Review The amount of 1 star reviews is very confusing to me, because this place is incredible. My car was detailed as a surprise for my birthday, i was brought to my car and thought for a split second that my family had gotten me a new car just because of how clean it looked. Gloria and Armando took so much time cleaning my car and got stains out that I didn't think would ever come out. Not only that, but because it was my birthday they got a little bag of candy and added it to my surprise. They stayed in contact with my family and organized everything the way my family wanted it. Please don't pay attention to past negative reviews, people usually only do reviews when they have something negative to say, with my whole heart please give these people your business. Today I took my car for a wash and the person in charge was so rude. When my car was finished I stopped at a store before going home and noticed the front end looked like it had never been touched. There were bugs and dirt all over the hood. I cleaned it up but needless to say I won't be going back. I've always had good service and results, but no more. read more

There were no issues before the wash, yet the owner, Rocky, hid behind excuses instead of taking accountability. I lost hours, had to go to the dealership, and was forced to cancel a planned trip, losing money in the process--all because they wouldn't stand behind their service. I was left driving with a broken mirror, which is a serious safety hazard. Boycott this business. Do not use Squeaky Car Wash. This business does not deserve customers. read more

Never again!! I used to like this place, but we moved and haven't been back in a long time. Today, I was on this side of town and thought I would pop in here since we're having company. I paid $104 and they were done in 20 minutes. As I was driving away, I realized this car is still dirty! I also tipped them my regular rate which is pretty high because I assumed I was getting the same quality that I remember getting from them in the past. Just awful. I paid for the best inside/outside clean and it appears that nothing was cleaned. I waited 40 minutes. It looks like all they did was vacuum. So much dirt that wasn't cleaned away, my windshield is still smudged, the outside of the car is still dirty. Very poor job, very unhappy customer. read more

I had one of the worst interior detailing experiences I've ever had at Squeaky's Car Wash. I was charged $70 for an "Interior Super Clean" that was supposed to take about 45 minutes but dragged on for over an hour and a half. Initially, they told me the car was "finished" after just 15 minutes -- and all they had done was a light vacuum and a wipe of the seats. Only after I asked for clarification did they return to continue the service. The end result was still incredibly subpar. The floor mats were left dirty, cup holders and door panels were untouched, and the interior surfaces were oily because they applied "conditioner" over grime -- even after I explicitly asked them NOT to use it on the leather. My trunk, trunk panels, rear console, steering wheel, and dash were all ignored, despite this being part of what I assumed I was paying for. When I gave feedback, the owner admitted he couldn't process a refund, but that doesn't change the fact that this was nowhere near the level of quality promised. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. Save your money and beware if you're considering their detailing services. read more

The hours of operation are posted 9:00am to open. 3 employees arrived at 8:50am but the gate didn't go up. 9:06am the "boss" arrives. 9:11 I choose the "Best clean w/interior clean" for 35.00. Results: standing water in the rubber hatch mat and underneath it, hatch carpet not vacuumed, carbon dust still on all wheels, pollen still on the dash. Talking to the guy doing the cleaning he said the wash is not very good with the wheels. They cleaned 2 cars each before they were allowed to clock in. Crazy! I often pass this car wash and finally decided to give it a try. The carwash I normally frequent was bought by another company and has been closed for sometime due to them redeveloping the sight. I paid $30 for Full Service Interior Wash with the Lava Wax. Tad Pricey than Fairway but the wash was done descent. There are (2) things that I immediately noticed. I'm not paying for a detail but I at least expect them after the car goes through the wash to pay attention to things like vacuuming the back seats, wiping the center console and at least using the rag to wipe around the rear view mirror and windows. Like I mentioned, Fairway and another I frequent in Cobb, Platinum Auto Spa charge about $5 less (25) for the same wash and the folks that wipe the car down after just pay attention to more detail.... However, this brings me to the 2nd point. After I paid I brought the receipt into the lobby to add a tip. The employee said "We don't do that here". So I asked how am I supposed to tip the people, and he advised, "We have an ATM". The ATM was out of service.....Another customer expressed the same thing as well. So it's safe to say tips were definitely affected that day! So I'm not even upset about that. More at the management/owners. People don't carry much cash anymore and this place makes it tad more difficult for the folks out there washing the car to make their tips. Absolutely stay away. There was a glaring scratch on my car after picking up my vehicle, that without a doubt wasn't there on the driver's side door when I left it with them. I work in automotive and fine finishes, and the young gentleman "running the place" tells me it isn't a scratch and they can buff it out for an additional $20. I said verbatim... "You're going to charge me an additional 20 for something that happened in your wash? Fine, but this is insane." He proceeds to tell me they won't fix it based on my attitude. I asked to speak to the owner who I saw on site when dropping my car off, and the young man told me to call the number on the website and walks off. I called the number 5 times from inside their waiting area, just to hear no phones go off and him tell me "yeah, the owners aren't always here." I finally got the owner on the phone after he had received pictures of the vehicle via his staff to prepare him for the call. He told his staff to try the "high speed buff", which they proceed to wipe down my car for 30 seconds and saying it didn't work. The owner tells me I am being unreasonable and it is a manufacturing clear coat issue and to see if it's still under warranty. The GM service team at the dealership my wife works for comes back saying it is without a doubt the application or chemicals the wash is using, and absolutely is nothing to do with a coatings defect. We will now be the second customer filing a police report in 2 weeks against this place. Absolute disgrace. Should have listened to the Johnny's Pizzas staff next door when they told me that the new owners have ran it into the ground. read more

Seems like a very efficient car wash if you're able to use the drive thru portions. The have a large, shaded vacuum area. And month to month subscriptions to get your car washed as much as you'd like. They also have a oil change station. My Jeeps tires are too large to use the drive thru wash so I had to get a hand wash. My car was dirty so I definitely needed it but I was not expecting it to cost $75! Wowzers! Although it was a overall good wash - for $75 I was expecting it to be a great wash and COMPLETELY spotless. There was dust still on my dash, fibers from the rag on my window. And little spots here and there that were still dirty, especially near my tires. read more

The wash doesn't really get your car super clean. And then when they go over it by hand they don't get everything. They barely vacuumed the car. Underneath the seats there are still a lot of crumbs and small trash. This place is mediocre... go somewhere else. read more

I purchased an unlimited car wash pass last fall, and decided to cancel it since I wasn't using it as often as I expected. Since then, I have continued to be billed each month for this service. I have been on the website numerous times using the "pass cancellation" tab as well as attempted to call, but no one ever answers the phone. Worst car wash my car has ever received. Absolute worst. Large dirty streak about 5 inches wide and 3 feet long on the passenger side. Floor mats were vacuumed, but they did not vacuumed around or under mats. Seats had dirt on them. Doors weren't cleaned. Basically the car wasn't much cleaner than before they cleaned it. I'm confused about the service I received from one of the employees. He was only identified by the name JOHNNY. He went through an entire show about my receipt and it's clear that he didn't finish school by the way he spoke and his lack of basic vocabulary. He appeared to be drunk or high off of some kind of substance. Foaming at the mouth and extremely dirty. This place is a hit or miss. Crowded on a Saturday and they get your vehicle washed and cleaned quickly. Come her when it is absolutely dead and it takes more than 30 minutes. As much as I like to support local business, this facility is in need of improvements. Those doing the work do a great job and work hard, but it seems there is a lack in motivation or proper employee scheduling that drags this place down. A few days ago I was driving and I accidentally spilled coffee all over the drivers side carpet. I was going to try to clean it at home myself with my small carpet shampooing machine. My husband suggested that should take it to Squeaky's since they would probably be able to do a better job than I could. I went ahead and took it in right away explained what happened and they took care of it. They cleaned it well, I don't have any smells in my carpet. They young man when he gave me my keys suggested that maybe I could keep my windows cracked for a few hours to make sure it dried well and did not leave any smells behind. I am so glad he recommended that, I had not thought of that. I was so happy with the service provided. My husband loves this place and I can see why. The employees take pride in their job! read more

I have monthly membership for this car wash and just bought brand new car and took it there. I paid for monthly membership. Today I took my car for a wash and when car came out it had 4 scratches not deep on the driver front and back door on different spot that is consistent of marks from there brushes. I took it up with their manager and he totally told me that No our brushes are $5000 brushes and don't do that. Instead of trying to keep me happy but just wax or buff the little area he told me it cost too much for him to take care of it. He was rather to lose my business than just taking care of couple of light scratches . Horrible customer service and I do NOT recommend this car was to my enemy read more

Picked it up at 3pm and it looked like my 6 year old attempted to clean my car. 1 tire is washed and shined the other 3 not, inside looks like they vacuumed it only....and not even good at that! Do not come here to get a full detail on your car. I recently had just purchased a car from a dealership and took it to Squeakys to get a full detail (interior and exterior) done on it. I was super excited about getting my car and being able to get a detail done. I called Squeakys and they said I could come in right away and drop my car off and they would have it ready the next day in the afternoon. The manager and I had discussed over the phone if they could add a bumper black service to the grey rubberized bumper around my car and he said absolutely. The handles of my car also needed a bumper black as well. When I dropped my car off I reminded him of everything that need to be done including the bumper black and showed him everything that I would like done on the car. When I came to pick the car up the next day, from 60 feet away I noticed that they had not done the bumper black at all. Getting closer to the vehicle I noticed that there was still oxidation on the metal rims of the window (that I easily rubbed off with my fingers), dirt in the crevices (interior and exterior), stains on the speakers on the inside, stains still on the leather seats, and crust on the bumper black that I scratched off with my fingernails. When confronting the manager and assistant manager they made a billion excuses as to why things weren't done a certain way and then tried to clean up the things I was mentioning. The manager pretended to be a "know it all" by telling me he is a "master mechanic" but that had nothing to done with cleaning my car. And then the assistant manager had attitude with me the entire time. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone to get a full detail. I paid a total of $212 and basically paid for a good vacuuming and a run through the car wash. Not impressed read more

Don't count on the time quoted as the actual Time for completion. I have used this facility for the four years I have lived in Suwanee we but never ever again. Took car in for detail etc at 9:00 am. When calling the day prior, James estimated the job to take 2-3 hours. Not seeing the vehicle in person, I would certainly Understand if it took the latter - 3 hours. I was just informed it will be yet another 2-3 hours before it is finished. Did anyone even attempt to call and let me know of the delay? NO - to say that it is unacceptable for a car to take at this rate 5-6 hours to detail iis an understatement. Needless to say this will be my last visit to Squeakys. We didn't think much of it after that, after all we sent our cancellation email. (we got basically the same service at place closer to us, so when a monthly car wash service came out, we didn't much of it. 8 months later we realized we were still being charged, after NUMEROUS calls, no manager would call back. 13 months later and they are still charging us. Husband finally got to the manager in person and he was Extremely rude. We work hard for our money, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Hope it's worth the $400 you stole.
