(5 stars) This is hands down one of the nicest RV resorts we've stayed at in all our years of traveling. Beautifully designed, thoughtfully maintained, and surprisingly affordable for the level of amenities. When you first pull in, you're greeted by a water feature and a large, gorgeous building that sets the tone. Inside is check-in (staff were super friendly and accommodating), as well as a mercantile open to both guests and locals. They serve coffee, have snacks, t-shirts, and small essentials -- a great little touch. Walk through that main building and you enter the guest community space, which is outstanding. There's a pool table, piano, movie-watching area, card tables, and even a huge kitchen for gatherings. In the back, there's a room with air hockey, ping pong, and pinball. The building also houses the laundry room, plus multiple guest bathrooms. Step outside and you'll find a barbecue and outdoor seating area for entertaining. The pool complex is resort-level. A zero-entry pool with a fountain cascading from the center, a very large (kidney-shaped) hot tub that's shaded in the afternoon, plenty of seating, and an outdoor shower and bathroom for convenience. The whole area is beautifully fenced and landscaped. Towels are even provided. The park itself has around 150 sites -- spacious, landscaped, and well thought-out. Some newer sections are still being finished, but what's completed shows the level of detail: plants, flowers, and green grass between sites. It feels open and inviting, not crammed in like so many other RV parks. Down at the lower end of the park is a gem -- a pond with a bridge, market lights, catch-and-release fishing, paddle boats, a kayak, and a walking path around it. At night, with the lights reflecting off the water, it's stunning. There's even a small dog park nearby for your pup to stretch out. Between the design, amenities, and the atmosphere, this resort is in a class of its own. We've stayed at plenty of "resorts" that charged more but offered half as much. This place is the real deal, and we loved every minute of it. We'll absolutely be back. read more

We had reservations a month ago we had to cancel our hitch broke, they were very accommodating!! We arrived at our reservation site, the check in was easy and friendly, we got to meet the owner, family owned !! We support entrepreneurs and small business owners !! The grounds were beautiful !! Still under construction, the pool looked soo tempting but it was too cold to get in. We definitely will be back, My brother in law lives close by so it's perfect for a family visit. Best trail access ever! Everything is still new and very clean (Dec 2025); liked it enough to book another 4 week stay next year.

Wish we could give more than 5 Stars! What a great find for us. Had been boondocking for the last week in the dust of Hurricane Cliffs and needed to wash the dust off of us. Had been looking for shower facilities; but discovered they had a pool and hot tub too. The bathrooms here are probably the best ones we have ever encountered in our 3+ decades of camping. It's a family run resort. Every one we encountered greeted you like you were family too. We planned on doing one night; but that turned into three (we were having such a great time being spoiled in their pool). Will definitely return. Keep up the great work. read more

We have spent the last 9 years in our Lil trailer called Pearl traveling to many many places all over. I have to say this resort was and is the nicest one we have been too. The homey family feel, the beauty of the location, the layout of the resort, etc. Its quiet, peaceful and serene. The owners are so kind and friendly. Shortly after we arrived we went to the pool to cool down from setting up in the heat, the family was having a large gathering on the lawn by the bbqs and came over to us and offered for us to come eat with them that they had more then enough food and we are welcome to it. So very kind and welcoming. We come to Southern Utah a lot because we are planning on retiring here and this place we will be coming back to over and over. Ivins is one of our favorite cities. Adding this resort is the icing on the cake for us. Already looking forward to when we can return. Hopefully with friends in tow next time. can't even put into words how grateful I am that we stumbled across Hidden Springs! We are full time RVers and have been staying at Hidden Springs for the last couple months. We have been treated like family here and if I could stay forever, I absolutely would. This place seriously feels like home and the owners/staff have gone out of their way to make us feel more than welcome. Everything about this resort is 10/10 and they are doing more things everyday to make this place even more dreamy! We will be back again and again. we have been here for two months and we're dreading the day we have to pull out. we stumbled across this place trying to look for a spot while on the road from Montana to St George. we're full time in our toy-hauler with our pup, and this place has been absolutely wonderful to us. the staff here are incredible and make you feel so welcomed. the amenities are amazing, and my favorite is the trails that are right here out the gate! we love it here so much! read more

This RV resort is beautiful, and I highly recommend it. The surrounding views make it a lovely place to stop, and there are scenic places to hike close by. The clubhouse & bathrooms are clean & aesthetically appealing, have a beautiful color palette, and the restrooms are thoughtfully designed. We appreciated how well -stocked the store is, especially all the specialty sodas & candies, and that the clubhouse had a water fountain to fill our water bottles. Mostly how awesome was it that they had food trucks and a hot chocolate bar for NYE! read more
