He gave us the honest truth that it would take about 3 days to fix our back number. And it was a plus that they also scheduled Enterpise car rental near by to pick us up from the shop. What customer service! They take all form of payments. If you do charge it on your credit card there's an additional service fee added on to the cost if you chose to pay this route. Ask about the fee amount before you decide to charge it! When we got a call back, it was 3 days! When we arrived the car was parked up front, washed, waxed and cleaned up inside. It smelled like new too! This was a very nice surprise! They gave us our paperwork along with their warranty of their work on the car, wow! Overall a great experience from start to finish.
