Traffic noise is deafening. Camp site is walking distance from a major freeway with traffic 24/7. No normal person can get a good nights sleep here. This is basically a scam. Bathrooms are gross and broken. read more

Not sure what happened when I made the reservation, but we ended up with the lousiest spot ever. It was dusty and hot with no shade but worse yet, the hookups were designed so that neighbors doors faced each other. We asked for another spot but they were booked up. They did offer a refund if we decided not to stay. We booked an extra night at our next stop and stayed the night but left one day early. Kiddos used the pool and we walked the dogs but not much else. It ended up fine but next time we will stay elsewhere when in the area. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! People are not helpful. The Rv sites are crazy unlevel. We had to raise one side 6 inches to get sorta level. Packed in like sardines. The pool was listed as heated but it's not. It's hasn't been heated since we got here and office told a mom today that it just broke. BS! Showers are ok. Hard to park by your camper due to closeness of each site. The mini golf doesn't even have the green turf on most of the holes. Wi-Fi sucks and cell service, for us, isn't available. It's 45 minutes from Zion but there are some closer but don't know if they have pools or not but essentially this koa doesn't either. read more

Our overall experience was good for two nights in the fall. We had a cabin in the back of the property. This KOA is undergoing an expansion so if you stay Monday through Friday you could be awoken by heavy construction equipment. A majority of the sites are for RV's as many people use this place as a home while they explore the many off road trails nearby. The restrooms were in good condition and most importantly clean. We also enjoyed the pool. It was heated and the perfect temp for fall even with the cooler air. The game room and golf course we're in disrepair and useless to even have or advertise on the website. The playground was in good condition and fun for the kids. Unfortunately we had some service inconstancies with the staff. Whenever we had questions they just weren't very helpful and appeared lost when we spoke English to them and that was there primary language. One downfall of the location is that it's located right on the interstate highway 15 so traffic is pretty heavy throughout the night. There are two historic ruins of the town of Harrisburg as well as a cemetery from the mid 1800's. Definitely something to explore on your journey. Enjoy! read more

I truly don't know how they almost got 5 stars on other sites, this place is by far the worst KOA that we have stayed at! The pool is always closed and looks dirty and cloudy. The washers and dryers are dirty and barely functioning and if they do work someone who doesn't stay at the KOA's (looks like a worker) are always using them and chit chatting rather than working! The golf course pictures are deceiving and look nothing like that in person, everything was practically broken on that golf course and the employees are rude and not very helpful. They do the bare minimum . We almost made the mistake of staying there again but we realized it when we pulled up and immediately canceled! That's how bad it was that we are willing to lose money!!! We weren't going to stay at this KOA and let it ruin our almost seamless amazing trip at all these other amazing KOA's!!!!! read more

I wouldn't return! We routinely book KOAs when traveling and sites were good, but pretty dirty facilities overall. Shower stalls and men's bathroom floors were never cleaned during our 4 day stay. Pool was dirty and didn't seem to have debris removed routinely. Game room and mini golf need attention and were not maintained. Office closes at 5pm (7pm on Fri & Sat) so unable to obtain camp necessities or merchandise outside those hours. Not a typical KOA Journey destination read more

Good Afternoon, We attempted to stay at the St. George, UT Park Model #94 unit in a reservation we made ahead of time. Our dates were supposed to be 7/3-7/5. The workers and staff were so rude and not helpful at all. The model had stains on the rug in front of the television, the bathroom was dirty with paint peeling, marks on the walls and blinds that were warped. The AC did not work well. We called attention to the maintenance guy about a grill issue. His exact words were "oh well's. The lady at the office told us we couldn't use the golf or other amenities but a different worker said others could. I am a KOA member and have been for a while. Never again will we stay here. Disgusted overall. They truly ruined our holiday weekend. We checked out and said goodbye after 45 minutes of this horrible experience. read more

We recently stayed here for three days because we wanted to explore St. George Utah. We were disappointed would not come back. This campground is a KOA so it had an easy reservation and check-in process. The price to stay here was not that expensive, which is good because if we had paid more I would have asked for a refund and left. This RV campground is all gravel, which is annoying, but what is worst is that many of the spots are on a sharp hill and very narrow with uneven terrain. The spot we had, 104, had about six feet between our spot and our neighbors on 1 side and three feet on the other side. The spots are so tight that one overnight fifth wheel hit the cable box as they pulled in and struggled to squeeze around the tree on the other side. Our spot was at a very sharp angle; our levelling jacks struggled to get our RV flat. When we left we could not connect our Jeep at our spot, we had to drive the RV to another location to connect the Jeep. Very inconvenient. Our spot had full hookups and there were no issues, hence why I can give these place two stars. The surprising "feature" of this park I have never seen is that there is one sewer connection with two inlets, I imagine if our neighbors dumped the same time we did we would cause a mess. Tengo provided WIFi and during our stay, it "worked" which is to say I could surf the web, but there were many interruptions and the link was not reliable enough to hold conference calls as part of my job. The playground was new, but placed near a sharp drop and not well thought out. The kids enjoyed it but my blood pressure was a bit high. The RV campground is also very difficult to get to from I-15, if you are coming from the North it is easy to get to/from. If you are coming from the south, there is a very sharp corner off the freeway and finding your way back to the freeway is a 3-5 mile bumpy ride. The RV campground shares a small valley with the Interstate, so you do hear some noise rattling throughout the night. The laundry facility is nice, the machines are newer and there were a good number of machines available. This was a positive for the RV campground. Would I recommend this park? No, not at all. Will we come back? Absolutely not. I would consider a level Walmart parking lot before visiting again. Informational: We travel in a 36' Class A RV. read more

Sites are very unlevel and so small you are on top of each other couldn't even sit outside our camper. picnic table in Terrible shape and to close to other camper/site to use. The guy next to us lives there full time and he smokes all the time and has a dirty bucket of something outside. yuck!!! very noisy from the Hwy traffic. Shower room was old and needs upgrade and putt putt golf don't bother it's not useable. Lady at front desk was very nice and listened to my complaints manager did have a worker come give us blocks to put under our RV wheels that were over foot and half off the ground due to leveling the RV. Internet pretty much non existent!!!!! I wouldn't go back here I feel they should have given us a discount took us over two hours to get our rv set up and level and usually takes 30 minutes. Had to find rocks to put under steps just so we could use them then it was a drop off to get out of it.. read more

Great campground! It was super easy to check in, and a staff member escorted you to your site. We tent camped & enjoyed many of the things this KOA had I offer. We were super close to the VERY clean showers/bathrooms, we went in the pool everyday and we even went down to the rec. room to play board games/pool/foozball. I was impressed with all this place had to offer & it's close proximity to fun. Zion national park was only 45min away and a Walmart was about 15 min away so nothing was too far. read more

Needs a little spring cleaning. There were what looked like abandoned cars around the camp sites. It's funny how that some of the RVs had grass around them but all the tent spots were on rocks. The park staff is excellent! The facilities are amazing and clean as well (Mini golf, pool, etc...) It's very close to Red Cliffs and Quail Creek which are both amazing places. Do not recommend for big rigs because you are very close to your neighbors and the spots aren't really all that level. That's the only downside. Otherwise, great campground! read more

Unfortunately Yelp doesn't let you do a no stars review, because this KOA doesn't deserve a single star. This review is strictly based on their customer service and how the membership and the discount is provides is worthless. We had made a last minute reservation for July 8th and then needed to cancel the reservation due to unforseen circumstances. We tried to call and cancel within the 48 hr window and missed it by 8 minutes. Instead of $10 charge, it was the cost of the entire night. Most RV parks this year are waving cancelation fees due to Covid-19, and this location wouldn't reduce the fee because we were 8 minutes late and calling from another time zone. We travel all over the country and have used KOA several times. We are and HAD been members for years but not after something like this. I will not be staying at KOA campgrounds in the future. read more

This KOA is very nice! It is right next to Gunlock Resevoir and less than an hours drive to Zion National Park. The "deluxe cabin (park way) we stayed in was amazing. For the price of a cheap hotel we stayed in a small home. The park way had a full kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom, and pull our sleeper sofa. We stayed there at the end of June so it was nice to be able to relax inside when it was over 100 degrees outside. The pool was smaller than other KOAs I've stayed at but had a lot of seating area to relax and sunbathe. Customer service was amazing. We checked in late and they were very helpful on how to check in after ours. We also had an issue with our A/C and they were out in less than 15 minutes to check on it. Overall great experience and will definitely return for future trips to Zion NP. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had an a "RV Park!" Spot was COMPLETELY UNLEVEL! No one enforced "quiet time!" Family next to us had 10-12 people outside and inside the trailer,kids running in and out of the trailer slamming the door, everyone talking like it was 3pm, until 12am,for 4 days straight. FINALLY I asked office to ask them to abide by quiet time. I asked office if anyone did security checks throughout the night? Didn't they hear them all over the park. KOA's response was "NO!" No security checks. Our "neighbors" didn't take to kindly to being asked to quiet down at 10pm so went out at midnight and kept honking his horn. WOW! Nothing done by KOA! read more

Stayed Memorial Day weekend 2015, worst experience ever! We were told upon check in that they were "in between" managers. Well you can tell! The previous management kept this place In top shape, had activities going all weekend (we've stayed here 3 previous times). Broken, flooded bathrooms, shower filthy & when you call the "after hours" number for help (because the club house bathrooms are locked & all others are broken/flooded) person who answers says "wrong number". Laundry facilities are open 24 hours with a sign the read "change available in office". Well don't go to the office because they don't have change & are RUDE! We went into the restrooms just after "cleaning hours" to find them with no toilet paper in most stalls. KOA CORP needs to stop by & check on this one because it's giving them a bad rep! read more

The KOA is at Leeds, UT (St. George/Hurricane). We stayed in a 40' motorhome (towing a Jeep) in March 2019. The park is not suitable for big rigs. Roads are a combination of gravel and paved. Turns are tight. Sites are EXTREMELY close on one side of your rig (you could open a side window and touch your neighbor's coach). Sewer is double headed serving 2 sites. Sites are not level. Sites are not long enough to stay connected to your tow vehicle. Parking for a toad is very tight. I-15 is not far away so there is road noise. WAY overpriced but close to some awesome attractions including Zion NP. Staff is nice enough. read more

The worst KOA I have ever stayed at. We actually left early, we were so uncomfortable. Sites are short and narrow. Every other site faces the neighboring site and with very little room between sites you are facing door to door with the neighbor. Not enough room for both to have the awning open. Only one picnic table for both sites to share. And the rate is way too high for the inconveniences. Very windy and dusty. And the most uncomfortable of all is that the campground is so close to I-15 that there is constant highway noise, day and night. Even with all of our windows closed, the noise was so loud at night that we had to turn on our fans to drown out the jake brakes on the highway. Terrible experience! read more

Great place! A perfect basecamp for visiting Zion NP, as well as Cedar Breaks, Kolob Canyon and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. It's close to the interstate without tons of highway noise. Wifi was great, and our T-Mobile 5G coverage was awesome, too. There are no trees, which might have been nice during the record-breaking heatwave we were there for, but that's not the KOA's fault. But no trees also means great satellite coverage! read more

Went to Moab for jeeping. Riding in the motorbike and towing a jeep up and down hills from California, weather was so hot, we were going to just park at Wal-Mart for the night to save money. So very glad we stopped at this KOA. The people are very nice, the pool was clean, the bathrooms have showers and are very clean. Full hooks ups all pull throughs and they even escort you to your spot with friendly service. They have very nice sites. Stayed one night. After keeping in Moab for a week and the motorhome broke, we couldn't close it or lock i, we started home. It rained all the way. We were so tired and frustrated with the door that we thought about the rest we could get at this KOA. so ...we stopped again. We felt very safe and secure. This is the best place. This is a simple, yet pleasant and nice campground. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of its locations. It's not easy on, easy off the freeway and is relatively far from any amenities (ie. grocery, food, gas). However, this place has quite a bit to offer particularly to keep kids entertained (nice playground, pool, and rec room with pool table and fuse ball). The office also carries purchasable ice, snacks, drinks, and a small variety of camping necessities. I'd stay here again in the future as it's nice, clean, and affordable. read more

The laundry is a bit of a walk down the hill and back up so its not super convenient. 2. The park it's self is not super convenient to get too. It's slightly further north then Yelp shows in the map. Let me first start off with we were camping in a tent not a camper or RV. Pros: 1)Bathrooms were clean 2)Showers were clean and never ran out of hot water 3)RV and camper parking was abundant 4)View in the morning was just priceless Cons: 1)Barely off the main highway so we heard semi trucks and cars hitting the rumble bars all through the night 2)Location was a bit hard to get to, you either had to drive a dirt road to get there following your GPS, which if was raining you would not make it to the camp grounds. The 2nd route made you drive 5 miles past the campground and then back track. 3)There were a limited # of actual camping sites and we were really squished together. What I mean by this is you really kind of overlapped each other because your sites were just big enough to put a tent down and that was about it. We will not be going back to this particular campground as camping tent people. We got next to no sleep because of the noise from the Highway and this isn't really a place set up for people who don't have RV's. read more

It's alright. Water/Power and Sewer worked. Primarily used this place to go to Zion and Bryce. Only problem was weather, HOTT and got hotter each day. Kids enjoyed the pool and the pool table. This was a nice place to stop for a couple days. Within an hour of Zion. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Wasn't too crowded which was nice. The pool was nice and clean but simple in design but it kept us cool and occupied. We made our 7 day reservation through RPI and paid $14.00 per night. I called a few days prior to arrival and asked if we could have a site with some tree shade. Lisa in the office stated "no you booked through RPI and we have other guests arriving, so you will be assigned site #77." The online map clearly shows that this site has no shade. We arrived on a Monday and 2 other sites near us with fantastic tree shade sat empty for 4 days until several weekend warriors showed up on Friday. How rude and inconsiderate! We were obviously discriminated against due to our RPI booking. They aren't allowing guests into the office due to Covid-19, but the staff also isn't wearing masks. That is bad safety planning folks! Our site was horribly tilted which made it difficult to level. Wifi was abysmal and AT&T phones get zero bars so I couldn't use my hotspot. Enjoyed the 30+ cable channels. Campground charges a $10.00 fee to wash your RV and/or tow car. What? Water is very hard so bring your softener. Decent bathrooms and showers. This was our first stay at a KOA park and it was very disappointing. The best thing about this place is its close proximity to Zion National Park. read more

Terrible KOA! Sites are so small (and unlevel) my 35 ft Class A is almost touching the rig next to us (see attached pic, looking out our window). And the other side is so tight I cannot use our awning (I could jump from our steps to our neighbor's steps). When I told them I was unhappy with our site, I was told all sites were that size, and too bad. They did not even try to help us, even though there were many empty sites. Maybe they should have told us when we booked that our rig was (the same width as their sites) too big, but the size of the lots show how greedy they are by cramming everyone in.Read other reviews, most have the same complaint, even the tent campers. All gravel lots and roads, no concrete pads, extremely unlevel, no toad parking, WAY OVERPRICED. And even though it is next to the freeway (with lots of truck noise), it is a 3 mile drive after you exit freeway (very hard to find and reach). And the staff was NOT polite and helpful, they could care less if we are happy with our site. We paid for 4 nites, but we are leaving after one night, would rather stay at WALMART!!! read more

This place is terrible. There was a fire on the freeway and the fire department wanted the campsite evacuated and the employees didn't even bother to tell us. They have no safety protocol and they are rude! Then, they couldn't be troubled to help us find another KOA to go to, said they are all owned by different people and they don't talk to each other, whatever! For starters I will say that I tent camped here, so the experience in a camper could be different. For nearly 50 dollars a night the tent site was tiny and not maintained well. There was fast food trash that had never been picked up in the bushes right outside of the site. But the kicker was that when it got dark there were hundreds of cockroaches all over the site. We packed up and left to camp at the state park just across the interstate, much nicer and no cockroaches. Terrible campsite and the staff refused to give a full refund. I expected much better from a KOA. read more

Unfortunately I had to give it 1 star because that was the lowest possible. This place is a dump with bad gravel roads and with a RV graveyard look, it's very noisy from highway noise as well as others I've stated below. We stayed here for 3 days and couldn't get a good nights sleep. This particular KOA is so desperate for business where they have allowed a longtime winter resident that resides in the middle of the "RV PARK" to run a motorized remote control car that buzzes at all hours of the day and into the night. Upon contacting the management in regards to this nuisance we were told we were the first to complain and since we were their for 3 days, he was allowed to continue, Really? I would suggest if you want a clean RV park and a nice campground experience this is NOT the place to stay. What a disappointment! read more

We should have checked our campsite before paying....It had a perfect view of the highway, it was littered with trash, there were sites with tents that looked like they had been left behind or something. The pool was closed. Everything looked kind of run down and dirty. We drove away and luckily found a spot at Quarry Creek State Park nearby. Would not recommend this KOA. read more
