Steve and his team did it once again! This is my 3rd vehicle Steve has customized for me. This vehicle was broken up into Two Phases because I wasn't sure on how the pink and chrome look would work. I wanted to keep the chrome on my rims, but incorporate black and pink. The first phase was to completely repaint the hood and the roof of this vehicle, (as it was completely faded), installed suspension kit, new falcon tires, paint badges, emblems, pin striping, a complete restoration and refinishing of the rims - which were very elaborate. The rims came with the vehicle, but were in extremely rough condition. It would've been much easier to have Steve and his team powder coat the rims, but I had to be difficult. I also had the XD Logo, emblems, and badges changed to pink & black to accommodate the personalization of my ride! Steve was extremely patient with me when I had him re-paint all of the chrome to black for a complete "black out" because the pink badges didn't pop the way I had envisioned. Also, the pink didn't pop on the rims as well. So, that brings us into Phase Two of the transformation. I actually loved the chrome look, but it looked unfinished from the badges on the side of the vehicle and on the rims. You barely noticed the pink. If you're going to do pink, you should go all out! Lol. The grill on the other hand, in my opinion, looked stunning. So, in Phase Two, he had to re-do all of the pink, which was painted by hand, to "Black Out" all of the chrome on the vehicle! I also had him re-paint the cap of the rims black to make the pink pop. Steve also had to repaint the pink on the rims. Bottom Line, Steve is busy, and there's a reason why! You don't go to shops who aren't busy because there's a reason for that! If you want the Best than go to SS Steve! Tina is just as amazing too, and goes above and beyond. Steve is avery respectful person but his crew they don't know how to do there jobs what happened was about a year go I dropped of my car for installation of a full ridetech coilover suspension on my C10 a year passes and they finally "finished" the car first of all they didn't even adjust the coilovers correctly because of that my C10 rode like crap and second of all they installed the bed crooked because they didn't know how to shim the bed and third of all when they installed the brakes they should've shimmed the front brake calipers to be centered with the rotor but because they didn't shim it either they didn't know how or they just ignored it because of that my front brakes were always dragging they said that it's nothing wrong with the brakes and just my tires were rubbing on the fenders which is wasn't the case and finally the last I had rubbing issue with back tire one the fenders he ignored till I bought spacers to resolve the issue. After that I took the car to another shop that all work all just in about a week The interesting part is why it took them a year to not complete a job that the same job in another shop just took about a week I'm really disappointed with SSmotorsports read more

SS Motorsports don't know how to do their jobs; what happened was about a year ago, my friend dropped off his car for installation of a full ridetech coilover suspension on my C10. A year passed, and they finally "finished" the car. First of all, they didn't even adjust the coilovers correctly. Because of that, his C10 rode like crap; second, they installed the bed crooked because they didn't know how to shim it. And they installed a Vacuum pump for his brake booster, which his car didn't need. He returned the vacuum pump, and they didn't refund the money. Personally, I don't recommend SS Motorsports; they scam people by not doing their job correctly and insulting their customers.
