I do not recommend this place. I brought in a rim for a minor repair due to a small dent, and it…read moreturned out to be the worst decision. I was told the job would take one day, but it wasn't returned until two weeks later after multiple failed attempts. When I finally got it back, the color did not match the other rims, and I was only given excuses for why it couldn't be done properly. What made it worse was the lack of communication -- I was never updated, and every time I reached out, I was told "tomorrow" or given another excuse. The owner was also very unfriendly. Although I wasn't charged for the service, they ruined a rim worth almost $1,600 by painting it incorrectly and in the wrong color. Update: What this person is saying is completely false. He repainted the rim because the initial job did not come out correctly. He claimed the issue was due to contamination from the tire protectant and mentioned something called "fish eye," which, as I understand, refers to that type of contamination. In my opinion, a skilled painter should be aware of such basic issues and inform the customer of potential problems in advance. Because he was unable to resolve the issue, I had to hire a third person to fix it. Furthermore, he never offered to replace the rim -- that was my own decision. The total cost was not $450 as he stated, but $1,600, which I had to pay due to the poor-quality work he performed.

We got it zip tied pretty securely but wanted a proper fix, so Artiagas is where we came for a same day quote. I called ahead. The guy who helped us was quick and efficient and friendly. They ended up being booked out the whole following week, so we scheduled for the following Monday (so about a week and a day). I didnt mind because of the friendly service, the quote seemingly reasonable, and the car still being drivable in the mean time. We dropped the car off in the AM Monday and had it back Tuesday late afternoon. There was a short delay due to waiting on a part I guess! The car was fixed beautifully (well, as beautiful as a non replaced reattached bumper on an old teenage car can be...) and the quote was right on target with what we ended up having to pay. Super professional and reasonable. Would definitely recommend you take your car here for body work!

Service- 5 stars Reuben assisted me throughout the process. He would answer all my questions and respond back to me in less than 1 hour for every message I would send him. He was honest and detail-oriented throughout the entire process Communication- 5 stars A huge thumbs up for Reuben for keeping constant communication throughout the process. It started from getting a rough estimate over Yelp message before bringing my car in, and responding to me promptly throughout the process. To be fair, you have to be proactive and send a message to him first; I get that he's too busy to update everyone on their car's status. However, if you reach out and send a message, he usually got back to me quickly (even during after-hours). Easy modes of communication as well, as Reuben was flexible with communicating through Yelp messages, text messages, and calls. Bottom Line Reuben does good work and always keeps you in the loop with your car repairs (just make sure you are the one initiating the message). In a world where no one calls anyone anymore, I love how Reuben stayed in constant communication through text or Yelp messages.

Recently, I had some work done on my 2024 Jeep Gladiator Mojave at 4 Wheel Parts -- a 2" spacer…read morelift to keep my stock Fox shocks, adjustable track arms, along with new wheels and tires. While I purchased the wheels and tires elsewhere, all the other parts were ordered through 4WP. Initially, I was told that all the parts had arrived and that if I dropped off my Jeep, the work would be completed by the end of the day. However, later that day, I was informed that the wrong parts had been delivered, so they would need my Jeep for another day. The following day, I was told the correct parts had arrived and that the team would start working on it right away. I was asked to pick up my Jeep at 5:30 PM, but when I arrived, it was still on the lift and hadn't been touched. This was pretty frustrating, as I live on the opposite side of Bakersfield and arranging a ride to 4WP wasn't easy. Despite starting the work that evening, they discovered--again--that some of the parts were incorrect. Since it was already late, I had to rent a car at the airport just to make it to work the next day. By Friday, after a long week of waiting, I was finally able to pick up my Jeep. The end result was worth it -- the upgrades look amazing, and I'm really happy with how my Gladiator turned out. Throughout the process, I remained patient, and the staff at 4WP were professional and courteous. To their credit, they adjusted the final price to make up for the delays, which I appreciated. While I would have given a 5-star review if the correct parts had arrived on time and the work was completed by Tuesday, I'm giving 4 stars due to the extended 5-day wait. The team at 4WP does great work and maintains a positive attitude, but I would suggest starting work immediately once replacement parts arrive, so customers have time to adjust their transportation plans if needed. Thanks again, 4WP -- I really love how my Jeep looks now!

I caught these guys in a blatant lie. Ii purchased offroad tires from this company for a 4 wheel…read moredrive vehicle I own, and with that, I purchased lifetime rebalance and replacement. If you know anything about off-road tires, you know that larger tires typically come out of balance, so I recently returned to have the tires rebalanced because they were a little bit off. What they told me was going to take an hour, ended up taking 3 hours only to have the vehicle even more out of balance than it was when I left it with them. I was unable to immediately return to this business to have them fix this issue. About a month later, when I did return, they claimed they had a bad batch of wheel weights that weren't sticking properly to the inside of the wheels. This may or may not be true, but my tires were immediately out of balance as soon as I left this business. So I suspect this is a claim they were making to cover up their shoddy work. When I took it back to have them rectify that situation. They had my vehicle almost all day and called me in the afternoon to tell me my break rotors were warped. I knew this was completely false, because not only did the brake rotors have hardly any miles on them, but there was no sign of warpage when I dropped it off. There was no pulsing in the pedal. There was no indication whatsoever to indicate my rotors were warped. The manager of this outfit even went so far as to have my rotor removed from my vehicle and installed on a brake lathe. He then sent me a video of an alleged warped rorotor. However, you can clearly see in the video that the rotor is installed incorrectly on the brake lathe. Not only is the rotor part where the brake pads touch wobbling significantly, but the surface where the lug nuts attach is also wobbling. That is never where a rotor warps. This is clear evidence they purposely mounted it incorrectly on the lathe. I immediately knew they fabricated a story to try to put the onus on me and remove themthemselvesfrom any liability to fix my vehicle. Upon seeing this video, I told the manager to reassemble my vehicle and that I would come get it. I picked it up, signed for it and drove it home. Sure enough, there was an issue with my vehicle. When I inspected it myself, I found the emergency brake adjustment had come out. I don't know how it happened, but that was the problem and it wasnt like that when i left it. I later removed the supposedly warped rotor and had a trusted mechanic put it on his brake lathe. Guess what? It's straight as an arrow. Unfortunately, due to their dishonesty, I can never recommend anybody to go to this place. I will be filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. Bad service is one thing, but when you fabricate a story to cover your own mistakes, it's completely unacceptable.
