The manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke with zero professionalism from the start. As a customer, whether you're knowledgeable or just asking questions, you deserve basic respect--something this place clearly does not value. Instead of helping, they talk down to you and make you feel like your business doesn't matter, all while expecting you to hand over your money. There are countless other transmission shops out there that will treat you with professionalism and actually appreciate your business. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money--do NOT go here.

I paid them $600.00 (cash only) to install brakes, rotors and change the oil. I supplied all parts…read more I also needed a fuel line repaired and a brake caliper. Parts for that were $100.00. They charged me $500.00 to put the parts on, cash again. So I paid them $1,200.00. When I had 300 miles on the car I checked the oil. They didn't change it but put a new sticker on the windshield. They kept my 5 gallons of oil and a new GM filter. I wonder if they used my quality AC Delco brake parts on their vehicle and put on some junk? I called and asked for a receipt and Chris went off on me saying he doesn't give receipts for cash. What a dishonest jerk. I finally got a receipt for the fuel line and caliper. Located Beck Automotive when searching "under Classic Cars Repair" for an alignment shop. Discovered Beck and gave them a call. Mark assured me he has a mechanic with years of experience, and he should be able to complete the alignment. Brought it in at 10AM, picked it up around 2PM. Alignment was completed "and it was perfect". Really thankful for their wonderful service........
