The manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke with zero professionalism from the start. As a customer, whether you're knowledgeable or just asking questions, you deserve basic respect--something this place clearly does not value. Instead of helping, they talk down to you and make you feel like your business doesn't matter, all while expecting you to hand over your money. There are countless other transmission shops out there that will treat you with professionalism and actually appreciate your business. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money--do NOT go here.

This owner at Edwards recognized my vehicle and despite shorting himself in the sale/installation recommended replacement of the main control valve. Apparently this is more common for Subaru Foresters. He was correct! Cost me just less than $1800 and I couldn't be happier. Very professional, prompt and good with the communication. Highly recommend this experienced, straight shooting business!
