Been going there for over 25 years. Had my Harley's worked on there and had issues afterwards. Owner and Managers were no help. Sales staff not very helpful on trade in and letting you know about specials. I gave them a 1-star review and the cheeze owner 86ed me instead of working with me to earning my business. I'm a Veteran and retired Firefighter. I bought my 2026 Super Glide from Rice Lake H-D. Now that's a great H-D shop! Dell could learn a few things from the staff at Rice Lake H-D. read more

My wife and I went out for a ride to grab brunch, and afterwards we decided to swing by St. Croix Harley since she needed some gloves with the weather getting much cooler. We ended up picking up a pair of gloves for my wife and a sweatshirt for me. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Arlen was such a laid-back, easygoing guy who seems like he can get along with pretty much anyone. There was also another older gentleman wish I would have remember his name who was just as great, and the lady at the register made checkout enjoyable and pleasant. Worst place ever. Brought my bike in on insurance claim after someone tried to steal it. When I got it back, blinkers didn't work, throttle cable was frayed, leaking gas from a seal they didn't replace when they took the tank off, and the bike was high idling when my clutch is pulled in. Brought it back, paid another 380.00 bucks, and when I drove it home, the bike is still idling high when the hydraulic clutch is pulled. It should have been tested and run for a test ride, feel like that wasn't done at all. Nice people, bad work. read more

Money Grapping dealership ,Dropped my bike to get a new gauge flashed and key fob programmed . They were able to get the key fob programmed and spent 3 hrs which I was charged for trying to connect the bike to thier Digital tech after 3 hrs they called me and told me that my ECM on a bike that has less than 1000 miles is bad and I need a new one which is an additional about $700 on top of the 3 hrs they charged me and due to using dyno jet tuner that the ecm will not be covered under warranty . They also told me the ecm is on back order for 5 month. After I made some calls to dealers around I found the same exact ecm on my bike at rice lake harley. I called and told Mitch I found the ecm and I'll buy it and have them replace it Mitch seemed upset that I'm getting the ecm from them and told me he can't guarantee it will work even though it has the same exact pn number on the ecm on my bike . He said they updated it with an A at the end which is diffrent . I spoke with the motor company and they confirmed the ecm at rice lake is the same as the one I have on my bike and it will work. MITCH wasn't happy. After I ended the call with him I spoke with the guys at Fuelmoto and they told me if the bike is not acting up and no check engin light on and no error codes present on the bike the ecm is not bad . So I called st croix and told them im not fixing it and I'll pick up my bike the next day. Went and picked up the bike and then I took it to Assylum cycle and they were able to connect to the ecm with no problem but they couldn't flash the guage due to it being a harley only option . So the next day I took the bike to Harley st paul and with in an hour the bike was done they were able to connect to digital tech and call tech support to remote in and flash the guage. After that now I know that my Ecm is not bad and they can connect to it with no problem I call st croix and spoke to Stephanie the store manager told her what happened and requested a refund for the 3 hours I was charged for for no reason clearly the issue was with thier system she told me she will look into it and call me back. 2 days went by and she sent me an email saying that st paul was not able to connect using digital tech which is a lie I called st paul and confirmed the tech connected to digital tech and was able to flash the guage as the security light is no longer on and the guage is working fine. I also have the work order showing the tech connected and the tech over the phone at the motor company tried few diffrent calibration to get the gauge working . This would not happen if the bike is not connected . Stephanie refused to refund me the 3 hours and told me to find a new dealer to work with . I filled a calim with the attorny General and will be taking them to small claims court if this is not solved. read more

If I could give no stars I would. My wife and I were out on bike from northern Minnesota and noticed a wobble and here my front wheel bearings were out. We were an hour away from acouple dealers and so we chose this place! I called and the service writer said longest would take is an hour and a half. Well that was far from true! 3 hours to change a front tire and bearings on the front wheel! So we leave and the door was locked behind us at 4pm. Here while getting stuff back in bike my wife noticed grease on the one saddlebag (Pulled in with a waxed and detailed motorcycle) so then started looking the lazy people put a front tire on and couldn't even wash the wheel and that's not it this bike had not a scratch on it and now we got atleast 4 new ones on the rear bags as the Teck took the bags off to adjust the rear shocks! Grease hand prints all over the both bags plus the new scratch's.. I'm so mad at myself for going to this place it sucks. We own a 2016 CVO StreetGlide that we got $20,000 worth of accessories on and treat it like Our pride and joy. This bike gets full detail every time we go ride it and we know the bike up and down and there was not a scratch in these spots at all. Didn't call the dealer because you know they didn't do it!!! Waste of time. But like I said they changed front tire and bearings and left the front wheel full of grease and soapy water or what ever they use to get bead to pop on at this place. We are devastated. We just had abunch of performance stuff done at our dealer in Fairbault Mn and they took pictures when the bike came in which was a week earlier then this tire stop in WI. Fairbault knows the bike up and down and there pictures also know the bike as there is no scratches. The grease on the bags with scratches is not called for and it's not just clear coat scratches neither. I told him if you can't turn the shock adjuster with the bags on please don't do it. Here my wife comes and gets me and says Bill he's got the bags off and the lid flopped open hard while I was watching from the service desk. So I went back there and told the service writer I believe that he needed to go help get the bags on as the Teck can't. Well now we got a $60,000 bike with scratches from being lazy as well as not listening. Gotta say in all my years I've got many bike tires installed on the road and this is the first time we got left a dirty ass bike! Courtesy wash isn't even a thought at this place. But then again like my wife said they probably didn't so we wouldn't see the scratches until we were gone so they can say ya Right like you know they would! It's just to bad now my investment is f'ed up because of other people! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOUR THERE CUSTOMER! WE PAID $500 to them for a front tire and bearings and wasted three hours doing it and now need to spend lots to get paint fixed as it's through the clear coat as well. Get this the service writer replaced the bearings and charged us when we got warranty which shows right on his screen and he tells my wife why didn't you tell me! Unreal we stop at more dealers in our journeys then you have seen in your life and not one dealer hasn't said ic you got ESP to us during oil changes around the states ect... THIS WAS A MISTAKE ON OUR PART FOR EVEN GOING THERE! I really didn't think they would scratch the paint up on bike at all and on CVO like they definitely haven't seen before in there store. I talked to the mechanic and he said I have primary chain slap and I'm like no it's my man o war compensator and he's like I'm pretty sure it's the chain. Not at all concerned that it's the chain! Then he says I don't know what a man a war comp is which is made in WI and more then popular in the H-D world. But when you can't change a tire without scratching the customers bike up then you shouldn't be there! NO RESPECT! You know what saying something would be like! No body does wrong in life is the answer so we will try our insurance company! YOU NEED TO TAKE PICTURES OF BIKES WHEN THEY COME IN LIKE EVERY DEALER WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN THE USA! we are leading nationally on the hog challenges for most dealer visits! Just Got chain tightened a week ago at Fairbault H-D as well as a new chain tightener! Just Got home and pulled the cover and chain was tight as should be! Ik this can't be covid related!!!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR BIKE THE WAY IT WAS WHEN YOU BROUGHT IT TO THE DEALER!Then the young Mechanic kid gets on here and runs his mouth as he's upset that he didn't take pride in his work and so he must be crying to mommy about it too! On the road touring wi/mi/ontario Canada when the dash board on my 2016 Road Glide Ultra went blank. No speedo/odo/turn signals/fuel-temp-amphr gauge operational yet the bike ran fine. Stopped into this dealership around 1100hrs on. Wednesday morning last week and service manager Dan took me in right away. This was an electrical problem and like all electrical problems they are full of gremlins. The mechanics resolved the problem and had me back on the road that afternoon. The lead mechanic on the job brought me into the shop. Showed me the issue and advised and showed me what was being done to rectify the problem Meanwhile I. Ventured into the sales department and was finally able to find a helmet that fit me. But only after a sales lady on the floor went to the back room two times and with her due diligence and persistence I was able to find a helmet that fit properly I wish I knew both her name as well as the mechanic however I do not. They were absolutely wonderful. Highly customer oriented and a huge credit to this dealership. It all started with Dan the service manager who alone made the unfortunate need for a service call pleasant. He set the tone and it all flowed from there. Made an appointment to have my tires changed, dropped the bike off with an understanding of the bike being ready the next day. No call. I called them the following day and they still hadn't gotten to it. I had reasons of wanting the bike back and they knew this but it clearly didn't matter. Finally they found a tech and were able to get it ready by that 3rd days evening. Got the bike home and cleaned it up and notice some major scratched on the swing arm that are clearly from the wrench removing the rear tire. Made this known to them and they could've cared less. You pay a premium to use a Harley tech and you should receive premium service! This is absolutely ridiculous and they should stand by their work! My bike may have been dirty when I brought it in but it was in perfect shape and now this! I know the saddle bags cover it but I like to remove them from time to time and now I have a major eye sore that is not easily or cheaply fixed! This is complete negligence on their part! Just pathetic these hacks can't even perform a tire change without destroying something and won't stand by their work! They should be ashamed. read more

Him...St Croix Harley Davidson is always a great place to visit and do some window shopping (and dreaming of new bikes...). I may be a little partial as this is where we got our bike. We usually deal with Joe McNamara when we stop in but everyone here is always a pleasure to work with - very helpful and friendly. They have a good selection of gear and clothing I always hit the clearance section for a couple of T-Shirts to add to my collection. I stopped in the back by the repair shop and checked the bulletin board for events and had some free popcorn (you can't resist free fresh popcorn). We picked up some information to join the Harley Owner's Group at the end of our visit today and headed out until next time! Her... Service, service, service! From Patrice at the front door, to Joe in Sales, Michelle in Gear, Jeff in Service and everyone in between. You would think you were buying a Ferrari not a motorcycle. These folks go above and beyond everytime you walk in the door. I am well aware that Harley-Davidson is a lifestyle, however the professionals here really "get it". Excellent customer service. I am willing to drive the extra mile so I don't have to ride on the interstate to St. Paul HD (they also seem a little confused). Winter storage here is a great deal. Seth in service will help you with any need you have. Their gear bucks is a great plus; you get a certain percentage back to spend on whatever in store (including service). Very rarely do I have to order a part in, they have them all stocked and ready to go. Service is quick, and very detailed. Don't listen to the guy with the drive belt, they would replace it if they were liable for the breakage. read more

Never again Went in to get a tire change Drive belt shredded the next day while on the road. Certified Harley dealership that fixed the problem said definitively that the tire change was to blame. St Croix said I had to have towed back to their shop (300 miles away) St Croix Harley refused to own up to their mistake or offer any sort of settlement. Purchased a 2000 Dyna Glide from this dealership in Oct. 2012. Salesman said the service dept. had given the bike a complete check including changing the oil as the dealership had purchased the bike at auction. Changed the oil for the first time in Sept. 2013 and found thread tape had been put around oil plug to keep it from leaking. A reliable service dept. at a dealership would never do such a thing, they would put in a new rubber seal as required. The dealership lied to me about changing the oil in the bike. read more
