( see pix) she noted me by name upon leaving. In the large store are many paraphernalia and items for sale with entire displays for rent. In the back is a rack of many ribbons. For an over $100 bouquet I expected them to last longer than one week. I received two other bouquets the same day from Lild and the flowers are STILL ALIVE over 1.5 weeks later. My husband reached out to the company and they said they'd provide him with a discount on future orders. They attested their price is due to $6 individual stems and the longevity of the flowers is expected to be 1 week... which makes no sense because again, my roses from Lidl which were under $40 are still alive. We'll never use this business again. Terrible quality of flowers and terrible customer service. Save your money!
