Their prices are slightly higher than other cleaners, but the door to door service is worth it. They are in our area two days a week--so it is super convenient as well. It's like magic: we leave a bag of dirty clothing on the front porch one day, and a few days later it reappears on the porch, freshly cleaned and starched and on hangers! As an added bonus, the driver is always careful to put the clothes on the back porch if it looks like it might rain.

Because it was early spring, I knew there would be a wait since it's prom season. They gave me a turnaround of about 2 weeks, the total for the repair and to bring cash when picking up; no problem. The repair is fine. I kind of hoped it would have been done either with cashmere yarn or comparable blended yarn, but it looks like it was just done with regular thread. I guess the business name also gave me higher hopes for a sweater repair. So it is still noticeable, but probably better than I could do. I probably would have been more upset if I'd attempted it myself and messed it up more. I may eventually try to match the yarn and redo it myself, but it's good for now, and I'm probably the only one who notices. The staff was nice, and the work was completed on time as promised.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Imperial dry cleaned my cream silk blouse and returned it to me with…read moreyellow stains under the arms. When I asked about the stains, the employee told me it was deodorant and/or sweat stains. I told her that the blouse did not have yellow stains when I dropped it off for cleaning. She told me that there wasn't anything they could do about the stains, and then questioned me whether it was like that when I dropped it off! Later that day, I called Imperial to speak with a manager. I started telling her what happened with my blouse, and she interrupted me, saying that the employee from earlier told her about my blouse. I began talking again, stating how the blouse was ruined and she interrupted me AGAIN, telling me how she's been in the business of dry cleaning for 25 years, has seen that happen before, and that there wasn't anything they could do. Then, she told me to have a good day and hung up the phone on me! This was my first and last time patronizing this business and I will never go back!
