Great care, no wait time, nice friendly staff. I felt well taken care of as would not hesitate to go back. Hopefully I won't need to.

Hospitals have their challenges, but my experience here was better than at most others. Not every…read moretechnician or nurse may excel, and the doctors might have their off moments, but overall, the team is genuinely trying to do its best with the resources it has. My father was admitted over a holiday, which made things even more challenging, but everyone was at least willing to listen--something I can't always say has been my experience elsewhere. I want to highlight a couple of exceptional team members: a nurse named Sabreen and a PT/wound care nurse named Melissa. Both are five-star professionals who deserve raises for their outstanding care. Although this hospital is not located near us, I am grateful we made the drive here, per our doctor's recommendation. Parking is convenient, and there are plenty of nearby dining options. The hospital is undergoing renovations, so noise can be an issue at times, but I understand that such work has to be done eventually.

Nurses have really changed. I was shocked at how unsympathetic they were. Their objective seemed to…read morebe tough love--criticizing me and shaming me for my health problems. One aggressively addressed my "failure." It was very upsetting. The exceptions were, ironically, two male nurses. Unfortunately many people are stuck using Seton Northwest. Good luck to you.

Well, it's been going on 17 years since I saw this absolutely horrible person. I'm still haunted…read moreby her behavior during my 3 visits. PLEASE PLEASE read these reviews....they are all telling the absolute truth. I cannot believe she is still practicing! I've reported her to the medical board and a few other places. She is a danger to our mental health! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT see her. Like I said she is a danger to our mental health. I would love to outline my 3 visits, list the names she called me, etc...but it would take forever and bring back HORRIBLE memories of this so-called Dr. Oh and after speaking with 4 health professionals about her, they all did not have a good reaction....they know of her. They could not verbally talk to me about her, but I got the message loud and clear.

Wow. I left a voicemail because that's the only way you can make an appointment. A week later, on…read moreSunday at 9pm, I finally get a call back from Linda. I took the call because I assumed it would be a short one just to confirm date and times. Instead, Linda started asking questions and then launching into rambled stories about why she does x, y, and z. Just say that's procedure, I don't need anecdotes as I'm putting my son to bed. She honestly sounded drunk, she spouted requirements for certain medications that cost money (I am paying out of pocket) and I've never heard about. Needless to say I didn't make an appointment after about 15-20 minutes of her talking about nothing. Hopefully my review didn't ramble like she did - I don't know if she's genuinely qualified to provide accurate and empathetic support to her patients.

I trusted Dr. Lawrence Tsai and Texas Urology Specialists with a life-changing penile implant…read moresurgery in December 2025. Shortly after surgery, I began reporting significant problems, including loss of length, asymmetry, poor glans support, and ongoing functional issues. Rather than investigating these complaints, I was repeatedly told to continue cycling the implant and wait. Because my complaints were not properly documented or taken seriously, my insurance company repeatedly denied imaging requests that could have identified the problem much sooner. Months later, after I sought answers on my own, an MRI confirmed what I had been reporting from the beginning: undersized cylinders, 1.3 cm proximal migration of the left cylinder, and a left lateral floppy glans deformity. The most disturbing part of this experience is that Dr. Tsai ultimately dropped me from his care while I was still in the critical stages of healing and actively seeking help for unresolved complications. Instead of receiving support, I was left to navigate specialist referrals, insurance battles, and diagnostic testing on my own. I am now scheduled for revision surgery in September 2026 to correct problems that were never adequately addressed. Complications can occur with any surgery. What I cannot accept is having legitimate concerns dismissed, objective findings ignored until proven by imaging, and then being abandoned as a patient when I needed care the most. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Tsai or Texas Urology Specialists.

By Monday, he had my surgery scheduled at the surgery center I requested, and everything went smoothly. I'm definitely not hoping for any more broken bones, but if life throws another one my way, Dr. Kilbride will be my first call. Thank you Cindy C.

The surgery itself was easy. The first two weeks of recovery was very hard -- I was prepared for it to be difficult, but it was considerably harder than I expected. Week 3 was a bit easier, and week 4 MUCH easier. It's not just Dr Kilbride who is wonderful, but the entire office and clinical staff have been great -- supportive, helpful, and responsive to calls and questions. The physicians assistant, Chad, and the nursing staff are standouts but the whole group -- from the front desk staff to the x-ray tech and the entire clinical staff -- has been fantastic. This kind of patient care doesn't happen by accident, but from a deliberate and constant focus on providing quality care to every patient. I will ask Dr Kilbride to perform my other knee replacement with complete confidence.
