the bull shit story blaming it on shipping!!! Beware beware and beware. They gave him a quote and he brought it back home so we could decide on what to do because the motherboard was broken. January 13th, I visited the phone repair shop and had told the employee that the phone was already looked at and what was wrong with it. He said they would have to ship it to be fixed and it would take a week to be fixed which I was fine with. A week later I called for an update, they hadnt even shipped it out yet but were going to ship it out the next day. And then quoted me $100+ more than they had quoted my male s/o for the SAME issue. About a month goes by, no calls from the phone repair shop so I call them. I was told they're still working on my phone but it would be "fixed by the end of the week" so I was hopeful. I call at the end of the week (Feb 11th) and they tell me that they were able to turn it on but nothing would be backed up, therefore saying it couldn't be fixed and wasn't fixed. The phone would be sent back to the shop. I figured that I would of been contacted when my phone was delivered back at this phone repair store, but I heard nothing. I called yesterday (Feb 25) and asked if my phone had been returned, and the employee said yes. Went and picked it up, and will not be returning to this phone repair shop. Nor recommending it to anyone. I understand fully that some phones can't be fixed, but to go as far as to tell me that it "would be fixed by the end of the week" is insane work for something that couldn't be fixed. Their lack of communication was the worst part of the whole situation, my phone was gone for a month when it should of been a week. I don't think they would of called me unless I had called them. Also I believe that I was quoted $100+ HIGHER than my male significant other for the SAME ISSUE because I am a female.

Daniel calls to tell me they shipped it to their repair center in Florida and their technician called and said they can't fix it. For example, there was a sticker on my console with my name and number..in the middle of him getting the sticker off he says "yea it's been here so long there's no telling how much hard it'll be to get this off." When I arrived my iPod hadn't been worked on. After a short conversation, the gentleman apologized and said it might be a couple of weeks because he had to source a battery. Things happen and I said okay. A couple of weeks later I had my iPod and a brand new battery. The work was a-ok and I'm good to go.

Friendly, professional and they did a great job. I used Yelp's Request a Quote and the owner Walter was quick to respond. It's all digital which is great, and then he texted my appt confirmation, cost ($80) and the contract to e-sign. He even sent a photo of what the building looks like -- just great communication overall. When I popped in for my appointment, he had a mask on as did I. I opted to wait in the car out of Covid precautions, and recommend bringing a book or magazines as it takes around 30-60 minutes for battery replacement. Walter's a really nice guy which adds to the experience. He put my phone in a UV sterilizing box and we chatted for a bit and I was on my way. A more memorable and positive experience than I expected to have. I should note the experience I outlined is the norm, but he also offers to come to you for an additional fee. Highly recommend, and he's going to be my new go-to for repairs as I try to keep this iPhone X running as long as possible.

Over the past couple weeks I've texted daily to ask for pick up and I've only received a couple texts back and not one over the past 10 days. Small claims court is about the only option have now.
