For an over $100 bouquet I expected them to last longer than one week. I received two other bouquets the same day from Lild and the flowers are STILL ALIVE over 1.5 weeks later. My husband reached out to the company and they said they'd provide him with a discount on future orders. They attested their price is due to $6 individual stems and the longevity of the flowers is expected to be 1 week... which makes no sense because again, my roses from Lidl which were under $40 are still alive. We'll never use this business again. Terrible quality of flowers and terrible customer service. Save your money!

In between the multiple interruptions from the woman I spoke to, she seemed to imply 1-800-Flowers posted it. I didn't use 1-800-Flowers! Again she interrupted me so much, I was trying to tell her they shouldn't have anything on their website they don't make. But she didn't want to hear me out and she abruptly told me she didn't want my business and promptly issued a refund. She was beyond rude but fortunately I called Helen Flowers and had a beautiful arrangement made and delivered and their customer service was outstanding and my friend LOVED the arrangement.
