After months of me following up and getting repeated apologies/non-updates, I went by today to get my light so I could take it somewhere that would actually be willing to help their customer. He had the audacity to try to charge me for the extension. I'm worse off now than I was before I put my new chandelier in Noel's care. Buyer beware I suppose.
