I don't even know where to start. When John called to deliver the bad news and walk me through my options / his recommendations he was so kind and patient, answering every single one of my questions with plenty of detail. The night before, I had left him a voicemail and had mentioned a possible warranty on the engine in passing. He went above and beyond by calling local dealerships and checking (I believe it was) NHTSA to see if there were any active warranties that would cover me. The entire time I felt like this team had my best interest at heart. I know they probably see tons of customers a week, but they made me feel like more than just another job, which meant the absolute world to me. Unfortunately, my best option was to get a new car. While I worked through everything with Hyundai and searched for a replacement, they've let me keep my car on their lot for a generous amount of time, leaving me with one less thing I've had to worry about during this very stressful time. My Car Doc is a masterclass in customer service and I cannot recommend them enough!!!! I have so much gratitude for this team, and I will absolutely be back for any future services on my new car.

THEY WRECKED MY CAR!…read more They were supposed to swap a transmission and additional parts (clutch, bearings, pressure plate and so many more) and they wrecked my car on a test drive. They hit something and the wheel went into the fender, tearing up the suspension, brake, and damage to the fender and front bumper. When I spoke to the technicians they all told me different stories on what happened. The owner is a liar (he said a ball joint broke and it caused the wheel to get into the fender while it was on the lift) and replaced the broken parts with the cheapest parts that they could find. He complained because my performance parts that they damaged were too expensive and bought the cheapest crap that now needs to be replaced. They "fixed" everything that was broken and He (the owner) told me it was running great. Picked the car up and it limped home, barely ran. Took it back and they were supposed to replace the transmission they put in with my old one because the one they put in was "bad", even though it wasn't. Went to get the car again after the owner told me it was running great. I go to pick it up and I requested that the owner rides with me. Sure enough, the car drove like shit. Goes back to the shop because "my original transmission is now bad." If you are keeping count, this is now two "bad transmissions." When I finally pick the car up, it drove like garbage. The tech that worked on my car said that they just didn't want to mess with my car anymore and never took the transmission out. This is verified because I paid close attention to the short throw shifter that was installed. I confronted the owner after the second test drive with him in the car and he repeatedly lied over and over, and then had the audacity to ask me for payment. Part two: When I originally took the car there, I had a bunch of parts that they were supposed to install, including detailed instructions on what to do. After I finally got the car back home, they didn't install half of the parts that they were supposed too. On top of that, my tan interior, including the headliner, is stained with greasy hand prints. They car came back home completely in disarray. They interior pieces where never put back together, hood upright is broken, headlight assembly is broken, front end is janky, the list goes on and on. Had to take the car the someone else and fix ALL of their mistakes. 100 percent crooks!

I had taken my 2019 Ford Escape to Pearson Ford because I thought the starter had gone out when it…read morewouldn't start despite having a new battery and gas in my car. They tried to tell me I needed a whole new engine for around $12k. I had it towed to Sharp's Automotive for a second opinion. While part of what the dealership said was true, Sharp's was able to actually fix my engine without replacing it. There was a part that had to go to a separate machine shop for work to be done on it. The machine shop was backlogged and didn't get to my part for a week and a half, but I don't blame Sharp's since that was beyond their control. Apparently, my engine timing belt needed to be replaced along with a few other things; they also did an oil change. The timing tool they had was missing a part due to a former employee not putting it back where it belongs and they couldn't find it. So they ordered the missing part and had to wait a day to receive it. My engine timing parts were complicated for putting back together, so it took longer than he thought it would. He promised me I would get my car back on a certain day even if he had to work late. I did get my car back on the day he promised. All in all, I spent less than $5k for the work and I'm happy to have my car back in my garage. Steven was the mechanic who worked on my car; he communicated well about the progress and I think he did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

What I initially thought was my transmission ended up being a broken piece on my shifter cable. Keep in mind, this occurred on the Wednesday before Memorial Day Weekend, and the workers (as they should) were also planning to enjoy the long weekend/holiday. John let me know that it was highly unlikely that my car would be fixed before the weekend, which I understood, but I was still a bit bummed about because I had several plans to start moving, traveling, etc. While I did not mention any of these circumstances to John, he let me know to call in the next morning for an update on the vehicle. To my very happy surprise, he let me know that he was able to find a shifter cable part from a friend in the community, and he even stayed late to fix it! Replacing shifter cables can be a pain, and I was so taken back that he was able to have my car back to me in less than 24 hours, with no appointment or heads up. I am not noting that he stayed late as something customers should rely on when choosing an auto repair shop. However, John was very thorough in explaining the process to me, and A&A exceeded all of my expectations. To stay late for someone so that they can have their car before the holiday weekend is top notch customer service, and it goes way beyond what any repair shop needed to do. Trust me, there are WAY more of people needing repairs and this shop would have stayed busy even without my business. To sum it up, A&A is reliable, I never once worried that I would be scammed as a young woman, and I will definitely bring my car back if I have any maintenance or any other issues. Thank you A&A!!

My wife called me with the news, and I was concerned that during the holidays, service and parts resources would be limited. I was able to get a fix on my wife's location and immediately reached out to local repair shops, only to find, as expected, that many were closed for the holidays. Dynamic answered the call and provided the most needed assistance. My wife arrived at the location an hour before opening. Once the mechanics arrived and opened the doors, they quickly evaluated my wife's car. The tension in the situation was relieved when the concern was identified and its severity reduced. We cleared the EVAP system error code, and my wife continued her journey home. There were some complications with administering compensation for the services, but we worked them out.

They also told me that all lug nuts should be replaced 5/wheel, 20 total. I agreed to replace the brake sensor and lugs. They told me the lug nuts would be over $300 (that's $15/nut), but I m a senior and can't do the work. Today I brought the car in to get the work done. I told the service guy twice that I had to have the car at the end of the day and he agreed. I never heard anything from him. Finally I called but couldn't get through and left a message. He never called back and I have no car. That's what I call shabby treatment. What makes it sting is that I'm paying premium prices for the experience. Stay away
