    Margherita with sausage
    Dave M.

The place had good reviews for their food, went with the Margherita pizza and added sausage. Crust was thin and crispy - had great flavor. The other ingredients were super fresh and had great flavor, their sauce is fantastic. Tried the orange Hefeweizen , it was OK. You can sit anywhere when you arrive, you do have to go up to the bar to order, they have outside seating, not the best views, but it was nice out, so I enjoyed the warm temps.

Turkey BLT Pita. Comes with a side of chips.

Still go there frequently. Latest trip I tried the Turkey BLT Pita after the recommendation from a friend. It didn't disappoint and was filled with plenty of turkey deli meat to fill me up. I still recommend this small brewery!

The 3lb IPA made me a believer in IPAs again and in small mico breweries. Top noth stuff. The check pilsner delish. I don't do 5 Stars, if everything was 5 Stars then they don't really matter. My last Uber ride....not 5 Stars....my last Airbnb...not 5 Stars. For the beer and food 4.8, (fantastic pizza) for the location 3ish, for the place it's self, sold 3.5.

    Italian Stromboli.

We got the Libation ipa beer and Italian Stromboli. The Stromboli was delicious! Beer is always great! Love that Pourmans got this place! Both breweries are amazing, and always great staff and bartenders.

Wonderful brewery in Ephrata. Good selection of IPAs, double IPAs, and other brews. Nice menu so you can snack or eat while sampling their brews. Large indoor and outdoor seating area.

We visited St. Boniface for the first time during the COVID-19 crisis. We ordered 2 IPA crowlers to go. We were the only people there when they opened at 4pm and masks are required to enter. As of May 13 Take out available (they have food too but we did not partake): M-Th 4-8PM; F-Sat 11-8PM; Sun 4-7PM; Order online, by phone or in person. Check their Facebook page for most current updates. We'd love to return when things "get back to normal"

Where to start...two stars because I enjoy their beer. This was my first time and what an enormous disappointment. Good luck trying to get outside seating. There are only 4-5 tables. The two gals working were great, so no complaints with them. A message to management - you NEED more than two people working. The woman taking orders is also filling orders?? No wonder you have to wait in a 20+ minute line to order a beer. Meanwhile, I'm sitting at the table waiting for food, we finished our first beers and wanted another round before our food arrived. My fiancé was impatiently standing in line while our calzone was served. He was still about 10 people back. I decided to slice a few servings in advance because calzones are normally piping hot. Not this time, ICE COLD. Only the outside was warm. It literally felt like it was being chilled in the refrigerator ALL day. The server was very apologetic when I took it up to the counter, keep in mind my fiancé is still standing in line. About 15 minutes later, my fiancé returns with 4 beers. He figured he may as well order extra to avoid the line. Our calzone reappeared around the same time. Server was again apologetic, no issues with staff. Unfortunately it was only heated to lukewarm. On top of that, the paper plates are the cheapest you can buy. I get keeping expenses low by using paper, but at least spend the extra few cents to use a durable paper plate that can withstand a knife slicing back-and-forth. Add a little moisture from the cheese and vegetables and you get side of wet newspaper with your calzone. Yum. You can see in my photo that the paper plate is torn up and you are basically eating right off the table. We were famished, as it was a little later in the evening, but couldn't even eat half of the calzone. So back in line to close out our tab. Another 15-20 minutes wasted. I was really hoping to love this place. Maybe this is a unique spot for Ephrata, but I'll drive an extra few minutes to head into Lancaster. I'll continue to buy their beer at beverage shops and avoid this debacle of a brewery.

My wife got their regular burger and it was cooked to her liking. Eventhough it was not cooked how I prefer, it still tasted good! The fries tasted very very good! I love a shoestring fry! Unfortunately, they charge an extra 6 dollars to upgrade from chips to fries with their burger. The mozzarella sticks were out of this world. This was a very good bang for your buck. Homemade and handbreaded, they were massive. You get two for 8 dollars. The prices here are very high. To put it in perspective, if you go here and get two burgers, upgrade to fries for both burgers, and get two waters, your bill is going to be $48 dollars plus tax.... The decor and scenery in here is incredible! It looks awesome. The seating is very limited. Make sure you get a reservation ahead of time. We went at 430 and about half the tables were blocked off for reservations. Would definitely like to come back here and try different items, every dish that went by looked delicious!

The salad and pizza was so big that we had to split it. The vegetables in the salad and on the pizza were incredibly fresh and crisp. I can't remember having vegetables this fresh at any pizza place. It made a huge difference in the taste of the meal. It's rare to find crisp, fresh vegetables at a pizza joint. It's a relief to find a pizza place that offers vegan cheese. At other pizza places, the music was too loud and obnoxious to make dining in a pleasant experience. In contrast, Two Cousins Pizza Ephrata had pleasant music at a low volume, allowing us to converse comfortably. The service was excellent. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, and the manager even came out to greet us. We're enjoying leftover pizza and salad for lunch today. The great thing about leftovers with fresh ingredients is that you can reheat them the next day and they still taste great. Considering that we'll get 6 meals out of this, the prices are incredible. It's not worth my time to buy, clean, and chop all the veggies, make the pizza, and then find out that it doesn't taste as good as the pizza from Two Cousins Ephrata. Forget about frozen pizza. They're way too expensive and don't taste as good. If you want a pizza, head to Two Cousins in Ephrata. They even have a drive-up window. I apologize that the picture isn't better. I forgot to take a pizza until I got home. P.S., by the way, I don't work there or have any connection to them. We're visiting from Tennessee for a month.
