Brought my Jaguar. F-Type in for a rear differential service and coolant fix. Dropped the car off and was told it was done weeks later. Drove an hour to get there just to find the car misfiring without anyone checking thoroughly. The car never had a misfire till they touched it. And they handed me the keys ‍ My rear differential also broke a month later. Turns out the mechanic failed to set my preload. They also sourced the cheapest gear oil possible but charged premium for it. Everything costed me more than $6,000. They even added oil changes I did not mention of wanting. I also called to ask for a quote for a brake job a bit after. After handfuls of missed calls, I told them I had all the parts and yet they still quoted me $2000. Absolutely ridiculous. After jacking the car up by myself I also found all my bolts on my under tray were stripped. read more

Without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. We brought in our 2015 Santa Fe to have a few issues checked. The estimate they came back with was $4800 for a bunch of work that was not needed. This included pulling the transmission and "completely re-sealing it". This is a ten year old vehicle. It does have some small leaks, but it doesn't even leave a single spot on the garage floor. They wanted over $500 to clean and lubricate the moon roof tracks. Well after seeing this, my wife just went to pick it up from the shop. Thanks, but no thanks. Not falling for it. When she got there, they tried to tell her she couldn't drive it without having the work done. We drove it to the shop without any problem, and the vehicle had no warning lights on. They said it was too low on coolant. While the reservoir was low, the radiator was completely full. They said it was too low on engine oil. I found it to be just under the full line on the dip stick. They said it was too low on transmission fluid. While I did find it to be about two quarts down, but that means there was still six to seven quarts in it. That is not dangerously low and again there was no transmission warning light on. They were obviously trying to scare / bully her into letting them do the work. This place is the farthest thing from a reputable shop. PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE DISHONEST. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU LET THEM. read more

very pleased with recent service on my Mercedes by Gustavo and his staff. Estimate was well explained with pictures of additional concerns ( dealer did not do this) and work was done very timely. Their diagnose was the same as the MB dealership and I chose to have Autopotenza do the repair for me. This saved me over $800 from dealer estimate for same repair. All my future service on my car will done there as opposed to dealer. Their Zionsville shop is a little hard to find and it's small but in my option they provide 1st class service. read more

They said they needed to order a part and it would take 3 days to arrive and they would contact me. They requested and I paid them a deposit of $300.00. Three business days pass no call. I called them that day and made them aware of a national warranty program that should pay for the repairs and asked them to contact the warranty company. Auto Potenza was listed as an affiliated company. Told me part had not arrived. No contact from them so I called them 2 days later and was told the part was in but they failed to contact the warranty company but would call me back. I called back Monday and again they promised to get back with me. Days pass, no calls, no emails and no texts. I called several days later and got voice mail and it was full. They said in the recording to text them. I did and asked to speak with the owner and got no response. I sent another text asking to respond or credit my CC for deposit. Forty days later and have never, ever received any attempt by them to contact. Worst customer service in my life and brinks on theft. read more

Hubs asked for an inspection cost $170. If I make an appointment and leave you my car, I should NEVER have to call you and ask you if you have looked at it. But ok, call and told we prefer text. What?! I prefer you call me and let me know what you have found wrong with my car!!! So after phone and text tag on the day of the appointment till 1now you don't have time to do the inspection have to wait till the next day . Finally end of day 2 you call me and give me the bad news tell me about the problems $5k+ in problems. But now I'm not so sure I wanna deal with you, if I have to keep calling you to get updates and your hemming and hawing. So I come to pick up the car the $170? Now there's a fee to use my credit card instead of paying cash?! This as if $170 isn't enough now your making up charges. SHADY!!!! Throw this whole shop away. read more

Autopotanza is awesome. They were incredibly helpful. I came in with a Subaru that was malfunctioning in all sorts of ways, so much that it was un-drive-able. They troubleshooted up until the point that they realized it was an issue better taken care of at a Subaru dealership since it would be covered under warranty there, rather than having me pay for a brand new transmission at their place. Didn't take the manager, Peter, 5 minutes to have an appointment lined up at a shop 3 minutes from my house, for a fantastic price...on the first day I could have gotten there. I've had a oil change and what I would call a major hood repair on my older model Mercedes the cable broke. The place is clean and comfy as a woman I hate oily mechanic shops where you sit and wait the place is a mess and you might have to use the restroom! Yuck. I'm gonna give them 5 stars and you know that's extremely rare for me! you have to earn it and they did. They went beyond the norm, I do realize because I lived close by made it easier to go beyond the call of duty. The owner drove me back home and picked me up when it was ready. I've never had service like that before! I can't promise you the same service but I get the feeling they do what they can within reason to comply.
