When Darvell came, he could tell I was a DIYer right off the bat. We problem solved some issues that we had in our home as I was hearing a drip from a drain. But when he did a thermal scan and moisture detection, there was no signs of water anywhere. He didn't see any moisture in our ceiling and said he didn't think there was mold in our ceiling. He said he just couldn't justify opening up our ceiling nor recommending any treatment. He did notice some moisture in one of our showers and said keep it dry then seal it off or regrout it in a few days. Didn't charge me at all for his visit. I had to shamelessly ask for help to carry an old toilet down the stairs to our garage and into my car so I could dispose of it. He graciously said yes. Thanks so much Darvell for your kindness and time!

Mike at Supraclean did a great job for my family and I. All the other competitors on Yelp sent a…read moresales rep that just fear Mongered the whole time while not addressing my family's concerns. Every single sentence from Mikes competitors was about how much worse the situation will be if we don't start fixing it by tomorrow. Mike on the other hand acknowledged the work needed to be done but actually answered our questions in full context specific to our actual needs that were physically showing at the home. Every other company just used broad generalities while showing off the work they do. Instead of trying to remedy our situation, it was more about them showing off how great they are. What we really liked about Mike is that he is an owner operator and physically goes to do the work at sites. Everyone else just makes a sales commission and then sends a crew. Mike is a representation of what a true business man should be. Educated on his trade while also educated on communication skills. It's not always about what you say but how you say it. Thank you again Mike.

Their team quickly removed the affected flooring, carefully took apart the cabinets to save the faces, and even managed to keep the countertop in place, which we really appreciated. His team is responsive, efficient, and highly professional. A major bonus is their expertise with home insurance systems, which made that part of the process effortless for us. His integrity, particularly in that situation, is truly commendable!

Hired Dansel Restoration after we discovered a leak under our linoleum in our bathroom. Because a…read moreportion was being covered by insurance, AAA was involved. Luckily, we picked Dansel from reviews and they are a AAA authorized vendor. Dansel arrived and quickly cleaned up and tore out all the wet stuff and installed drying devices. They put plastic down and sealed the bathroom door with plastic and a zipper because of fears of mold. Once everything was dry, we decided to just gut the room and start fresh. Daniel helped us through it all and also helped us deal with AAA who was pretty incompetent. To help save money, Daniel recommended we pick out and pick up all the items going back in the bathroom, easy enough and that lets us hand pick exactly what we wanted. Once we had everything, the work was quickly completed. The workers were very friendly and respectful. We are very happy with the results and the price point. We will most definitely use Dansel again. We like to support small, family run businesses!!

I used Dansel Restoration and unfortunately had a frustrating experience overall. Scheduling was…read moreinconsistent, communication was poor, and there were multiple instances where workers showed up at times that were different from what had been communicated. More concerning, I specifically asked the crew to wait before opening my gate because I have a pet on the property, but they opened it anyway, which was a serious safety concern for me. The craftsmanship itself was okay, but the inconsistent communication and response times made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. My biggest issue, however, was the financing. Their payment communication prominently advertised "0% APR," which led me to believe I was signing up for interest-free financing, but I later discovered that the loan I received carried a significant interest rate. I personally found the way this was presented extremely misleading and predatory, especially since the higher interest rate was not clear to me from their emails or payment request. Between the scheduling issues, lack of communication, disregard for my instructions regarding my pet, and the misleading financing experience, I would not use Dansel Restoration again.
