I had a fantastic experience here thanks to the outstanding customer service and speedy repairs! Colton greeted me outside almost as soon as I arrived and got me checked in right away--super efficient and friendly. I originally came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to troubleshoot my TPMS sensors, which weren't pairing with my Jeep. The team quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered that the sensors provided by the place I bought my wheels and tires weren't compatible. Thankfully, Les Schwab had the correct sensors in stock, and they worked perfectly. After a long work trip, I noticed my Jeep started to wobble and saw that some weights had fallen off my front right rim--something that hadn't been an issue before. As soon as I was able, I came back, explained what was going on, and Colton was incredibly understanding. Took my 2024 GMC sierra 2500 in had a slight wobble. I figured the tires needed to be rotated. Acacia was the first one I seen I was there before they opened and she said come on in. Let me help you. She had one of the guys look at my truck and of course it was exactly what I thought the tires needed to be rotated. They did exactly that Told me I needed to do it every 3 to 5000 miles because of the size of my tires did not charge me anything so the price was right. 10/05/22- I took the company truck to get new tires. Told the technician we were on a tight schedule for work, and asked how long it would take. He told us less than an hour. An hour and a half later my manager texts me and says why am I getting new shocks as well. As I go inspect what's going on I see the techs pulling off the two front shocks on the truck to swap out. I just don't understand why they didn't mention that to me while I am sitting in the lobby waiting. Long story short, if you do decide to come here. Make sure they run anything by you (the person who drives the vehicle, and not your manager) first if they decide to do anything extra because it costed more than 600$ for those shocks. THEY ALSO REFUND YOU FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION when you aren't happy about getting something extra done. Maybe I should have complained more. This place is a joke. read more

We have used Les Scwab for several years, they are very responsive and friendly. They recommend tires that are a value and offer options for us as will live where there is snow. A while back we purchased "value" tires from them that we discovered were completely inadequate for rain and snow. I went to Les Scwab and explained I would need to purchase different tires that would handle rain and snow better. We had put about 20,000 miles on the tires already. To my ultimate surprise they discounted the new tires $500. Now thats customer service! My son came in to check his brakes on his 2011 Ford Fusion. They STARTED to squeak 5 days ago. Before they could even look at his brakes he would have to purchase new tires. They told him his front tires were showing secondary rubber and needed replacement, (Weird because his car has like brand new tires on the back and was purchased at a dealer about 4,000 miles ago) before they could look at his brakes (this is so called policy from "Gavin J P". So my son agreed, he is 19 and trusts people. Once the wheels were removed they told him there were "Hot spots" on the rotors and they needed to be replaced as well. Always friendly, I normally take my car for oil change at the auto mall where I purchased my vehicle. Today I pulled up to get my oil change like I normally do. And they turned me away because they are no longer taking walk ins due to high capacity. So, what I did is called Les Schwab since I get all my tire services with them. And they were friendly and told me to bring it in, right there and then. Anyways, I realized that sometimes we need to get out of our comfort zone and try other places. I lost air pressure on my inside dual tire on my motorhome. They gave me an early morning appointment and found the issue to be a bad valve stem. They had the tire off and back on with a new stem in and checked it the tire bath and no more leaks. They sent me off at no cost since there was no price in the computer for changing the stem.
